Just ordered a pizza with hot dog stuffed crust and after waiting well over an hour for it to arive me and my partner opened this pizza to find that it was not what we ordered and when i called back they said the driver was supposed to have told us that they didnt have the hotdog stuffed crust but within 2 mins i recieve a phone call from them saying that they did and that they would send the correct pizza to us. Honestly this place is an absolute joke

This was actually a home delivery order on 24 August of four pizzas and a garlic bread pizza. Honestly, this was the worst pizza I ever experienced with soggy, greasy and incorrect pizzas plus the garlic bread. All items were also swimming in far too much cheap cheese and the pizza bases were chewy and hard. I did phone up to complain but I was assured that my order was of the highest quality and 100% correct. How on earth can the poorest, soggy example of pizzas include one Pizza for which we had removed the tomato base sauce and the pizza time staff thought no base sauce was confusing and applied barbecue sauce! The whole order was disgusting and ended up in the bin. The guy I spoke too was rude and refused to accept that anything was wrong. Avoid this place for sure.

Amazing prices and very good customer service

Ordered a delivery at 7pm to arrive within 40 minutes. Over 2 hours later and still no delivery. Have phoned 3x and emailed but no one answering. Eventually they answered at 10pm and said they were closed until 9.30pm despite what Google says. She also blamed the girl who worked the night before. No answerphone service to convey anything to customers. Phoned again at 11.20pm as still no food. Absolutely disgusting. Will never ever use again or recommend to anyone. She disconnected the call twice and didn't call back.

I was very disappointed with pizza time in Crayford . Took more than two hours for delivery a pizza. When finally arrived it wasn’t the pizza I ordered, and olso was cold . I called and the staff weren’t helpful at all. No apologies at all. I don’t recommend this restaurant because you will not feel respected at all by the staff

Ordered via Uber eats. I can’t rate the atmosphere as I never entered the shop but I couldn’t argue with the price/quality ratio. It’s affordable pizza when many big chains are increasing in price, without sacrificing any quality,. I will definitely order again.

I ordered a deal , buy one get one free , the first pizza was new Yorker deep pan and second farmhouse classic crust they send me two farm house both deep pan , when I called they said that new Yorker and farmhouse it's the same witch its not , plus the crust it's not the same , very poor English, impossible to explain something, they thought that I am trying to place a new order , or they did this on purpose. Never order again . Also the pizza deep pan it's undercooked.

Waited over 2.5 hours for food to arrive. Chased 3 times and each time told was on the way for it not to be.

Horrendous customer service. My husband (Asian) wanted the 2-4-1 £12 deal on collection but the man refused this deal, so he took the £8.99 collection deal for a single pizza instead. I (Caucasian) went to ask what today's deals just to check but the man said the 2-4-1 deals are everyday. I'm shocked they changed their story when I went to visit. On top of that my husband received a very thin pizza that was cut into smaller pieces than usual. We have noticed since the change in owners there's been a decline in quality in the food and now the service. I have contacted their HQ. But don't bother here.

My new favourite pizza place. Absolutely banging I love all the options you’re given and how tasty the pizza is, even the garlic pizza is so good and that’s hard to come by these days. Will order again delivery was fast too x

We’ve ordered from here a few times and have to say we probably prefer it to the main pizza chains like Dominos or Pizza Go Go etc. The prices are reasonable & they often have good deals, especially on collection. We’ve personally never encountered rudeness or the wrong delivery like others have said. Plus some nights it’s open quite late, later than other local pizza places which is handy.

my meal was appalling raw chicken wings , then second batch of wing raw again , they were so raw it was still clucking , never order from here again , they clearly do not probe or check there food , so so dangerous

Pizza Time has its own online ordering service, less expensive than the big online ordering services. Pizza itself is well above average.

Love their pizza, and their chicken wings are the best I've had ever. I chose them as a gamble from the dominos, and glad I did. quality. Ignore the piece I bit into before deciding I wanted to take a photo.

Used to love this place gone downhill in the last year the last two orders have been wrong you ask for a coke get given tango ( which i hate ) you buy extra dips you dont get them and the pizza dough is not nice dont think ill be using again. 👎

DONT ORDER FROM THIS place. These guys make you wait for 1.5 hours, dont pick up calls, worst customer service and eventually deliver cold bread for a pizza. Stay away.

Really poor experience tonight. Couldn’t park outside so had to send my son in to get pizzas. They overcharged him on by £4 for two large pizzas, when I went in to complain, they send that the prices had gone up. Sadly, their website still says that a large pizza is £7.99. Will never use again...

Pizza’s good, service is slipping. The woman who answers the phone is rude and needs some customer service training. They seem to screw up orders from the website and do like to argue about offers on the site vs what they have in store. Just been told 10-15 minutes for collection turned up after 20 minutes and she hadn’t even put it in the oven and then said 5 more minutes. No apology. It’s not even busy! Waited 10 lets see if it’s ready.

Ordered pizza from them they delivered the wrong pizza and when i phoned to get it changed i was told "call pizza hutt and it was the drivers fault" very unhappy with service and will not be ordering from there again

Better than the main chain pizza deliveries! Delivery driver is always happy and makes good time considering we live 15-20 mins away. Get their hand stretched / Italian base which is the best!

Really nice service, competitive prices and quite delicious pizza. They also have some nice specials which are interesting and adventurous. The shop itself is tiny and cramped and doesn't feel nice to be inside, though this won't be a problem if you're ordering online or by phone.

Good quality pizza and delivery times that are always quicker than stated. Much nicer than the usual big name pizza delivery chains.

Ordered through just eat. The time changed to longer. But saying that it was delivered well before new time and it was lovely and hot. It was the best pizza I've ever had. Will only use pizza time now fantastic.
