it was a lovely day and we were struggling to find somewhere with enough seating and so were lucky here. Our food was fine, didn't take too long and we were served by friendly people. there is a small garden out back but not enough shade for us so we stayed inside. All good.

I had a lovely spur of the moment visit and I can’t rave about this place enough. The food was nice, drinks me up varied but more than anything, the staff were so lovely. The cats are obviously the main attraction - all very sweet as you’d hope - but just as importantly the staff are accommodating, welcoming and really make you feel at home. Can’t wait to pay another visit!

What does it cost to smile and make a customer feel welcome ? Nothing, of course. The coffee is pretty good but variable ( over three visits ). Each time I have felt I have dragged the barista away from what they were doing elsewhere. Shame as real coffee is hard to find in SEngland

I have been visiting here frequently with my elderly parents for 17yrs now and we love the place, we have always found the staff to be very friendly and polite, they even noticed my mum was no longer with us and gave special thoughts to our loss. The food is of good quality and the portion sizes are larger than average for the price, especially the main meals. Although the prices have risen over the years, they are well below the rises i have seen in other cafes, so they remain very reasonable. we tend to have a breakfast on each visit of which they do several variations that come with toast or bread. I have also had the pleasure many times of their Sunday roasts which are again very nice, especially the Christmas one. This is my favorite place in Canterbury to eat and has been for a very long time.

Was in Whitstable for the day and we stumbled across this place for lunch. I had the pulled pork sandwich which came with crisps and salad. The pork was tasty and the bread was lovely! I also did a takeaway with the orange and chocolate cake, that was amazing! I wish I lived nearer so that I could go back again!

Mama Feelgoods has had a face-lift gone are the wooden table and chairs! Replaced by comfortable chocolate brown lounge seats and teal chairs, combined with art work from local artists, beautiful curtains and silver mirrors. Great design and on trend. The tea’s and coffee’s are hot and tasty as always. For those who long for a cake there is plenty to choose from baked on the premises and delicious!

Me and my partner visited Keiths Coffee Hut and purchased 2 crab sandwiches. The lady behind the counter was super friendly and helpful, the 2 sandwiches both came in a takeaway box and were on thick white bread, loads of filling and served with a handful of pringles. The sandwich was tasty and fresh.

Really good food, we had the butter chicken, paneer and black dahl and all were delicious. Didn't have to wait long for food. Atmosphere on a saturday night was buzzy but not too noisy. Loved it, will be back! Cocktails and mocktails also really good. With a cocktail it was £35 per head which we thought was very good value.

Lovely little gem hidden away amongst bigger louder cafes . Blink and you could miss it but inside there so much room and seating once you get past the Door . I came in on my own and was made so welcome . The Staff were attentive and knowledgeable and made a huge fuss of my dog , giving her a “Pupachino “ which she demolished in seconds. The food here is exceptional, all locally Sourced produce and nicely presented. The owner takes huge pride in keeping this little Cafe up to date , Inside the decoration is Beautifully done and you can see this is more than “ Just a Business “ It’s a passion and you can tell that every member of staff is passionate about making your experience at Cafe No.35 the Best possible . The Specials are changed Every 2 weeks . It’s worth a trip because the Hand Made Hash Browns are Mind blowing!!! Dog Friendly, cake s to die for and an extensive menu that caters for vegan , vegetarian and Gluten free . Definitely worth a look 👀.

Just terrible. But lovely if you like to eat while surrounded by the smell of nearly dead dog. (It seems there’s some dogs adjacent to the dining areas) And if you like rocks claiming to be roast potatoes. And no beef because there’s none left, so it’s microwave chicken breast cut into dry miserable chunks. At least the cauliflower cheese helped to moisten it all up. Some cool floppy cabbage finished the depressing presentation, smoothly gliding around the plate on a sea of vinegary gravy. Skipped desert (not that we were asked), paid and beat a hasty retreat away from the “cheesy dog” aroma. Now I’m no chef, but this place Is selling food for a living, which makes it somewhat important that you actually know a thing about cooking. I suppose it’s just relying on the fact that most of the customers don’t know any better, or couldn’t find anywhere else half decent in the town.
