The car park was nice and big. We ate the first night at the hotel and the food was good. However the room was quite hot and stuffy think the towel radiator was a bit OTT had to turn it off to keep the room at a reasonable temperature for sleeping. WiFi was a bit intermittent my phone preferred my 4G to it for much of the visit. Breakfast was good but music was loud however they did turn it down when we asked.

Just outside the main town. Lovely atmosphere, very clean comfy room. Would definitely book again.

Near to park and ride. Had a good London Pride bitter shandy, and a selection of bar snacks, all good.

Full of character I loved it! The bedroom was a bit warm inside but there was a fan inside that was actually quite silence so I had it on through the night. Friendly staff and a great full English breakfast in the morning. I would stay here again.

Great location for Spitfire Cricket Ground…10 minute walk or catch a bus. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely room. Fabulous pub for food. Breakfast was lovely too.

What a fantastic place to visit. We stayed in the family room which had everything we wanted. A meal in the evening in their restaurant which was also fantastic. Definitely be back.

The host was super friendly. The rooms clean and comfortable. Diner was very good. Als breakfast was top!!

Had a meal here and was asked if I would like some mixed vegetables to go with my shepherd's pie, I was then given some boiled cabbage chopped up in a small dish and charged £3 for it. Let me say the service was good and the shepherd's pie but to call chopped up cabbage mixed veg is another thing.

For one night only. The room was not clean and a lot of noise from the road. The hotel is old with a lot of maintenance to do. Restaurant and bar are fine.

Great location with friendly staff

Welcome was great. Room as expected. Fish and chips excellent on first night. Recommend by me to my guests on second night and it was terrible. Took too long for English breakfast to be served. Everything else as expected from this level of accommodation/Inn

Went here for a meal. The menu has lots of choice and reasonably priced. Portions size are substantial. The food is lovely and a nice atmosphere. Staff are polite and friendly and Ellie who looked after us for the evening has great customer service. Always had a smile and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Well worth the visit.

Had Mother's Day breakfast here at 09:30hrs. Great service, great food, and at a great price. Catered for an alergy sufferer, and she could have everything she wanted!! Will definitely go back. Lots of parking spaces, too!

The room was large and tastefully decorated and the shower was excellent, although leaked out onto bathroom floor. The Resturant staff were polite and helpful, especially with food allergy concerns. However, your glass onion app does not reflect what can actually be eaten. The room was very noisy with position at the front of the building. There was no explanation that the front bedrooms were adjacent to busy road which had considerable heavy traffic throughout the night. When large vehicles passed by the room shook! The room was very hot, despite us turning off the heating. This meant we had to have the window open all night leading it to be even more noise. The windows were broken - needed propping open, the curtain fittings were broken. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, with a very hard mattress. We hardly slept all night long.

I attended a funeral buffet at this venue. Not enough staff on duty at the bar, so service was extremely slow and the staff appeared stressed. The food was very basic

Restaurant was great, good size room. Bedroom and bathroom were freezing and no heating! We were provided a small portable radiator but this didn't heat up the room. Would have preferred extra bedding/thicker duvet for the winter.

Popped in for a coffee and were impressed with the friendliness of all the staff with us and other customers. V nice coffee and we'll be back.

Fantastic team that welcomed us and reassured that they were available to help if we needed anything. Clean and tidy room perfect for our short stay.

The only friendly member of staff was the cleaner- who went above and beyond to be helpful to guests The bar staff were mostly short tempered and rude. The eggs Benedict egg whites were raw, likely left on a hot plate rather than poached, but we were in a hurry to get to a wedding venue so not time to return them

Food was OK but not all hot or freshly cooked

The staff were all really friendly and helpful, I was advised about meals in the evening and also breakfast whilst also being shown to my room. The room was good, the only improvement may be a lick of paint on the shower ceiling and the desk, and the toilet flush a little more effective however it was clean, and warm and menu information provided if i needed it. A good stock of tea and coffee, and a hairdryer available after a good nights sleep. Breakfast was lovely and fresh with the staff efficient and welcoming.

Great place to eat friendly staff great food.

Stayed for a local business trip. The property was further another outside of Canterbury town, for some peace, but not to far. You can walk in about 15 minutes. Found parking at the property to be easy. It was a lovely friendly pub, staff were great and the rooms were perfect. Only improvement would be to supply a few more coat hangers.

Normal hotel with comfortable rooms.

The room was clean with all facilties and attended to every day. Bed was comfy and we slept well. Service for booking in and the evening meal was excellent. Food was really tasty. There was a few spots about the building and room that needed small cosmetic changes but did not detract from our stay.

Arrived before check-in as wouldn't be returning until late. Very helpful staff, checked us in and keys handed over. Room was clean, comfortable and had space for luggage. Breakfast was extra but it was superb

We have spent 3 nights at the Inn. The rooms were clean and tidy and the service was absolutely great. Definjtely recommend.
