Ordered a takeaway this evening, the food was appalling and disappointing.
Noodles are bland and no taste, broth no taste, the duck was good quality and the 3 bits if veg floating around were good.
The spicy chicken wings were not spicy.
After eating the duck and veg the rest was for the bin !
Brunch visit just after midday., short wait outside - but well advised about time and offered free Tea for warmth (along with heat lamp burning away)
I had the Grill up
Almost my best ever breakfast
But the sausages were a bit grainy
Everything else amazing
Would go again

We came for a bottomless brunch for my friend's birthday, it was very loud when we got here, but Beckah managed to take our orders to perfection - she remembered everyone's drink preferences and was on the ball for the whole meal! Give that gal a pay rise!
Arrived to a very loud and noisy bar to find out our table was next to the door, across from the bar and next to noisy drinkers.
We waited 15 mins for a drink although the drinkers at the bar where served ahead of our drinks order.....we knew then we had made a mistake!
The food was excellent we both cleared our plate but atmosphere, service and attention to detail was lacking. Would not return in the immediate future.
Excellent Italian food in a charming restaurant with lovely ambiance. Attentive service, delicious dishes, good portions and good value. Easy parking. Perfect!
This is a popular chippie in town my reason for only 3 stars is I personally am not over keen on the batter they use the chips are good and worth a visit

Service was very good for Sunday lunch, but it was quiet and steady, very attentive and definitely a family run pub with the children helping out. Roast was good and value for money. They have really improved the old section of the pub, but make sure that fire is on as it can get cold in the winter.
We were looking for a cafe to house 8 adults, on a busy Sunday, before Christmas, midday, for coffees only. Black Sheep cafe refused to let us sit in their take away area, even though it was empty.
We then walked on a little way to find Garage coffee. They are a smaller cafe than Black sheep, and it was busy when we asked for seating for 8 adults. They were so accommodating and friendly, moving tables and chairs so that we could all sit down together. Not only did we get 11/10 tasting coffee, but 11/10 service! I would totally recommend you visiting this cafe. Also, this is an independent cafe who knows where their coffee comes from. How can you not support them!. Thank you very much.
It was our first stop in Canterbury on an early, wintry, weekend morning for a delicious gingerbread cruffin and coffee. It's a cosy cafe where you can watch the passerbys on the cobblestone street beyond while indulging in a pastry and hot tea or coffee.
As soon as we walked in the door, we knew this would be a good experience. We were met with a superb welcome from Katie. When booking,I had mentioned that one of our party was celebrating a birthday. The table was reserved and decorated with birthday partyware … what a lovely touch.
The menu choice for lunch is excellent and as it’s priced for two courses, it was very good value for money. Katie continued to look after us, food very good and didn’t have to wait long. Topped off at the end with a candle in the birthday girls desert.
Wish we could have stayed later as they had a charity live music event on, which sounded like good fun. We will be back and would recommend to anyone.
Never ever disappointed here. Dog friendly. Comfortable tables. Great home made breakfast. Excellent coffee. Friendly professional staff. Will be back.
