Ridiculous refund policies and rude employees.

The drinks were okay but I did not find anything that I really liked, some of the food is quite nice though. I go here sometimes with friends but I don't get anything anymore, the atmosphere and service is lovely

It's a Starbucks, you know what that's like. The staff that afternoon were particularly attentive and helpful, though, so that's totally worth acknowledging.

Nicola who appeared to be in charge had no idea how to speak to staff or customers - no smile when serving - shouting and waving her hands in the air shouting ‘whose next’ instead of ‘can I help you’ Staff not treated very well - barking ‘where this - where’s that’ not professional in front of customers - may be having a bad day - no excuse though

Good coffee and cake as always and seemed a very popular spot for remote working

Absolutely filthy. Uncleared tables. Rubbish on floors. Staff were nice enough but there wasn't any clear mugs so I had to have a paper cup.

Always a queue and the coffee was just right to drink, but not hot enough to take time over, still very enjoyable

Good size shop easy to get a seat, the birthday cake pop was a nice treat to go with the first pumpkin spice latte of the year.

Never experienced such bad service. Absolutely appalling. The barista was so rude to me so I decided it was best for me to not order from here. She lacked the most basic manners and it was so clear she didn’t want to do her job. The most disappointing experience unfortunately.

I love coming here because of the window that is across the front. The wi fi is free. There are tables lot of tables! I have found a new drink called the strawberry frapacheano. It is yummy. As I have problems reading and the menus move. I ask for help. They treat me normal. That is nice. They record my name and spell it right. This place is busy with friends catching up. Meeting being held with computers open. Workaholics tapping on the keyboards. It is a place for everyone. There are always seats.

Usual experience. Same everywhere. Except for more kids this time of year.

Loved it. It was my neices first time and she loved it.

The drinks are on point and taste like heaven but the pick up line should be a bit more organised so there aren't any people bumping into hot drinks or other people.

I enjoyed the decaf mocha with whipped cream.

Hey brother i just hot the order from you and it was very disappointing that heard you joking with your coworker while i was ordering about saying PLEASE after my every sentence if not saying please is rude for you then reminding that or making fun infront of other people is also rude for me i am also attaching you photo that so other people don’t miss judge about anyone else We come from very different cultures where we don’t say PLEASE for every sentence that doesn’t mean we are not respecting so please be careful for the next time Thanks

Great to have arrived at Bluewater really early on a Saturday morning & pleased that Starbucks opens at 7.30am daily.There are 2 Starbucks at Bluewater..one closer to the the John Lewis upper entrance (7.30am open) & another upstairs not too far from the Apple Store. I'm a tea kinda person however it's always lovely to try the fancy drinks on offer.😀👍🥛

I went to the Starbucks Upper Rose Gallery Bluewater today which is a great spot for doing some work! I have a milk allergy and the staff were kind and attentive to my needs. They also made the yummiest coffee ever.

Very busy, nice hot fruit tea & polite staff. Tables not cleaned another member of staff needed to manage the seating area.

I would probably put Starbucks in Bluewater as one of the better coffee shops. Either other a nice atmosphere and great service.

Popped in for a drink and decided to try one of the new refresha flavours. The lady who served me patiently explained what the combination was and advertised it well. Great drink a d great staff .

No baby changing facilities. Makes it difficult when your eating/drinking in and no where to change them.

Convenient placement near the exit; located on the first floor with toilets nearby. Standard Starbucks.... nothing over and beyond the usual expectations of this chain. Plenty of seats, the only downside is that the shop is not enclosed so you get the hustle and bustle of the shopping centre whilst seated.

Standard Starbucks. Nothing bad. Nothing special.

Seasonal lattes and bacon rolls - only way to start a shopping trip. Can't beat a Starbucks eggnog latte to get in the festive spirit. Busy when we visited but staff coped well.

We attended the Bluewater Starbucks today. Sorry to say that yet again the Drinks are poorly made, tasted awful and noones heart is really in it unfortunately. We felt as though we had wasted our money so we won't bother again.

Irritable staff with little empathy and poor customer service who were particularly intolerant towards the elderly couple ahead of me in the queue, who weren't quite up to speed with the process of ordering a Starbucks. When their drinks were available for collection the member of staff quietly called the lady's name once and once only. Fortunately I had the compassion to tell them their drinks were ready. Everyone was complaining about the curt service and drinks being left with handles facing away from the customer etc. Apart from the poor service and the fruit flies, I enjoyed my coffee and 5 cheese toastie.

Friendly quick service, clean tables. Had a tasty s'mores brownie, added a nice twist to a classic.

Over priced, and a bit disappointed by the ambience. Looks like they need more cleaning staff to go around and clean dirty tables. On several occasions the tables had some leftover pieces of food and drinks. We had to clean it ourselves each time.

Friendly staff and tasty coffees. The food may look bland but it doesn't half fill you up!

Staff are overall unhelpful and the team looked miserable and unapproachable. Didn't feel like the Starbucks we are use to.

Dark uninviting place. Hot chocolate was luke warm. Tasted ok. Lots of snacks available. Went in because my daughter likes it

I would say it was a bit slow as there were just two people ahead of me and took a good waiting to get our drinks. But all else was good.

Rude service, lots of staff but all free tables were dirty and full of used cups (so they were only offering take away cups) coffee lukewarm and cold brew was awful!

I am dairy and soya intolerant so an almond milk cappuccino was a nice change from black coffee. The atmosphere was relaxed and at the time my party was there there were free tables. As the venue is fairly large it is popular with mums with prams. Lovely

As you'd expect a Starbucks to be. Completely open though so quite noisy but convenient for a quick coffee. There's Sam enclosed one elsewhere in Bluewater of you want a quieter time

Clean pleasant surroundings. Enjoyed a large cup of tea here while my daughter relaxed people watching.

The best known coffee chain for a very good reason. Always offering a first class and personalised experience, with a wide variety of coffee styles and customisations to suit every taste. The staff in here are second to none, always friendly and welcoming; never had a bad experience here.

We went to buy a drink at the smaller shop (upper rose gallery) 15 minutes before closing time but several chairs were placed to block the entrance. We asked 1 of the 3 members of staff if we could buy anything and they told us and another customer they were understaffed despite the 3 of them not serving anyone.

My partner was given the wrong order.

Very bad customer service from the ginger and blonde women, she was serving customers their drinks first who were not in front of me i only ordered a peach ice tea which had no taste was so watery!! She was too busy chatting to her colleagues saying she needed to text them about personal stuff and was not acknowledging the customers very unprofessional. When we asked where the ice tea is she made it and basically threw it at me. Very rude needs training on her customer service. I work in food so i know this is not the way you treat you customers!

Not bad but coffee could be a lot better

Excellent coffee but one member of staff working their socks off, one fiddling about doing nothing - shifting merchandise around to tidy it, not even replenishing stock, when there was a queue of about 20 people - and another working hard to make orders up. Saturday lunchtime and a 25+ minuted wait for coffee! Other establishments are available but on this occasion we were too tired to walk out and go elsewhere - next time we will

Ordered ice white mocha frappe medium size literally half the cup was coffee it wasn’t even filled to the top and the cream just sunk into it all they did was add extra cream to half a cup of coffee. Didn’t taste like a white mocha just a average coffee frappe. Wasn’t that nice. Got a birthday cookie it was alright tasted kinda stale but the coffee defo was a waste, had better in other branches😖

Very untidy, cups and food on tables, floor littered with rubbish. Requested a cloth to wipe our table, girl came and wiped clean our table and apologised as short staffed. Staff very friendly
