Staff doing nothing but chat behind the counter. Staff member taking orders didn’t seem to know how to operate the till. Staff more interested in their own conversation leading to wrong order or forgetting parts of order. Total chaos

Worse service from lady on the till at Bluewater KFC. The reciept says the cashier name was Shqipe. She was shouting at us as we was trying to explain what we would like to order, threw our order at us instead of handing it over & her general attitude was appalling & it’s put us off from wanting to eat here again. Perhaps this individual needs to have training on customer service again as this isn’t how you treat customers!

Expensive enough as it is for some pizza bread dough and toppings I’m disgusted that dominoes have now added delivery fee!! I can totally understand if the delivery is not within the area but with all the added pressure with everything else going up. I was going to order the other day till I noticed that online! Everyone out to line their pockets literally.

Queued for ages at the self order till. Waited 15 minutes for a tea and vanilla latte. Wasn’t even busy! We are both disabled but surly staff didn’t asked if we needed any help. Don’t accept help but it has always been offered by other food venues. On the upside, comfortable seating and free water available. Will not be returning here.

We arrived early evening ordered food which was fine at 7.35 we were told kitchen was closed so we were unable to have a dessert website states that kitchen closes at 8pm no worries as none of the party wanted a dessert. Last orders was called at 9 pm what pub closes at 9? We were out for the evening looking at the website it says that the bar closes at 10.30 ! Don’t think we will be going for an evening out at the railway tavern again which is a shame .

Ordered plenty of times via Uber Eats and never had a problem. Last night placed an order, my mums steak sub was not toasted and the steak and sweetcorn was hard and not cooked. It was frozen!!! Put in a complaint via Uber not heard back!!! Wont be ordering from this Subway store again

Ordered 6 piece variety bucket meal on just eat, came to £31 and they delivered a bucket of hot wings. No original chicken whatsoever. All you’ve got to do is read the receipt and place the order in the bag. Shocking

Ordered pizza online 7pm. Called 8pm to see where it was. Was assured it was on the way. I phoned again 845 to be told the driver had got lost and they needed to make it again. I said we'd collect it instead. We arrived before 9 to collect it but they hadn't even started to make our order! Didn't refund our delivery charge. Offered a bottle of coke instead. 2 hours for 2 pizza which we collected ourselves. Ridiculous and won't be using again

This place is the worst macdonalds I have ever encountered. The manager does not know how to manage this restaurant. Every time I order for either a take out or dine-in there is a delay to up to 30-40mins!! It is shocking how this place runs and has not been closed down. Staff are trained to ignore locals as they are too busy catering for on-line orders and drive through. The local community or people who decide to visit in person get shafted and forgotten about. The manager and staff should watch "Founder" to whip them into shape. Ray Kroc would be turning in his grave if he was around! I always have to double check my order as there's missing items or something never right. Getting someone's attention at the front desk in a mission impossible!

No. These “cronuts”, as they are actually croissant donuts, are extremely dry with cream oozing out of one area. The cream is thin and almost watery. I brought 3, as id researched on the website and walked the entire of Bluewater to find this place. Disappointing & expensive. As other reviews have said, go to Krispy Kreme for your donuts!

Queued up in Bluewater to use the app to get my free hot drink, and the lady said the apps not working again there so un able to get my welcome free drink. So voted with my feet and went to McDonald's for my breakfast. I now boycott Greggs.

This particular one never gets enough stock, they are willing to sell you a Mighty meaty but sorry no meatballs when you ask to replace the missing item with an alternative they want paying even though it’s missing a main ingredient. It happens here a lot and they still have hours before closing time. Get the ordering correct, won’t be revisiting this one and note to the owner, you’re losing revenue, not great.
