I love a burrito and always choose the spicy option and regret it 😂 if I’m in bluewater this is where I eat it’s tasty and filling cannot recommend enough

The slowest service I have ever experienced! Waited in a queue for 25 minutes on a Saturday night, staff completely oblivious that the queue was growing longer and longer. If I wasn’t picking up a specific order for my other half I would have walked. Appalling!!

Me and my friend went to tortilla and was served by a girl called deb, she was very friendly and welcoming and had a big smile! she made our visit very pleasant, we will be coming back because of her

The staff made my tortilla a large size without asking me the size. More cheese than meat, over kept in the toaster, very dried. The dips are waterish, especially the sour cream which should be creamy. Low quality overall, never coming back, lost a regular customer 👎

Bought 2 Tortillas for lunch for 2 of us. Despite the price clearly showing as £7.20 with added extra costs underneath for guacamole, etc, nothing mentioned about paying more for opting for beef. I was charged £2 extra for beef tortillas but nothing on display to say this. Also, the beans were all dry on the top and crusty. The meat was on its last legs by looks of it. When we sat down to eat it at the food hall where we bought it the tortillas were luke warm not hot. Given that these contain rice which harbours bacteria’s incredibly quickly at the wrong temperatures I was somewhat concerned eating it but was in a rush. It wasn’t enjoyable or appetising at all. So basically you’re paying £7.20 for a medium tortilla but can only have rice, beans, chicken, lettuce and salsa. If you want guacamole, sour cream, cheese etc you have to pay a pound odd extra for each one. Not worth the money. Defintely not a patch on Tortilla in west end where food is fresh and hot.

POOR FOOD HYGIENE AND MOULDY FOOD SERVED. Ordered for delivery and was disgusted by the mouldy, gone off lettuce quite obviously on top of the food. Attempted to call restaurant, no answer, AVOID, RISK OF GETTING SICK!!!

What a dreadful place! £7 for 3 of the smallest tacos you've ever seen. They didn't have many of the items on the menu (sweetcorn salsa, Chipotle mayo and crispy taco shells to name a few). From the poor selection of fillings left to choose from we were given a scant teaspoon of our choices, literally! By the time I'd paid and we found a table the taco's were stone cold, falling apart and impossible to pick up due to them having split open along the bottom (not due to having been over filled I can assure you!). We left there with me feeling cross at myself for having been taken for a fool. I can't believe they serve this absolute slop and fleece you for it! Do not be seduced by the photos of the food on their website, it is FAR from a true representation of what you'll actually be presented with. Avoid and spend your hard earned money in one of the other eateries that serve decent food for a more reasonable price.

Overpriced and horrible. Very salty and sickly food I hardly ate any of it. They ask if you want chicken beef or pork but then charge you extra if you go for pork everything is extra like sauces or chopped meats paid £9.20 for a naked burrito that came in what looked like a hospital sick bowl

Disgusting, bone found in food, unhelpful staff, rude, avoid , felt rushed, no patience from the staff, they didn’t have much knowledge of the products , couldn’t care less if they tried

Absolutely love this place, healthy food and served quickly. Had the naked burrito and enjoyed being able to choose the options to customise what goes into it. Staff friendly, recommend as a quick and healthy meal option in the food court.

Firstly really disappointed with soft corn tacos, I wanted crispy but hey, then to discover it was extra for beef, so had pork, sat down to eat, the pork was cold and I nearly broke a tooth on a bone, not happy, took it back for a refund, 3 small tacos and a pot of sauce nearly £7.50, not good value, attitude of staff very disappointing as they rush you along so be careful of the ‘extras’ , wouldn’t recommend or go again, AVOID

In general we like eating here, sometimes it is a very busy place and all is served up in front of you so might be a wait, staff are lovely and we enjoy the food

Love tortilla and have been eating there for years. Great food and great taste. However I have noticed that last couple of times the portion sizes are smaller so value for money has gone down but still great burrito.

We was served by Aaron who was very informative, very nice and chatty! Food was amazing like always! Would come again!

Worst burritos ever and very expensive for what it is. It was bland with no flavours. The staff were not informative. Most things you wanted with your burrito was an extra you paid for. The tortilla chips were flavourless. I got better flavours from chewing wood. Paid £21 for 2 burritos, tortilla chips and 2 cans of coke. Complete overpriced rubbish food with bad service.!!

Ember left a great impression on us with a very high standard of customer service on an order that went wrong and really was not their responsibility. She went out of her way to effectively explain the situation. This makes mr just want to keep coming back. I've worked 12 years in restaurants and hospitality and it's so very refreshing to have someone of her skill go above and beyond her job. Food quality was perfect and quick despite hiccups and this is really what people want from this!

I went to this restaurant I placed my order then was shouted at when I tried to pay for my food by a blonde lady (no hair net) "we dont take cash!!" This isnt a problem but there was no need to shout in my face in front of about 20 people I felt degraded. 👎 I wont be coming back anytime soon

I had a great visit the food was very tasty and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I ordered a burrito and it was delicious I would highly recommend to go and visit. The staff worked very efficiently along the line.

Great service and lovely food as always. I come all the time and enjoy my visit every time. The crew are all happy and smiling and always look like they are enjoying there time.

The food we had at tortilla was amazing! All of us enjoyed it, my children too. The staff was great, very friendly and everything appeared to be well organised at the tills and out back in the kitchen. I think it’s particularly good that you can see your food being prepared, every workspace was clean and everyone that was working appeared happy! Can’t wait to go again!

Another great visits at Tortilla Bluewater. Service was great. Food tasted delicious I highly recommend the chicken quesadilla. Staff are always friendly and very helpful.

We visited Torilla during lockdown and were not sure what to expect. However, I have to say that the expeirence was extremely positive. The staff were really helpful, the venue was clean and the preparation of our burrito's was undertaken safely and with all appropriate hygiene in place. I will certainly be visiting again to have some of this delicious food.

Tortilla provide a welcome healthy option when grabbing some food while out. I regularly enjoy my food from tortilla and usually opt for a chicken burrito, although I’m some occasions their meat can be a little tough if it’s nearing the bottom of the container.Service is always friendly but does feel very very rushed - even when it’s quiet - leaving me sometimes feeling pressured when ordering.The burrito and burrito bowl both cost the same and have the same contents but you lose the wrap with the naked burrito. I think if the price is the same, offering the opportunity to have a tortilla on the side like other chains would be nice.

I bought a veggie burrito. It was great.Sadly when paying I was served by a really rude member of staff. Disappointed as I always go to Tortilla when I visit Bluewater. It's one of first places I've gone to eat out since lockdown. It was by far the quietest vendor when I was there (around 5pm), and felt pleased to be giving them my business and supporting.The bad service however really put me off.

Ordered nachos, picture on menu board looked great. What I recieved was a cardboard bedpan with about 12 oversized tortilla chips with the sauce, salsa etc . Tasted great but not a lot of anything for £5.50, plus decided once I'd seen what I'd actually ordered not to get a drink, dont think I could have handled the emotional pain of parting with more money .....Anyhoo, didnt want to moan but the girl working there was so nonplussed by being there, I'd have to have been on fire or bleeding from every orifice to get a reaction.I wont be back, shame really.

Fairly disappointed with customers service and food. Me and my friend ordered steak burrito with exactly the same salsa and sauce. However, my burrito was very soggy it was dripping from the bottom which made it difficult to eat but my friend's burrito was okay. Disappointing!

Really rate this place and they have good veggie options as well. There’s plenty of choice, the food seems very fresh and the staff are always helpful. Love the chicken burrito, but have found the steak one can be a little tough and the pulled pork a little stringy. Always our choice when visiting the food hall.

Sloppy, wet, soggy, tasteless mess of a burrito. It was so over saturated with juice from the meat the wrap has disintegrated instantly on the bottom and was almost impossible to eat. Maybe use a slotted spoon instead of a ladle to put the meat in the burrito, it was like soup ugh. Never again

First off, I really really liked the food I got from here. I had a burrito which was brilliant. It wasn't clear how the pricing was constructed, and the staff weren't 100% clear. However, I am not what many would call "hip" or the traditional clientele perhaps. The main acid test would be whether i would go back and I definitely would. Where are the other branches?

Would not recommend . Paid an extra 75p for steak and the little bit i got in my Quesillo was really tough. It was thrown into a cardboard dish instead of laid out on a plate as advertised and the presentation of it was disgusting . The tortillas underneath were covered in grease , never again

It is literally a conveyer belt. Stated no chilli was given the hot chilli sauce. Paid extra for steak got three pieces. Was offered chorizo but was not told that's an extra charge too. Borrito was full of blackbean and rice and fell apart. Staff treated customers as a commodity and not humans. Poor service and over priced.

I go here almost every time I go to Bluewater and the staff are great. I get a large burrito with tomato rice, peppers and onions, grilled chicken, cheese, sour cream, medium salsa and occasionally the corn salsa. It always tastes great.

I am absolutely perplexed and disgusted by the level of incompetence from your Bluewater store. “Under the new legislation (EU FIC Food Information for Consumers Regulation), customers must be told if their food contains any of the 14 main allergens.” Is the Bluewater store exempt from this law?! You may be thinking why would you be asking such a foolish question.I visited your food station in your Bluewater store yesturday, I was with my sister who suffers severely with a nut allergy. As she has previously had anaphylactic shock to food in which contains nut, it is imperative she is aware of the foods in which she consumes outside her house. Upon our visit My sister queried the Chicken meat as on the menu, only in small brackets was it disclosed the chicken is Halal. As personal preference my sister declined and opted for something else. When she asked for some more information in regards to allergens and did any of the food contain nuts in which she wanted to order we had the inept response of “ I don’t know, I don’t think so!” Now I do not think I need to emphasise just how dangerous this situation could have been!! To simply had a reply of I don’t know if by no means acceptable. Now this will most likely be a training error in house but this is an error that could potentially kill someone. I have made the FSA aware as this is the sort of incompetence that kills. Please, please train and make your staff aware of what they are selling!! I’m sure if you don’t the FSA will.

I visited Tortilla today with my family, my mum brought the nachos which we were told they cannot melt the cheese until 2 pm, very strange. We continued to order, I then asked if any of the food contained nuts as I have a severe allergy, the girl replied “I don’t know! I think it all has traces of nuts” I said well I can’t eat unless I know. Which she replied “well I think it all has traces of nuts in do you still want some” I said no thank you I cannot take the chance. I think this is very bad practise as this is a serious allergy and very common! The nachos were absolutely terrible, the meat smelt like cat food and was freezing cold, I would not recommend at all the pulled beef. And I must say I was very annoyed to find out that the only chicken they sell is Halal! I have no problem with this being offered however I am very surprised that this is the only chicken they do sell! Not impressed one bit, and will not be returning!

Ordered burrito. Which was nice but quickly became cold. The price is a bit too high for quality of food. Also I must agree with everyone mentioning that there are few extras to pay not included in their advertised price like guacamole or steak. Which I find unfair.

Came here yesterday and what I had was a total waste of money.

Came here for my lunch, i had a chicken burrito which had rice and a small bit off guacamole. Was not worth £7 but it was filling.

Really good for a quick bite, I’m vegetarian and so is my daughter so great choice for us...expansive choices dependant on your spice threshold. Will be going back.

Pros: Good portion sizes, lots of options for burrito fillings, nice flavour meats, can double down on meat portions, not overly expensive, also serves cold beers, very fast service and payment.Cons: some servers are more generous than others, some servers arent as skilled at wrapping a burrito.I often get burritos here with friends, although I must admit I haven't explored the rest of the menu. In the 20+ times I've eaten here I think I've only been disappointed in the food once, when the chicken tasted a little strange. Highly recommend a chicken (or steak) burrito with coriander rice, black beans, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole.

Since Leon closed at bluewater I searched for my replacement go to lunch. Love this place and I'm normally first in line at 11.30 when they open. Whether it's a medium or large or naked burrito it's a winner for me

Had a chicken burrito, so many extras that you can try. Rice, beans, sour cream, peppers, cheese, guacamole, hot sauce. It was around £7 and very filling. Would have been nice if if could have been toasted but other than that very tasty.

El filete que se paga un recargo por era muy duro y al menos la mitad de lo que tenía para ser izquierda y no he comido. Este lugar es, de lejos, el más saludable de los sitios de comida rápida en el Food Court bluwater. Sólo me gustaría que había un medio de mantener la coherencia en los tamaños de la porción más. En el momento de agregar una porción de guacamole en 80 p extra no es un snack barato, pero el componente de salud no me dejarían volver a por más. . .

Nunca había tenido un burrito, hasta que visité de tortilla. Las opciones son increíbles y t siempre es bueno que te dan una opción de lo que hay en su burrito. Normalmente cuando te vas a otro todo está incluido. Siempre he sido acogido por el personal encantador y nunca tuvimos un problema. La comida siempre es genial y tengo que ir en mis viajes a bluewater, incluso si yo estoy comiendo más tarde.

Had lunch here recently and was very disappointed. The corn tacos were thick and like cardboard... frankly not that pleasant to eat. The chicken filling was ok but the steak was very dry. My partner had a burrito and was not particularly impressed either.Definitely a world a way from the ones we've had in Texas.Service was friendly enough. Price would have been ok if the food had been ok.Won't eat here again.

Me and my other half love these burritos, it's as simple as that. Without fail every time we come to bluewater, this is where we will stop for a quick lunch. Tasty, filling, reasonably priced and staff friendly!

Had a delicious veggie bean burrito - super packed with flavour. Really delicious and got free guac in it as it was vegetarian. I've had similar things in the likes of Club Burrito etc. but this was far more flavoursome - really nice!!However manager was being rude to a trainee in front of customers which I disliked.

Had a fantastic steak burrito here. Perfectly made with spot on ingredients. Balanced just right. They take a Subway approach and assemble it in front of you to your specification. Generous on the fillings. My son had a Quesadilla that was good too. Staff are not that good at speaking or understanding English. So you don’t really know what they are saying and they don’t understand what you have said. But still good food.

Not happy with portion sizes as you pay same amount for either size. Peppers and onions too big. Take away container not great. There is an issue with amount given to men and woman. Staff appear to not speak English and not too friendly.

I decided to try my first Burrito whilst at Bluewater as often get sick of the other fast food options in the food court of shopping centres.Great quality ingredients, was pleasantly surprised at the quality of meat they use in the burrito. Everything was tasty and was served with a smile - will most definitely return!

Love the burritos here, they are really scrummy, I do think it's a little overpriced for a fast food station. Especially the charges for the guacamole! Who can have a burrito without that!

Im shocked I love chicken but will not eat hala for the principle on how animals are killed I asked if they have non hala chicken and the manafer got annoyed as her english was very bad and did not understand my question Boycot this place where the animals are slaughted in a inhumane way

Usually very enjoyable and always reasonably priced. I had an issue with a member of staff who appeared very bored and like everything was too much trouble. But on contacting Tortilla the problem was resolved so thank you for that.

I had Tortilla for this first time this year and boy was I missing out. It is the best lunch idea I have ever had. The burritos are lovely and Bluewater Tortilla is my favourite because the staff are lovely and always smile and have a chat with you and they are never tight with their filling. They always fill the burrito until it is literally breaking at the seams! The food always tastes fresh and I can never fault the quality or heat of the food. The money you pay is worth it, it is really cheap £6 for a large burrito and you really do get a large too! I love it here and will always go back for more! It is very addictive.

We were going to the cinema an hour after Bluewater closed and headed to the food court for something to eat, figuring we didn't have enough time to sit and be served. I checked to see what Wasabi and Tossed had to offer, but decided on Tortilla. I went for the standard sized burrito (£5) and picked my fillings. The key to it not being sloppy is draining the beans and meat before putting them in and my server did a great job. Even the regular burrito is big and very filling. It was hot and very tasty. Great value.

Smells amazing and the decoration looks good. But it is hands down the worst burrito I've ever had! 70p for guacamole and it was poorly made with very little lime! Best thing about here is that they sell corona, don't ask about the margaritta!

Son always has dos tacos, 2 small flour wraps and he has pork in one and chicken in the other. Chose his toppings with cheese and lettuce (I usually have sour cream) and it's all hot fresh and quick. Firm family favourite!

This is similar to Subway but for a burritto.You chose your tortilla, meat filling, salsa, rice salad etc until you have what you want.Very quick conveyor type food service but it works well.Really fresh, tasty food at not to expensive. Makes for a nice change.

Grt food, I had chicken vegetables etc without any wrap etc. Was really good, healthy flavoursome food.

I stopped here for lunch and ordered a large pork burrito with tomato rice, black beans, cheese, sour cream, guacamole and lettuce. It is all put together in front of you so you can decide what ingredients you want. The burrito tasted so salty I could not eat it all. I was very disappointed. I thought maybe this was because it was pork, but I tried elements separately and the rice and the beans were loaded with salt too. There was also an odd slimeyness to the whole thing and I couldn't figure out what was causing that. A complete waste of money and a real shame as I had high hopes for Tortilla.
