Ordered plenty of times via Uber Eats and never had a problem. Last night placed an order, my mums steak sub was not toasted and the steak and sweetcorn was hard and not cooked. It was frozen!!! Put in a complaint via Uber not heard back!!! Wont be ordering from this Subway store again

Like many others said, they don't honor promotions despite being listed as a participating store.

Picked up snack lunch for my grandchildren.

The lady was very rude .We asked her to change the gloves because she was preparing non veg sandwich and we requested for vegetarian sandwich.She rudely served us.

one of the ladies was very stingy with how much food she wanted to give me as if it was coming out of her pocket. the food also tasted off and the bread was stale

Very disappointed and the staff messed up one order after the other. Unfortunately won't be rushing back here.

Lovely lady that works night shifts but management must be absolutely shocking to think they can just leave her on her own with walk ins, Deliveroo, Uber eats too. There should be Atleast 2 if not 3 members of staff at night times. 5* for the lady but 0 stars for whoever is managing that place, give the poor lady some help ffs

Was an indian lady Ankhy something like that, she do all deliveries on uber eats But is too Lazy to do the dine in 04:20 AM, worst experience that indian lady dont know english first of all and second too rude , dont come here

Not much English spoken here unfortunately very hard to make the correct order It's not 24 hours they have an extended break that isn't scheduled In the morning and her English is terrible

3 times I went there around 4:15am and the lady there said she not open when at the same time on website says 24h open.

Absolutely ridiculous, claims to be open 24hrs but is supposedly closed between 5am and 6am for cleaning. I arrived at 4:50 and waited for ten minutes for someone to serve me, I eventually had to shout to get someone to even come to the counter, by this time it was 5:01am and the colleague I spoke to says they're closed.

Great service and very friendly staff.

Staff there very rude and unfriendly. Made the meat balls and stuffed the bread with the sauce even when asked not to put it, then wrapped it and pushed it towards my daughter. Had her face like she did not want to be there, saw customers waiting, looked and turned her face away. Never going back

Terrible and unfriendly service. Lady makes it clear she doesn’t want to be there and tries to skimp on all of the fillings, leaving you having to ask for extra to be put in each time. Really need to sort out their customer service. Food is ok tho

2 hour wait via the app then simply cancelled. This is the second time they have done that. I suggest avioding like the plague.

After 15 minutes of waiting, the lady just said "we are closed in 30 minutes I wont serve you". Laughably bad service for both subway and gas station. Don't go near this place.

Often told the till is closed for a break despite there being a que of people waiting. They even close for an hour can you believe it? No idea why

Asbolute waste of time. Staff do not care and you will wait 30 mins at least before even being served. I just walked out tonight after waiting 20 mins as the 2 members of staff were out chatting away and clearly not interested in taking my order.

Two staff but only one doing anything. I’m sure the hash browns are supposed to be crispy but they come out of the oven flaccid and greasy. It feels like it’s just not run very well.

Didn't have TLC or meatless meatballs as advertised on their back board. Not a fan of the veggie patty so left without eating - the 2 star review is about this, the staff were fine and the place looked clean. Just disappointed that the advertised options weren't available.

Awful place to eat last time I went to this subway there were files buzzing near and on the food and the people who worked there didn’t have a clue what they were doing wont be coming back here anytime soon

Been waiting 20 minutes with the staff member in front of us ignoring us and with no name tag what so ever Place is open 24H and guy seem to be doing nothing

Located inside the garage or fuel station for convenience in my opinion. Fill up your motor vehicle then followed by having a snack to eat either inside or on the go depending on what you fancy to do. There is a menu on display for you to select for you to enjoy at your pleasure

Disgusting service from them. On the app it says its buy one get one free and they were listed as a participating restaurant but they didn't honor it when trying to pay by giving an excuse that they're a franchise. The head office said that they should be participating but the Indian guy was extremely rude and then he lied to me saying that there wasn't any manager in the store when it seems like he was the guy in charge. Made an official complaint to head office. Just won't shop there again anymore as they wasted my lunch break

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. Staff are terrible. Didn’t know what gherkins where and put jalapeños on my sub. Stale bread. Frequently missing ingredients like cheese or sweetcorn. Only reason I come here is it’s 24/7

Staff don't listen, they don't want to make the sub that you want. In short this is the worst Subway I have been in because of all the staff are equally as bad as each other. If you want Subway, don't go here, drive to the next one, your experience will be much better elsewhere

It's only redeeming factor is its open all night, made me wait 15mins with a taxi outside while he swept and moped the floors so he could go home when he wants to.

Hit and miss this place is....usually always fresh as its right on the Dartford Tunnel approach, but staff can be hard to deal with in here sometimes.

Unfortunately this subway does not deliver what it promises very poor quality of staff don't really seem like they want to work there at all bread was hard and tasted like cardboard salad was wet and squashee mayo was completely tasteless the tea is disgusting the poor lady who served me struggled to understand me one other thing on two previous visits I found the subway store closed early in the morning even though it says 24 hour opening

I always enjoy the food from Subway.it always offers a wide range of healthy choices and fresh choices.definetely a good place to grab some healthy food when you are in a hurry.

Terrible service i have received today at subway princes road dartford. I have waited 15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches but thats not the biggest problem. The attitude the woman who was working had is really bad. Nowhere close to being friendly with the customer or try to explain why she was late. I was standing for more then 10 mins with no que waiting to be served because she was making a online order. Not even sorry or any kind of apologize in the end. Totally disgusting way to treat customers. From now onwards this store is off my list.

Disappointed with food presentation, it came squashed, and it seemed to have not many fillings. It was cold and they delivered the wrong drink. Would not recommend

Quality of sandwiches are great but they are often out of stock of some items.

Don't know what they do disrespectful to disabled people when we got there nobody was at the counter my partner was in wheelchair they have no respect or don't listen. They don't what subway offers

Staff took a while to get to us but that was more down to her staffing the garage till and the Subway at the same time. Food was good though so won't complain too much.

TERRIBLE. They're smoking inside, it took them 1 hour to deliver 2 cold subs , the delivery got declined twice for no reason. They even didn't choose the correct bread. I'm absolutely hating this shed

DO NOT USE SUBWAY SERVICE, I GOT CHICKEN TIKA 6inch from there yesterday and i now have been up all night getting sick and bad stomach! Food poisoning material! Disgusting. Putting in a strong report to health environment.

24 hours which is great but the staff are illiterate

OK, so a 24 hour subway is obviously an amazing idea. It's 12:30am and me and some friends have stopped by to alleviate the inevitable hangover with a scrummy subway. I understand that the pressures of a Saturday overnight subway shift are high, drunk sandwich lovers at every turn. However, this whole thing would be a lot easier if the person serving had a SINGLE OUNCE of urgency about his job. I have never seen a slice of ham being laid down to slowly in my entire life. I have been here for half an hour and he has served only 3 people in front of me. Slowest service on planet earth. Some people even left the queue for the the delights that the petrol station has to offer (dairylea Dunkers) In the time of writing this he served me, I thought I'd wait to see what the experience was like for myself. So he took about 24 hours to lay the ham, and Turkey. Then another 48 to lay cucumber, jalapeños and lettuce. It actually took less time to Cook the things I ask for ranch sauce, he then proceeds to smother my eagerly awaited sub in brown sauce. By this point, I'm so done I just don't say a word, pay, and eat my disgusting sub because I need food. Disappointed. I wish I could say I don't blame the guy and that I blame subway, but he was slow as hell, and I also blame subway for not thinking that a 24 subway would not need two staff on a Saturday night. I started this review in the queue at 2 stars but after getting my food revert to one star and suggest subway get someone with a bit of urgency and common sense to serve its customers.
