Pizza GoGo in Dartford

Ordered pizza online 7pm. Called 8pm to see where it was. Was assured it was on the way. I phoned again 845 to be told the driver had got lost and they needed to make it again. I said we'd collect it instead. We arrived before 9 to collect it but they hadn't even started to make our order! Didn't refund our delivery charge. Offered a bottle of coke instead. 2 hours for 2 pizza which we collected ourselves. Ridiculous and won't be using again

They are simply terrible, While I start ordering it was showing delivery time 20-30 minutes just after placing order it increased to 60-90 minutes. Only store can tell how it was possible!

I ordered a pizza deal, the pizza was such bad quality and the cream cheese jalapeño poppers were extremely bland. Complained to highest person in charge, the customer service was beyond appalling. No refund given, I was told the food is great which implied I had a bad experience. i had to battle to even get a food voucher as some form of compensation. I went back and ordered different food from menu pasta this time, again horrendous quality of food and the customer service was disgraceful. Never will I ever go back to this, I can’t believe they are still in trade!

Absolutely terrible phone manners!! Man on the phone was so rude, wouldnt take my order because he said I didn’t sound right!! I am a mum at home with 2 kids recovering from a terrible cold, was just trying to order us pizza THAT I WOULD OF PAID FOR BY CARD.

I order the care package and not only was my order over an hour wait it was also missing items I called them back they said they would send someone back and they never turned up! Very disappointing I will not be ordering again as this is not the first time they messed up my order!!

Always use this place today for the first time there was a problem with the order and was rectified even after a slightly confused conversation- thanks guys

The Pizza delivery take away that we usually use. Food tastes good, and delivery time is usually quoted as 45/50 min, but is generally delivery within 30 minutes. Small mistakes sometimes made but rectified the following time without any dispute.

Does not deserve even 1 star!!! We ordered at pizza at 12am and still had not received it by 1.40am...we rung at 1.15 and was greeted by a very rude staff member. When we tried to call back at 1.40 we was then greeted by voicemail saying it was shut!!! Very angry for waiting up so long and very disappointed. Would not recommend!!

Always fresh food and very friendly staff. Good choice . Good delivery times and easy to pick up as well

Always a swift and easy service, with a reasonable price and tasty toppings. VERY occasionally the dough is still a bit raw around the crust. Always hot which is a big plus!
