Taco bell I see you, I ordered a XL cheese sauce and it was just half filled, which is the same size of their small sauce. such a loss, never ordering XL size sauce again.

Food was really cold, I was watching the driver on the app and they were travelling all over Canterbury, potentially collecting other orders and delivering them before they deliver to us. When I asked the driver, he said he didn’t have the postcode, which is a poor excuse because if that was the case, they wouldn’t be spending the whole time in the town.

Burritos OK, chips disappointing. Churros absolutely inedible, cold and dry like they'd been sat on the counter all afternoon. Bag properly sealed but a portion of churros missing. A lucky escape. Delivery was fine.

Come here often for my lunch and always treated wonderfully especially by staff Roxana

ONE STAR – WOULD GIVE ZERO IF I COULD Let’s set the scene: I’m a vegetarian (aka, no meat, no exceptions). I waltz into Taco Bell, confident that their fancy touch-screen kiosk would handle my no-meat needs with its nifty “make it vegetarian” option. I order a Taco, Burrito, Chips, and a Drink, thinking I’m safe in the hands of modern technology. Oh, how wrong I was. First, someone dares to interrupt my vegetarian bliss to clarify if I wanted black beans instead of beef or with the beef. Sweetie, the word “vegetarian” literally means no beef, no meat, no animal-anything. Why is this even a question? 🚨 RED FLAG #1. 🚨 Fast forward: I get my order, sit down, and take a bite of my taco, expecting a mouthful of black beans and happiness. What do I taste? CHICKEN. Yes, CHICKEN. Not beef, which I had explicitly removed, but CHICKEN. A protein that doesn’t even belong in the taco to begin with. I was flabbergasted, appalled, and honestly? Traumatized. Not only was my meal ruined, but now I’ve accidentally eaten meat for the first time in years. Cue the vegetarian existential crisis. Naturally, I march up to the counter with my tainted box of betrayal and explain the situation. The response? Less than zero urgency or sympathy. The employee looks confused and calls the manager. Enter the manager, who seems more interested in debating the validity of my complaint than fixing it. She offers to refund me… for the taco. Excuse me? THE. TACO?! What about the rest of the box? Do you think I’m going to gleefully chow down on the rest of the meal that was prepped alongside its chicken-loving cousin? Hard pass. After practically begging for the BASIC courtesy of a full refund (which should’ve been automatic, btw), the manager finally complies, but that’s it. No apology. No fresh replacement meal. Not even an ounce of acknowledgment for the fact that they just force-fed a vegetarian meat. I expected at least a little groveling—maybe a free dessert for my troubles? Nope. Just a big fat nothing-burrito (which, at this rate, probably would’ve had bacon in it). So here’s my advice to Taco Bell: 1. Teach your staff what “vegetarian” means—it’s not rocket science. 2. Triple-check your orders before sending them out to avoid poisoning unsuspecting customers. 3. Work on your customer service because to be honest it was drier than the chicken I ate against my will. Until then, Taco Bell is OFF the menu for me. P.S. I’ve already filed this incident under "reasons I have trust issues".

I opened my bag and I was missing two items. The bag was entirely sealed and I was missing the most expensive items on my order. When I called to ask about it, the lady on the phone just seemed to have no care at all and blamed it on the driver.

Nothing wrong with the order, issue is with the driver. Rude and disrespectful, unacceptable way to speak to customers. I hope I don’t have the misfortune of ever having this driver deliver my order again and I feel sorry for his other customers.

I am experiencing moral outrage at the fact that Taco Bell Canterbury has gotten rid of the option to remove ingredients from food items when ordering via delivery apps. Not all of us want lettuce in every single taco. Not all of us want Jalapeno sauce in a quesadilla. Not all of use want sour cream on our cheesy fries. This is a poor decision not only from a customer standpoint but from an economic one as well.

Delivery driver is not picking up his phone. Says the foods delivered but it’s not.

Too much seasoning on chips. Crunchwrap was very sloppily put together than usual and still had tomatoes in despite requesting no tomatoes!

The fries were missing from my order, this is the second time it has happened from the Canterbury store.

1st time trying this, was unsure it would be enough. pleasantly surprised. spent a lot less than i would on chinese or indian. will definately be having again. 5 star.

Small compact store with the usual offerings. Ordered at the self-service terminal and was prepared very quickly. There are only a few seats, but everything is ok. Gladly again

It’s an okay experience, not the greatest not the worst, the food quality was fine for a Taco Bell, everything was warm and cooked properly and the staff were nice enough, only problem is that the restaurant is TINY and when it’s busy there is nowhere to sit, I don’t think it is a great place to have chosen a Taco Bell but at least there is one in Canterbury seeing as the nearest is probably Medway or Maidstone. It’s nothing mind blowing or fancy here so it’s best to keep your expectations low but the food is fine, it’s nice enough for Taco Bell although I do prefer some of the London branches but I will still be coming here so I hope there still here for the long term.

Staff members don't bother with the till even if you're waiting, both serving kiosks refused to accept the order I was placing. Honestly this culture of everything automated and no human element has made it so I won't be using this store or any that force you to use these kiosks. EDIT: gave it another try, different staff, same issue, bloody kiosks not allowing selected meals through. Floors were filthy at opening!!! Clearly didn't clean before close .

The delivery driver was extremely rude and swore at me down the phone calling me 9 times in the span of 4 minutes angry because I was not able to answer the phone call. I’m shaken up and it ruined my meal. Food was nice but this upset me.

The quality of the burrito is amazing but the portion size of the burrito is very poor. The chips are good but the cheese is all dumped into one area and not evenly spread out.

delivery address was changed your end to the restaurant?!?! Delivery driver called us to get address and tell us that new drivers wouldn't find us. We have never had an issue before

they clearly went to other orders first, they drove away from my house first and took 20 mins to do a 5min journey

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISONING. On Thursday the 4th April 2024 myself and my family visited Taco Bell (Canterbury, Kent location) and I was a victim of food poisoning from the establishment. My meal consisted of a soft taco and seasoned fries. This was the only thing I had consumed that day and to my horror, less than an hour after finishing my food , all symptoms and signs kicked in and these did not stop until Saturday the 6th April 2024 late afternoon. I am beyond traumatised and have not been able to eat anything besides bread since the incident.

So, the McDonald's of mexican food has arrived in Canterbury?! Dreadful tortilla chips, with barely any toppings at all, they could at least given a decent amount of cheese? Terrible dry beans, there was so little salsa it's impossible to say if it was any good. Despirited staff providing terrible customer service and ghastly food. If you want decent nachos, go to Cafe Des Amis.

driver got lost, made me walk around in the dark for 15 minutes to try to find him and by the time i got my food and got back to eat it it was freezing cold, should have just gone to get the food in person

very poor portions of food, barely any chicken or beef. poor quality of food, beef tasted mushy/watery. "large" cheesy nachos were just a small box of crisps with a squirt of sour cream on them. very disappointed

The foods nice ... But the prices have crept up a fair bit so now not as good value as other fast food places now. Portions can be small as well. It's a shame much better and much cheaper in the US.

I didn’t even receive my order I got given two spite cans instead of a burrito, I’m not sure how that equated to the same thing.

Wrote on delivery notes no sour cream as I’m allergic, was typed up on receipt and and there was sour cream in both. Don’t have a section for preferences if you won’t bother to read them it’s embarrassing

I order online and from my order was missing my drink and my nachos sauce. The delivery driver said, that was no drink when he pick up the food( the bag was unopened) and to contact taco bell, when I call them they said to call just it. Very unprofessional. I will not order anymore

Despite visiting the US several times, this is first time having Taco Bell. Whilst the meal deal was good value, the burrito and taco were underwhelming. There’s better options available elsewhere!

Two star experience for Taco Bell. Got the large box meal which meant absolutely nothing as my large drink was refillable. Refillable drink was the only highlight here. Food was dangerously average. Staff were nice. Friend had to sit outside on a camping chair as there was not seating left. The food tasted like it had been left in the rain for a couple minutes. Would not recommend.

It was a decent Taco Bell when I went. Service was fine and food was up to the normal Taco Bell standard.
