John Lewis Patisserie in Dartford

It’s a Sunday 11:30 I bought Almond Croissant from Blueswater Center Waitrose. And it’s Freezing cold. Is this your quality? Very disappointing. Way far from the place now to return. Had to throw it. I haven’t even touched the cheese twist and plain croissant.

Incredibile service. My daughter started crying and a member of staff rushed in to offer help, assistance and even a biscuit to help me settle her, then while I was waiting for an attendant at the fish counter, another member of staff approached me to offer refreshments to ease the wait, and to top it all off, the cashier helped me pack my bags while my daughter was sleeping in my arms. I rarely felt so welcome and supported in any shop, really considerate and caring staff!

I do my weekly shop here but this store needs updating. There needs to be a hot counter for cooked meat, the aisles aren’t stocked with a massive variety, the frozen section is tiny, the fruit and veg resembles downtown Baghdad every time I visit. Will continue to shop there though as my favourite store in beckenham is too far to travel with a young baby.

Nice clean store with friendly staff. I do find it has limited selection of items this may just been down to the size of the store. Has a coffee and cake area which is nice and generally quiet. The store is located in the basement area of the John Lewis store.

Very well laid out store with a separate cheese room and patisserie counter with small coffee bar . Also has a champagne bar in the corner of the food floor. The small cafe / coffee shop next to this is a lot quieter than M &S at the other end of Bluewater

Bought ham from the Deli counter. Cut to the thickness requested. Excellent quality food and very pleasant service.

Very nice supermarket, good prices and very good variety. It is always clean and has a nice coffee shop in the middle of the supermarket. Good bread and cheese sections. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Smaller store but still a great range, wine bar, meat counter and even a cheese room. Well laid out and lots of offers.

Large store - John Lewis. Very helpful partner though prices rising

mum and I created our own afternoon tea in here, we brought the sandwiches then the cakes was just perfect, no shortage of filling either

Helpful staff and had what we wanted. More expensive than a normal Waitrose and less choice. 1 staff member had a hacking cough cutting cheese possibly covid. Should not be at work. We wore masks but.most people don't. I have an 80 yo mother.

Good selection of foods... easy layout..parking free at Bluewater..staff helpful .

A good last stop for arranging dinner before home.

Excellent service. Very quality shop with very reasonable prices. The butcher behind the meat counter was one of a kind. Recommended and gifted a delicious black garlic steak sauce for us that was incredible! Thank you.

Great place to shop, clean well stocked with friendly staff. Staff all wearing masks, although not all customers. 😕🙄 Recommend as a supermarket in Bluewater. 👍

Sales assistant was very informative and even came up with things we hadn't thought of. Del and installation arranged with not long to wait.

Went to the food hall to buy beer, got that and an excellent strong cheese that is not expensive. I will get it there again

I visited for the first time in a while last weekend. It was extremely well organised to ensure that the shop was COVID safe. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

A very safe and friendly shop to shop in, the only downside was finding how to get in to the store if you were in Bluewater shopping mall it was a long hike to find the entrance. and likewise getting back to the mall.hopefully that will all charge when all the shops open on Monday

Really convenient parking in the Lower Rose Gallery car park. The staff are doing a great job of maintaining social distancing and everyone is extremely helpful and polite.

I visited here today as I was collecting something from John Lewis. It was rather surreal entering a shop that is closed. And the food hall was eerily quiet despite there being more people than I expected shopping there. The shop has put in an amazing one way system & really is doing all it can to protect customers. It really was very well organised

Thank you for always having my delicious seaweed thins. It's the only shop I can buy them from as Tesco, Sainsburys and Morrisons discontinued them.

Una de sus tiendas estilo Food Hall. Son mucho más premium que las habituales y están dentro de una tienda John Lewis. Está tiene cava de quesos, una sección de frutas y hortalizas con mesas y productos en cestos, un bar y una sección de vinos y licores muy amplía. También tiene una pastelería y cafetería dentro de la tienda. Muy recomendable, en general es una tienda bonita.

I find this Foodhall a pleasure to shop in particularly at this time of Social Distancing as the store is well spaced. The Partners are always exemplary with their customer service. There is always a good and varied display of products which adds to the experience.

Only went in for some vegetables and came our with three bags! This place is dangerous! Far too many temptations for me to resist. No doubt we will be back for more.

Lovely store hidden away at the bottom of John Lewis at the back but I only go there if I've got a waitrose special offer voucher as its a bit ££££

Usual good fare and a nice coffee and cake bar to sit at and enjoy.

It's great they got hand soap lol. But in all seriousness you cant beat the choice and quality. Worth the bit extra.

Good quality food. More choice than Sidcup Waitrose (which smells rank!). However when I was at the cashier I did notice one purchase of reduced watercress was going off when I turned it over; despite being reduced I feel all food products should still be edible (deduct one star!) Surprised they had a choice of 2 types of harrisa, impressive.

Good choice of food and drinks, and good discounts available on a range of products. Wine selection and meat & fish counter particularly stood out. Helpful staff and lots of checkouts. Ample free parking available.
