£18 for a breakfast that would normally cost £5. Rude staff, slow service, cold beans. And if you want to change one thing for another, say mushrooms for hash browns, forget it they won’t.

First time visiting, never again! Arrived at 6pm, waited over an hour to be seated, Used the online app to order, only to find out that it was not working and staff were aware of that fact. did not see fit to tell us before more time was wasted. Then had to queue to place order. Food, mediocre at best arrived at gone 7.30 minus one item that was forgotten. Fantastic service, NOT. Thanks Nandos for an unforgettable birthday treat.

Literally watched this man (the manager) refuse to serve someone with a disability today and tell them to leave the restaurant. Have reported to @gatwickairport who i hope will make sure he gets terminated. The staff were terrified of him and refused to give me his name. Sonoma needs to be closed down, it's lease terminated or taken for all that is has got and put out of business for good. The fact that his staff seemed terrified suggests a lot about the people who Sonoma employ and the effectiveness of their anti-disctimination training. Great venue, good coffee, food and friendly staff. Big fan of Starbucks and have never been disappointed 👍

Ordered food the waitresses were great, the food was good, quite a lot of choice on the menu, overall a very enjoyable meal.

Huge and very busy branch. There is a lot of seating. The long line moved quick. Good selection of sushi, salads, soups and more. I had the salmon sushi which was fresh, light and perfect before a flight. Not cheap but sushi never is! Seats are all communal on high stools. Not the most comfortable to sit for long. My difference between a 4 and a 5 was that service was pleasant and efficient but could be friendlier. Branch was dirty. I understand their busy but they need some staff to clean tables and floors. Would recommend otherwise.

Closed down, there's a Starbucks instead

I ordered a doner burger from here and was extremely disappointed. When I got home and opened the box, I found that all the doner meat was completely burnt and hard. We returned it to the shop, and the person serving us said, “Of course it’s hard, you ordered over 40 minutes ago.” Even if the burger was ordered 40 minutes ago, the doner wouldn’t become hard just because it got cold—it was hard because it was burnt. The quality was really poor, and the customer service was even worse. They should stick to selling Fish and Chips. Avoid!!

A family sunday lunch with teenage kids. Plenty of parking, friendly welcome and service and good quality food and choice from the carvery. Would recommend for the great value and we'll be going again!

Possibly the worst quality food ever seen at any Wetherspoons. Granted i did not complain at the time due to time constraints and no wish to embarrass my business partner but after complaining online a week later, received a stock email saying they would do nothing to rectify the situation.
