Took ages to get seated and once seated no asked us if we wanted drinks ur food. We was just ignored - in fact when we left after 20 minutes no member of staff even noticed. Hope this was a one off - ruined our evening

Honestly best service I’ve had in a while, definitely gonna be back here purely due to the quality of drinks and the outstanding customer service from the server Lucas, when asked to speak to the manager about the amazing service Elle came over and gave the same great energy as our server, overall, WE WILL BE BACK !!!

Not a great experience, booked for a suprise for my best friends birthday. The waitress was nice but was either very new or just incompetent. We were there for the bottomless brunch, the waitress took our drinks, brought drinks over that were incorrect, we then had to ask to order food. It was somewhat busy in there but not busy enough that we had to ask to order food or when I had to ask for toilet paper for the ladies which was empty when we arrived for our slot. Food came was nice. The bill then came - we had paid a deposit beforehand which hadn’t been taken off the bill. We sent that back and it still came back wrong being charged for burgers that were part of the brunch deal. After they were taken off the bill was still Incorrect as £16 should have come off but the bill was only £7 less. Service charge had been added - £35 ! Absolutely not! The bill was still not entirely right but we had taxis waiting to go to our next part of the evening so wanted to get out of there. First and last time coming here

Only came here because we had a voucher given to us due to poor service and food. Used voucher a year on and the exact same so never coming back.

Sam was an absolute legend,fun and made the experience amazing!keep it up and keep smiling.The cocktail was a bit tangy but that's because the recipe has been changed.

Disgusting Arrived for our grandaughters 21st birthday meal shown to table and was asked for drinks straight away without even a drinks list sat and ordered meal which came out 5 minutes later. The mains then came out whilst we was still eating our starters Halfway through the mains the bill was placed on table even though we hadn't asked for it eventually we finished and table wS cleared straight away with the waitress hovering over us to pay on checking g bill it was with a £22 service charge I complained and told them it was not mentioned at time of booking or even on the menu and told them to remove it as with was not law abiding anyway Such a shame the food was good but service and staff appalling I'm afraid Came here because having tried the one in Portsmouth last year we found that very enjoyable maybe they should get the staff from there to this one won't return here sadly

I have been a few times now, with family, work colleagues and friends. When they opened, only half the menu was available. The food is ok, sometimes things are missing from your plate, like coleslaw etc. and nothing is said by the wait staff. It might be out of stock, or the staff have just forgotten it, so always ask; but it's a bit annoying when they are out of stock and just bring you what they have without offering an alternative side. I get the impression that the focus is on the cocktails, so the food isn't that important. My Brazilian friend was not impressed! The cocktails are nice though, which makes this venue popular in this university town.
