Starbucks - Bluewater Guild Hall in Dartford

Staff doing nothing but chat behind the counter. Staff member taking orders didn’t seem to know how to operate the till. Staff more interested in their own conversation leading to wrong order or forgetting parts of order. Total chaos

Table, chairs and floor are covered in particular of food and grime. The service was great, but hard to relax when you have to wipe everything down yourself!

The staff were grumpy. It took ages to get my drink. The tables were cluttered as they hadn't been tidied. Generally poor all round

I wanted to leave a review for the quality of customer service I get every time at Starbucks bluewater, always five star and one particular employee remembers my name even when they haven’t served me for weeks, just such a nice touch.

Awful. Kids behind counter on their phones. Awful cup of tea. Place was filthy. Couldn't find a table that was clear. 2.60 for a really bad cuppa! I recommend you go elsewhere for your much need drink.

Probably the least friendly branch in the country. Surly and aggressive staff and an air of chaos. Avoid!

So, I went there with my friends they ordered the mochiato and coffee and I ordered a tall water and first things first we all ordered tall and received a small. Second my friends got there drink and I was waiting for mine which I ORDERED IN THE FIRST PLACE and said to a man excuse me I ordered a water and haven't got it and he was nice and said I will get that for you but then another man came and made it for me and when I received it he said next time say please which I found really rude. Because its not my fault I didn't receive everything I ordered with the money that was given

My wife and I went into Starbucks to get a coffee and drink as we had time to kill I put my wife at a table which had no notices on it today don’t sit here my wife is in a wheelchair I then went up to order and he said take away I said no can’t we sit at that table it’s got no notice On it . So he said no take away only there were other people sitting at other tables there was tables with notices but our one had nothing on it no photo did not stay

Visited Starbucks Bexleyheath. Due to Covid they were short staffed. Liked the queue system. Seriously unhappy with my drink and the lady serving ignored my request and forgot my straw so I had to make my around the queue in these times to get a straw. Piss poor performance. Won’t be back any time soon!

Visited today when meeting my friend. The shop was mega busy and hardly any tables free. We eventually found a table which was literally directly next to two couples either side of us - our tables were literally touching. Luckily a family behind us left so we quickly sat at the table. No one came over to wipe the table or remove the empty mugs. I had a cheese and ham panini which was very average - didn’t have enough filling in it for me. The hot Chocolate I ordered looked nice but when I tasted it it barely had any flavour. It was luke warm and tasted like warm milk. Won’t be returning.

As usual, a good cup of Starbucks coffee. The location of this Starbucks, upstairs at the Bluewater Shopping Centre, is great for mums with prams. Plenty of space all around, and close to the toilets. Comfortable seating and pleasant staff.

Regular visitor of Starbucks and the milk alternatives always seem to be thicker and of a better taste here than costa or nero. More seating would be nice, but you can always get it to take away if it is busy. Service is always fairly quick and polite – what more do you really need. Remember if you are armed forces or emergency services that they offer a 10% discount if you show your ID.

Asked for a China cup as we were sitting in and I had my father-in-law at 81. They refused us a China cup left to go to Costa fat batter customer care. Starbucks needs to get their act together

People sitting at tables before getting their drinks, so that people who had already got drinks had nowhere to sit. Very disappointed that all your non dairy milks contained sweetener or sugar. Nothing unsweetened

We started our Christmas shopping in Blue Water with a hot drink and ordered one gingerbread latte and one chocolate brownie hot chocolate. When we collected our order the chocolate brownie hot chocolate was completely different from the picture, the picture showed chocolate brownie cream on top, our drink had plain white cream on top. When we asked why ours was not the same as the picture, we were told "we've run out". We were not told this when placing the order and paying for the drinks, but expected to just accept it and to top it all off both drinks were barely warm. For the money Starbucks charge and not to have the decency to prewarn us that they had run out of the chocolate brownie hot chocolate and both drinks to be luke warm is very disappointing. I think a trip to Costa will be in order for our next trip to Blue Water.

Had an afternoon tea and coffee plus two tasty muffins. Service was OK and we sat and watched the shoppers go by (go buy)...!

They didn’t ask for my name to write on the cup... so I couldn’t give a fake one and giggle about it. Really ruined my day. Great coffee though, Herbert

This place serves great peppermint tea as well as the normal assortment of coffees! It is a large area and actually in need of refurbishment but the tea was lovely so all is forgiven!

Had coffee on Sunday prior to shops opening. Can’t fault the coffee or the venue clean and tidy. Good way to start the day.

Como bluewater cierra a las 9 pm me acerqué a una señora de nombre Naomi para pedir una bebida en 8. 40 y antes de que yo incluso tuve la oportunidad de decir nada su primera palabras fueron sus llevar sólo, pero no es mi problema, pero que el centro está abierto hasta las 9 de la tarde, así que ¿por qué es sólo para llevar? ? Pedí mi habitual limonada de té verde, pero me dijeron que no, así que después de té verde pensaba que iba a tener el enfriador de zumo, pero luego me dijeron que han acabado de hielo, que es ridículo y una absoluta patética excusa. Una popular cafetería que se ha quedado sin hielo cuando más probable es que tienen una máquina de hacer hielo. risa. Ella smirked en mí y me dijo que sólo están disponibles bebidas frías que mirar en la nevera. Si la gente quiere ir a casa antes de que ella no debería de trabajar allí. Naomi era extremadamente grosero. Evitar tomar su pedido a menos que ella desea ser engañado! !

Great place to enjoy a coffee and chill inbetween shopping! Clean and tidy, comfortable seating, friendly staff, easy to find on upper floor just alone from Army & Navy: enjoy. BM

Esta es una pequeña cafetería en la planta superior del centro. El servicio era bueno y el barista era servicial en decirme acerca de cafés podría probar antes otras personas, porque tengo una tarjeta de Starbucks. Es bastante pequeño pero tiene asientos si queríamos. Hay baños públicos cerca.

This was possibly the worst coffee I ever had. Bitter and thin at ghe same time, the milk froth flat and and coffee spilling over. Apart from this the place is dark possibly trying to hide the dirt. Put me off Starbucks forever!

OK i love a good coffee shop and Starbucks is good coffee, i also get the name thing but do not sit near the coffee bar, the constant shouting of names got boring and the lighting is very ambient, i mean dark needed a torch to find the table.

The jingle jangle of Christmas was in the air, the glee of the season was mine to share. I asked for a latte, but got some cold slop. I said "boo!" And went to another shop. I went for wee, my willy in hand, my ears were abused by a sub par band. I sighed and I moaned, the coffee in mind. The fact they abused me, was most unkind.

Este tiene que ser el peor café de cadena de salida! El personal es tan amable como se espera y a la par con todas las otras cadenas/grupos. . . Pero tengo que decir que todavía es y ha sido siempre el peor café que he probado jamás. . . . hay sitios mucho mejores para tomar un café y un aperitivo!

I'm not sure if this is a reflection of Starbucks the world wide company or just this one. I've never been before and I did expect a lot. What I revived was a smile free service with no please or thank you's. A coffee which tasted like the dish water that the other coffee mugs had been washed in. A stale price of cake and a dry sandwich. Nothing not a single thing positive to say.

Starbucks están a la altura de su café y comida, pero cuando se trata de obtener un asiento con un índice claro, son escasas. Disfrutar el café, odio el desastre en la zona de cafetería.

We were going to see Spectre early one Sunday morning and went in here for breakfast beforehand. It appears to open well before the actual shops in the mall, I think Google maps said 9am. I had a croissant with my coffee. I was hoping they would have some pumpkin cake, but they didn't. The coffee was OK, but the croissant was not very good, a bit like one from a packet, not fresh. I should have had a muffin instead or gone to Nero and have a toasted panettone.

Coffee was really nice ,did stick test !! Very busy had to wait a while to be served but if busy a good sign I think .we did get offered wrong drinks but just smiled said not ours & ours turned up so one after ,,,,but not a problem

Dark gloomy environment, ordered quickly then served drink with no eye contact as too busy chatting to colleague.

Starbucks in my opinion does serve one of the best coffees here. I also like the variations available throughout the year. My only complaint would be the hot drinks never seem to be hot enough for me.

Just what you would expect from Starbucks...great coffee!! Had breakfast there twice during our break in Kent...I love their porridge!!

I use a lot of Starbucks as I am out and about working as they are great to have a coffee and you know they have good aircon, a toilet and free wifi. This one wasn't very good, no treating at the till after a short queue, whilst I waited for my mango/passion fruit yoghurt frap I noticed all the litter on the floor, dirty surfaces, empty tables that hadn't been cleared and yet there were seven staff behind the counter with only a couple of people in queue at any time. It's blue water on a Monday so it should be easy to keep clean. The toilet was also dirty. While I had my drink, which was great, the tables next to me were never cleared and cleaned.Starbucks this branch may be a money maker for you but the staff are very complacent and don't want to live up to the usual standards. They should show a little bit of enthusiasm towards the customer and that they are working in a good busy store. Come on guys it could be so much better.

Usually go to Starbucks when visiting Bluewater as I like the coffee. Usually opt for a take out then sit in the restaurant as I find the restaurant quite dark and the one in the mall is usually very busy. Not a problem though as I usually find somewhere to sit elsewhere. On this visit I was offered to try the new coffee they had in and it was lovely. Much better than the usual coffee they use and I think that is good. I find the option of having coffee made with skimmed milk excellent as I don't like whole milk or semi skimmed.

I have just experienced my worst coffee ever. Nothing fancy just a regular filtered coffee. It was bitter. My wife did like her Americano though. My egg sandwich was also very dry and it had no mayonnaise in it.However when we sat down, we saw one member of staff, dusting with a feather duster, the inside of the lampshades immediately above the serving counter. Why did this have to be done during the lunchtime rush when food and coffee was being served immediately below? Surely dusting should be done in food establishments after they have closed? Not impressed!Starbucks is not a venue out of choice for us and after this experience we certainly won't be rushing back to this one or any other of their coffee shops!

Where do I start!! Absolutely shocking staff and drink! The lady who took my order was not listening when she asked me what I wanted as I had to repeat myself. I then waited to collect my drink, a tall skinny signature hot chocolate with chocolate cream. I got a tepid hot chocolate with syrup!! I went back to ask for the drink I had ordered, no apology just a filthy look thrown back at me.

Very efficient service and great drinks as usual. We even managed to secure a table for six on a Saturday. Muffins do taste very artificial though - but I think this is more of a corporate issue than particular to this branch.
