McDonald's in Dartford

Never even received it but it’s delivered apparently

placed my order at 1937 and the food has just turnt up now and it's freezing cold

1 portion of chips missing plus the food was cold so not happy

Service was slow. Quiet. Not a lot going on . Very slow for that time of day. (5-6staff)

My food was inedible once I received I was following the track inh on the mobile and it was clearly evident he was doing multiple deliveries.

Probably the worst McDonald's ever. Dried up cold food. Fries were like they had been cooked last week. I'm 5 minutes away, cold food received. Food isn't fresh, it's left on the side waiting the courier.

Ordered 2 big mac meals about an hour ago (nearly 2) and I still have not received my food. It has been 'preparing' my food for so long that I am no longer hungry. Horrible service, absolutely appalling. Do not order specifically on Just Eat!!

Awful experience. Ordered 17:03 and at 19:04 it says it’s been delivered. Delivery time kept changing and no food delivered at all!

They ran out of tray liners so put the food on very dirty trays. They ran out of salt. They also decided same day to use a dirty cloth to wipe the bins then use same cloth to ‘clean’ the tables. Can’t believe they are allowed to open.

Driver labeled as delivered much made me walk to find him as he wouldn’t get out the car to find the address and had parked at the top of the estate and not near my address

Ordered almost £20 of food and all that was delivered was a McFlurry and drink. Showed delivery driver my receipt and he was also extremely rude and said not my problem call McDonald’s. Tried to call them and no one answered the phone

Consistently wrong orders from this place. Would not recommend unless you’re visiting in person to have them correct the order. My last order contained 3 items and 1 and a half of them were missing.

Every item of food was cold. I would hazard a guess I the driver made multiple delivery’s before getting to me.

My order took 45 minutes to even start preparing and some items where missing I will not be using this service again it was shocking the amount of time it took.

It’s was lovely and hot and it came so quick

From the time the order was confirmed to the time of delivery the wait time get getting longer. By the time my order arrived the food was cold . Not happy.

If I could give -5 stars I would, I assume they're being ironic when they say fast food. No receipts for remote order, order randomly disappeared off screen & after waiting 15 minutes asked staff member where food was. Another 5 minutes went by when was handed food with no apology (books not toys asked for in happy meals). McDonald's should use this place as an example of how NOT to run a restaurant.

This mcdonalds always have things missing - they never provide any sauces ordered and also dont send nuggets and extras

Very poor standard. Nearly always missing items whenever ordering. How you can miss chicken nuggets on a chicken nuggets happy meal is beyond me, and there's always often or always missing items. Low standards and skipped processes.

Every time we order on uber eats recently there is food missing. You get a refund but then you’re left with half a meal, and it really is frustrating when they can’t get a happy meal right and your child is sat there with half a meal

The food was cold when arrived. Was missing a muffin which was a double sausage one with extra bacon

The chips were pretty much medium instead of large. My chicken mayo was karate chopped. My 9 chicken selects didn’t turn up as well as my cheese bites share box. So overall. Do not order from here if you want to chill out.

Food was stone cold/stale. The order wasn’t right as the specific information on the burgers was disregarded. Items missing. Imagine if I had a food intolerance or allergy. McDonald’s once again failed to supply an average acceptable meal. Delivery drivers clearly take too many orders at once and food is always rotten by the time it gets delivered!

DO NOT ORDER TAKEAWAY FROM HERE. Orders always wrong. Stuff missing. Don't know why it's so difficult to place correct items in a bag. This place is a joke for takeaway

Food and customer service is normally pretty good but just like anywhere else queue times can be a bit bad when it's extremely busy, especially when they have to prioritise uber orders. I tend to go when it's a bit quieter but overall very happy with this branch.
