Seriously good… mood alteringly good quality coffee. Cookie was tasty too. Fairly expensive, but worth it. Full flavoured black Americano with no sugar had no bitterness, and intense flavour. Decaf Cappuccino with Soya milk was apparently perfect too.

Excellent work, we used the automated system to order. Simple to use. They had a offer on their toastie so we had one each My cappuccino was great and my wife had a mocha which she enjoyed Definitely worth a visit

Queued for ages at the self order till. Waited 15 minutes for a tea and vanilla latte. Wasn’t even busy! We are both disabled but surly staff didn’t asked if we needed any help. Don’t accept help but it has always been offered by other food venues. On the upside, comfortable seating and free water available. Will not be returning here.

This was my first time here, incredible service, the coffee taste is so good, nice and friendly environment. Very professional guy served me Sergio, polite warm and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Queued up at self service computer. There were people in front of us at all the available stations. They seemed to be taking quite a long time to order. When it finally came ty my turn I found out why. Added 2 coffees to the basked but it was not obvious how tom access the basket and pay. Scrolled up and down the screen of cakes and buscuits that I had been presented with for 15 seconds looking for it then, to be honest, got a bit fed up looking and walked out. Went down to the Costa just down the mall and spoke to a human being and paid. It was so much easier.

I only went here as they have filter coffee on their menu. Ordered filter coffee using the pay stations and it was only after other orders had been completed was I informed they could not serve filter coffee. I Was refunded, but coffee from a coffee shop isn't too much to ask, nor is a system to inform customers before placing orders and charging them for menu items you can't fulfill.

The service was extremely incredible and superb especially Jeswan who was extremely friendly and helpful. The pizza was extremely delicious and I would reccommend this pizza hut to anyone.

We booked the private room for a business lunch for 17 people. It was £300 booking fee but because it was daytime we negotiated it down to £100. Menu sent 2 weeks prior as everything had to be pre ordered. Day he fire event sent new menu- told any changes can be booked on day. Annoying but ok these things happen. We arrive- room not ready. Left for 15 minutes waiting for room.clearly forgotten we were coming. We said if you can’t accommodate us tell us now and we will go elsewhere. Told that kitchen will be fine. Finally get into room- has other things stored in it, no prep done other than cutlery put out. Then waited 10 minutes before anyone came to do drinks. Then given our preorders and three menus and told to check order against new food options! Drinks took ages. Had to take sheet with new orders to bar. About 15 mins later they come to say some of the new food not available. Unbelievably unprofessional. Whole thing was a joke. We were set to be there for 3 courses and drinks. We told them not to bother with anything else other than mains. Server comes down with first meal ( we have been here an hour) and yells like a fishwife at us. We stood up and left, got our £100 room fee back at least. So embarrassing for us as we were hosting a business lunch. Try to use local businesses and this is how they treat you. Never again.
