The best restaurants in Dartford South East

We had a terrible experience here. Facilities are aging n poor. The service we had was below standard. I hopefully hope it's a one off situation as the heating didn't work and they couldn't get it fixed. We had to checkout .

Very poor service. Placed an order almost 2 hours ago with an expected delivery time 35-50 mins .its been more than 2 hours now. No clear responses given each time I call.

Sunday, 5pm, queued for 20 minutes with kids, then waited a further 10 minutes whilst they looked for a table, then told none available, 'reservations only'....Why didn't they inform you of this before waiting nearly 30 minutes with tired and hungry kids?...WILL NEVER VISIT A PIZZA EXPRESS AGAIN! (Can recommend Zizzis though, food and staff were great). 👍

Great meal, was hot and fresh and milkshakes are back, love the new smokey bacon burger

very discussed found a thorn in my mac and cheese and it too ages to come here not happy at all could have chocked so so angry 😡

Food cold - the ice cream tub (large) was only half full? What is going on? Have now decided to delete Justeat & never again order from McDs -

I only use McDonald's when I'm travelling because it's quick, easy and always reliable. The burgers are grand and the staff alway pleasant.

Bluewater pizza hut does not give 50% compare the market deal for takeaway orders. Their pizzas are way too expensive. Over £30 for a pizza! That's taking the pi$$.

Perfectly functional venue selling reasonable snacks (not the cheapest) but traffic seem efficient and organised. Clean and serviceable.

Always excellent, never any complaints for here, been going here for 2 years and haven’t ever once had a bad meal!

Visited Dunelm Cwmbran yesterday and decided to have a coffee and a bite to eat. Ordered Jacket Potato, absolutely disgusting, potato was obviously cooked the day before. Skin all burnt and crispy. My wife ordered Tuna and Cucumber sandwiches which were £4.30. We thought they were going to be well presented (few crisps and a bit of salad). A member of staff just brought a pack of sandwiches to the table. See photo below. Appalling!
