Excellent service and delicious food, .. mostly I like the atmosphere

Tried twice to order online, first time order cancelled and said up to 7 to refund, rip off. Second time said order was on its way, then said order cancelled again. McDonald's delivery is appalling. Previous orders have always been missing something

Friendly staff, easily accessible, parking available, outdoor seating available. Lovely views of the lake with a very relaxing atmosphere. Selection of cocktails. Nice food

Awful. Left review on booking.com with pics was told some bull that the pics take longer to upload. Bottom line sleep in your car if you can.

Rude staff, particularly one older female with brown hair. I seemed to be an inconvenience to her from the off when ordering. I asked for the vegan kids pasta as my daughter has a cow's milk allergy. The lady's reaction was "what?" with a disgusted look on her face. I repeated and she just didn't answer me. So I asked if they did it as I had seen it on their menu and she again gave me a disgusted look and said no we don't do that. Another staff member overheard and checked the menu and said that actually yes they do vegan kids pasta. Clearly staff have no idea on the allergens in their menu and this isn't the first time at this cafe that I have asked for dairy free kids food and they have told me nothing is dairy free, which is false. Their yoghurts are dairy free and some crisps and biscuits too. I never do reviews but this honestly worries me that someone with a life threatening allergy may go to this cafe and be given something they can't have. Management should train staff better and whether you have had a bad day or not, don't treat customers like dirt on the bottom of your shoe. If you're in that bad of a mood, ask for a break, or simply find a non customer facing job. The only reason this gets a 2 star is because the staff member that was helpful actually helped me to my table with my food as I had a pram.

I visited here today with the family, I was served by a friendly gentleman with a beard who was happy to take my order on the till despite being very busy, the food was hot and was handed to me pretty quickly for how busy they were.

very discussed found a thorn in my mac and cheese and it too ages to come here not happy at all could have chocked so so angry 😡

Order arrived 50 mins late. Upside-arrived hot and driver was polite.

1hr 30 mins to get to us. Driver rang said could not find our flat. We live in a house. Established he was lost. He continued to be lost for another 45 minutes. Rang TGF they blamed traffic, which was busy but not enough to be that late, rude staff of absolutely no help THEN when food arrived all food totally stone cold and tasteless.

Was shopping at bluewater with the kids thought I would pop in to Pizza Hut for dinner we decided to all go for the meal deal £24.99 comes with stuffed crust salad soft drink and a dessert was very well looked after by Diana a very nice young lady the salad cart was clean and stocked well the place was busy we wasn’t rushed in any way the ice cream factory was clean too I would like to say a massive thank you to Diana for your care and attention to detail massive credit to the company thank you love mr cheeky in Kent glen 11/1/25 1730pm
