I have visited several times. It is a nice intimate setting. The food and drink is always good, nicely presented. The service is friendly and professional. It has indoor and outdoor seating for meals and drinks. It also has disabled access. It is a really nice place to while away time with friends.

The young waiter who served us was very friendly. That was the only positive thing. Everything takes a very long time. In the end we only had drinks and a main course and we weren't there voluntarily for over 1 1/2 hours. After we were finally able to place our order, it took half an hour before I was informed that both my first choice, the chicken burger, and the alternative, the braised brisket, were out of stock. So I chose the vegetable curry. It was soggy and bland, there were no herbs or spices visible at all, and the poppadom was missing. The coffee cups for the latte were only half full. There was no Merlot or Pinot Grigio so I chose an Elderflower Spritz for £9. It was served with dried mint and rotten, already squeezed lime. After all, this drink and the service charge (12.5%) were taken off the bill after I complained. Nevertheless, we will definitely never come back.

I wish I had read these reviews before going!! We had takeaway Chinese, sharing apertisers and chicken curry.. the sharing one was disgusting and overcooked and dry. Looked like it had been heated up several times. The curry consisted of congiled think sauce and grisly bit of chicken. The rice tasted of old chip fat... All in all it was all inetable...all went in the bin. Will NEVER return...just hope the couple of mouthfuls I had don't make me ill..

We visited the cafe on Saturday 8th March, and experienced appalling service. Waited ages to get served, the lady was too busy talking to the customer in front who had a little dog with her! Then two other colleagues started talking to the lady as well. Didn't think dogs were allowed in there, especially being in the cafe part. The lady on the till was back and forth, taking food to the table and orders being placed taking them out the back!! Terrible service, there was plenty of staff who seemed not to be doing much. We waited ages for our coffee's, got them almost finished our drinks before our lunch arrived, they were sandwiches, which to be honest doesn't take that long too prepare, plus they didn't all come out together, my son had almost finished his before mine and my husband's came out. The cafe wasn't even that busy!!

Writing a review here because Google kept deleting my review and shadow banning me. Tortilla is a misleading company with false advertising - what you receive isn’t what you expect. On social media, they pretend to put big portions of food but this isn't the case when you go into their branches. Especially with their quesadillas! I ordered the barbacoa quesadilla that barely had any meat inside despite the extra cost. The portions are TINY, it’s not worth the money. The staff are very stingy with the portions with the portions. I contacted customer service and they haven't gotten back to me. So essentially, I just paid nearly £9 for essentially just bread and cheese. Do NOT go here!

We have been using this Costa since it came to Bluewater but the last couple of visits have been a total let down. Coffee (lattes) today were horrible. I am sure milk had bern watered down - my Panini was medicore at best and would have bermen more palatable with salt and pepper plus £2.85 for a small Bakewell Tart is a total joke. Sorry Costa Bluewater goodbye

Seriously good… mood alteringly good quality coffee. Cookie was tasty too. Fairly expensive, but worth it. Full flavoured black Americano with no sugar had no bitterness, and intense flavour. Decaf Cappuccino with Soya milk was apparently perfect too.
