Taco Bell - Canterbury High Street in Canterbury

So, the McDonald's of mexican food has arrived in Canterbury?! Dreadful tortilla chips, with barely any toppings at all, they could at least given a decent amount of cheese? Terrible dry beans, there was so little salsa it's impossible to say if it was any good. Despirited staff providing terrible customer service and ghastly food. If you want decent nachos, go to Cafe Des Amis.

The foods nice ... But the prices have crept up a fair bit so now not as good value as other fast food places now. Portions can be small as well. It's a shame much better and much cheaper in the US.

Nice burrito, good service, cramped seating area

I order online and from my order was missing my drink and my nachos sauce. The delivery driver said, that was no drink when he pick up the food( the bag was unopened) and to contact taco bell, when I call them they said to call just it. Very unprofessional. I will not order anymore

Two star experience for Taco Bell. Got the large box meal which meant absolutely nothing as my large drink was refillable. Refillable drink was the only highlight here. Food was dangerously average. Staff were nice. Friend had to sit outside on a camping chair as there was not seating left. The food tasted like it had been left in the rain for a couple minutes. Would not recommend.

It was a decent Taco Bell when I went. Service was fine and food was up to the normal Taco Bell standard.

the soft shell tacos are so good! Andreea was so lovely, she was so sweet and gave us free churros with a dip!! all u have to do is complete the survey <3

Dans un espace intimiste et neuf, pouvant accueillir une dizaine de convives, cet établissement offre une alternative à des géants tels que KFC, Burger King et McDonald's situés à proximité. Si le prix est correct, les tacos laissent à désirer, se présentant secs et avec une garniture en viande assez maigre. Je ne les recommanderais pas particulièrement. En revanche, les quesadillas sont une belle surprise, bien cuisinées et correctement garnies. L'option des boissons à volonté ajoute une note positive à la visite. Le dessert, inclus dans la plupart des menus, est très sucré, ce qui m'a plu, bien que je conçoive que cela ne soit pas au goût de tous. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un endroit à essayer pour changer un peu, mais je ne pense pas en faire une habitude régulière.

First and last time I am trying this. Had crunchwrap supreme and it was bad. Lovely staff but this food is not good

The front staff were very slow and spent a long time speaking to their friends, random children and babies. I felt like it wasn’t even a restaurant, but a family reunion. Staff need to focus more. I had to wait for such a long time to order because the machines were broken. The food is pretty bad, and I noticed that all the different things Taco Bell had tastes the same with each other. They just come in different styles.

It is a straightforward taco bell. Order via a machine unless it's broken. It was clean and the staff polite.

First time and definitely won't be the last

Spent alot here for my first taco bell experience, never again will I go near this brand, everything was very small much smaller then the website shows it is! Food arrived quickly but cold, tasted great but you really don't get what you pay for, 65 pounds and 5 people with tummy's rumbling... would highly recommend going some where else for foods if you want value for money

Visited with 4 kids who really wanted to go, the price wasnt bad considering the other choices. Kids wanted 5 star and I would say 3. The kids generally really like it, but it isn't good quality food. To be fair it does taste good eating, but it does not feel great in your stomach. Like most, they are a bit tight with the chips.

As god as my witness this is worst Taco Bell in the world. Small restaurant in Canterbury that has no mercy or humanity for my stomach. Would give it negative stars if I could. Do not eat before going on a night out.

It is a lovely shop, located on the High Street and very accessible. However, the portion size was minimal and the food lacked quality and taste. It was ok for a light snack.

Pleasantly surprised by the new Canterbury Taco bell. After visiting the dismal Chatham branch many months ago, I was skeptical to say the least when I heard of now 2 opening in Canterbury. However, upon arrival I was greeted by a curly haired young man with glasses who served me calmly and politely, indicating what I should order. The food was delightful and I personally was a huge fan of the Cinnamon Twists. Will be re-visiting

Very good food and a peaceful atmosphere the only down side was that there is only one toilet and barely any seating

No meat in anything tacos weren't even half full had next to nothing on the menu available not coming back to Canterbury would rather travel to Chatham just for a taco bell

I ordered delivery, 2 tacos and a volcano burrito. Neither of them had any meat, just plain sauce and bread 😭

They lost our order so we had to wait half an hour for our food, the girl read out what we had ordered when she gave it to us so we didn’t think to check in the bag. When we got home and took out our food, half of it was missing. We walked back to see if we could get the missing part of our order and the manager personally gave us a full refund and made the missing half of our order.

Found many dishes which my child likes

Took ages waiting and one of the cooks was telling co works off in-front of us

Great place, great products appealing furniture, very nice looking tills, I especially love the pens.

Overall mediocre taco experience, my bowels were not a fan. But 5 stars because the manager Juan gave me the best head of my life.
