McDonald's in Dartford

Tried twice to order online, first time order cancelled and said up to 7 to refund, rip off. Second time said order was on its way, then said order cancelled again. McDonald's delivery is appalling. Previous orders have always been missing something

Food was cold because driver kept driver around I circles also no 6 nuggets free after spending over £15 as advertised on site

Stone cold food. Sloppy melted shake. No expiry time on apple pie

Poor staff, poor customer service. Worker serving the car in front was talking to car front for 5 mins she then drops the money the car drives off while the guy is doing balloons. She then asks me to pick up the money that she dropped without thank you and then gets my order wrong. She was as useful as a pair of glasses on someone with no ears.

Terrible ordered loads of food never gave me it absolute piss take never answered the phone when I rang do not order from here they are terrible human beings and do not care for anyone’s health or safety

This must have the record (7 times for me ) for non availability of Ice cream the place is so obviously mis-managed..the worst scenario is that they just don't careĺ shown by the appalling star rating.. Latest.. 5 more times out of ice cream and now out of Mars offer as advertised then offered Burger instead of Maltesers substitute.. Just poor management and the blind leading the blind..with attitude...

The burgers ordered was cold and had no cheese sauce on . Burgers was over cooked and dry.Chips was cold too. Hot apple pie was a little bit warm. The app offered a free big mc but no big mc was delivered. Delivery was delayed and arrived after approximately 90 mins. Previously ordered the evening before and was given a refund as the order was incomplete so I decided to give them another try as mistakes can happen. I am very disappointed that the same restaurant can give poor service .

Food OK but same old frustrating problem - can't order nuggets until you pick your preferred dip! trouble is, no dip is delivered!

The ordered was late. The delivery did not turn up but said it’s been delivered.

I found this Inside the burger (meat) when I chew , I thought it is bone but it is plastic Thank you mc Donald 😟

The delivery was an hour late and when it finally came it was cold, soggy and inedible, I wouldn’t mind but the restaurant is a 5 minute drive away so my food was obviously sat in the restaurant ready for delivery long before it was collected by a driver. I’d rather have my order declined than just served inedible, at least I could go elsewhere instead then

Awful experience. Ordered 17:03 and at 19:04 it says it’s been delivered. Delivery time kept changing and no food delivered at all!

Ordered almost £20 of food and all that was delivered was a McFlurry and drink. Showed delivery driver my receipt and he was also extremely rude and said not my problem call McDonald’s. Tried to call them and no one answered the phone

Driver labeled as delivered much made me walk to find him as he wouldn’t get out the car to find the address and had parked at the top of the estate and not near my address

They ran out of tray liners so put the food on very dirty trays. They ran out of salt. They also decided same day to use a dirty cloth to wipe the bins then use same cloth to ‘clean’ the tables. Can’t believe they are allowed to open.

Order never arrived said delivery by 0020 then at 0200 said it was delivered
