Taco Bell - Canterbury High Street in Canterbury

I am experiencing moral outrage at the fact that Taco Bell Canterbury has gotten rid of the option to remove ingredients from food items when ordering via delivery apps. Not all of us want lettuce in every single taco. Not all of us want Jalapeno sauce in a quesadilla. Not all of use want sour cream on our cheesy fries. This is a poor decision not only from a customer standpoint but from an economic one as well.

Small compact store with the usual offerings. Ordered at the self-service terminal and was prepared very quickly. There are only a few seats, but everything is ok. Gladly again

It’s an okay experience, not the greatest not the worst, the food quality was fine for a Taco Bell, everything was warm and cooked properly and the staff were nice enough, only problem is that the restaurant is TINY and when it’s busy there is nowhere to sit, I don’t think it is a great place to have chosen a Taco Bell but at least there is one in Canterbury seeing as the nearest is probably Medway or Maidstone. It’s nothing mind blowing or fancy here so it’s best to keep your expectations low but the food is fine, it’s nice enough for Taco Bell although I do prefer some of the London branches but I will still be coming here so I hope there still here for the long term.

Staff members don't bother with the till even if you're waiting, both serving kiosks refused to accept the order I was placing. Honestly this culture of everything automated and no human element has made it so I won't be using this store or any that force you to use these kiosks. EDIT: gave it another try, different staff, same issue, bloody kiosks not allowing selected meals through. Floors were filthy at opening!!! Clearly didn't clean before close .

Ordered via Uber eats cos I was starving . Never eat or order from here again . Food cold and half the meal missing from order

my delivery driver took one of bags for my order , I didn't even get a refund on my order when most of it was missing

Chips were cold and they forgot one of our drinks

The delivery driver was extremely rude and swore at me down the phone calling me 9 times in the span of 4 minutes angry because I was not able to answer the phone call. I’m shaken up and it ruined my meal. Food was nice but this upset me.

The quality of the burrito is amazing but the portion size of the burrito is very poor. The chips are good but the cheese is all dumped into one area and not evenly spread out.

I don’t live round here here visiting family and thought oh I’ll try this me and my daughter thought it was lovely and great value for money x

I tried to change my delivery address, this Taco Bell didn’t have a contact number and just eat wasn’t helping. Never received my food

delivery address was changed your end to the restaurant?!?! Delivery driver called us to get address and tell us that new drivers wouldn't find us. We have never had an issue before

they clearly went to other orders first, they drove away from my house first and took 20 mins to do a 5min journey

Always use this delivery service and haven’t been disappointed…..

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISONING. On Thursday the 4th April 2024 myself and my family visited Taco Bell (Canterbury, Kent location) and I was a victim of food poisoning from the establishment. My meal consisted of a soft taco and seasoned fries. This was the only thing I had consumed that day and to my horror, less than an hour after finishing my food , all symptoms and signs kicked in and these did not stop until Saturday the 6th April 2024 late afternoon. I am beyond traumatised and have not been able to eat anything besides bread since the incident.

So, the McDonald's of mexican food has arrived in Canterbury?! Dreadful tortilla chips, with barely any toppings at all, they could at least given a decent amount of cheese? Terrible dry beans, there was so little salsa it's impossible to say if it was any good. Despirited staff providing terrible customer service and ghastly food. If you want decent nachos, go to Cafe Des Amis.

driver got lost, made me walk around in the dark for 15 minutes to try to find him and by the time i got my food and got back to eat it it was freezing cold, should have just gone to get the food in person

very poor portions of food, barely any chicken or beef. poor quality of food, beef tasted mushy/watery. "large" cheesy nachos were just a small box of crisps with a squirt of sour cream on them. very disappointed

Very late. No updates and food was cold. Had to put it in the oven. You shouldn't advertise 15-20 mins if it's going to end up being over a hour. I can see from the recipient how long our food was just sat there. Not happy at all

I said no lettuce in the soft taco and there was loads of lettuce.. so i couldn’t eat it but otherwise everything else was good.👍

The foods nice ... But the prices have crept up a fair bit so now not as good value as other fast food places now. Portions can be small as well. It's a shame much better and much cheaper in the US.

I ordered veg taco but I got beef

Was not given delivery time correctly. Asked for the nachos to be deconstructed. They have come constructed. Very disappointed.

Delivery Driver was very prompt and polite. First time eating a tacho bell in the UK (travel to the US for work) and the food was great.

Waited two hours for food. Preferred at 17.20. Said it was delivered at 19.26. We have received nothing!! Now have to wait 7days for a refund of £37.00. Sort it out

I demand a refund on the service I received from my driver

I didn’t even receive my order I got given two spite cans instead of a burrito, I’m not sure how that equated to the same thing.

Wrote on delivery notes no sour cream as I’m allergic, was typed up on receipt and and there was sour cream in both. Don’t have a section for preferences if you won’t bother to read them it’s embarrassing

I order online and from my order was missing my drink and my nachos sauce. The delivery driver said, that was no drink when he pick up the food( the bag was unopened) and to contact taco bell, when I call them they said to call just it. Very unprofessional. I will not order anymore

Food was great and delivery was fast. I have no problems other than the extra Nacho Cheese sauce didn’t arrive at all. It was cheap, but wasn’t in the bags or with the rest of the food. Apart from that it was very nice!

It was the first time I'd ever had Taco Bell! It will not be the last as it was delicious....! Would definitely be ordering again! Tasty and fresh and was still hot when it arrived :) Not disappointed at all with this food delivery :)

Despite visiting the US several times, this is first time having Taco Bell. Whilst the meal deal was good value, the burrito and taco were underwhelming. There’s better options available elsewhere!

It was a decent Taco Bell when I went. Service was fine and food was up to the normal Taco Bell standard.

Two star experience for Taco Bell. Got the large box meal which meant absolutely nothing as my large drink was refillable. Refillable drink was the only highlight here. Food was dangerously average. Staff were nice. Friend had to sit outside on a camping chair as there was not seating left. The food tasted like it had been left in the rain for a couple minutes. Would not recommend.

the soft shell tacos are so good! Andreea was so lovely, she was so sweet and gave us free churros with a dip!! all u have to do is complete the survey <3

Si le prix est correct, les tacos laissent à désirer, se présentant secs et avec une garniture en viande assez maigre. Je ne les recommanderais pas particulièrement. En revanche, les quesadillas sont une belle surprise, bien cuisinées et correctement garnies. L'option des boissons à volonté ajoute une note positive à la visite. Le dessert, inclus dans la plupart des menus, est très sucré, ce qui m'a plu, bien que je conçoive que cela ne soit pas au goût de tous. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un endroit à essayer pour changer un peu, mais je ne pense pas en faire une habitude régulière.

Over priced for what they are. Probably ok as a snack but much better options to have for a main meal.

They forgot to put my burrito in the bag, everything else was okay but not great. Delivery was fine.

The front staff were very slow and spent a long time speaking to their friends, random children and babies. I felt like it wasn’t even a restaurant, but a family reunion. Staff need to focus more. I had to wait for such a long time to order because the machines were broken. The food is pretty bad, and I noticed that all the different things Taco Bell had tastes the same with each other. They just come in different styles.

Paid £18 for a handful of overly salty Nachos with extra beef. Barely served 1 - a tablespoon of guacamole as an extra£2.29.. 2 tiny cold and chewy churros. Miserable meal go elsewhere!

It is a straightforward taco bell. Order via a machine unless it's broken. It was clean and the staff polite.

Lovely food probably my new favourite takeaway now! Just a shame about the chips all over the place when we opened the bag and they were cold!

Took 35 minutes to find a driver….I am not happy with that as my food was expected at 21:20 but a driver wasn’t found until 21:35

I ordered my food at 8:40pm, it came at 10:50pm. I didn’t have the option to cancel it either, because they had accepted my order. Food was warm, even going in the cold side for the chips and churros. Not impressed, and it was my first time ordering from the store too. Can I get some sort of reparation please?

Chip stated it serves two but only contains one portion. Very unhappy with the lack of mince and cheese sauce as toppings and will be taking my custom else where in the future.

This was the biggest waste of time and money food was late not only was it late the bag was wet and damaged due to the drivers poor packing and as for the driver useless! After waiting for the driver I looked on the GPS to see that they were down the road I thought I'd go outside and have a look to see them standing there gormless phone in hand staring into thin air after me eventually getting there attention they wandered over claimed they couldn't find the address on the map however this is the best bit there's a giant red sign which can be seen clearer than anything on the estate which would have shown them the building we were in! To which they kept saying sorry gps GPS if they would have used initiative and called me maybe I would had a hot lunch I expect a full refund with this

Late due to no driver to assign said it's because they were busy. Food semi cold when I got it. The wrong drink given I pressed water and got Pepsi I don't drink. If was hot food the food was nice . Shame because if having it in town it hot and nice . You seem to get more filling when you don't get it delivered .

Spent alot here for my first taco bell experience, never again will I go near this brand, everything was very small much smaller then the website shows it is! Food arrived quickly but cold, tasted great but you really don't get what you pay for, 65 pounds and 5 people with tummy's rumbling... would highly recommend going some where else for foods if you want value for money

Visited with 4 kids who really wanted to go, the price wasnt bad considering the other choices. Kids wanted 5 star and I would say 3. The kids generally really like it, but it isn't good quality food. To be fair it does taste good eating, but it does not feel great in your stomach. Like most, they are a bit tight with the chips.

As god as my witness this is worst Taco Bell in the world. Small restaurant in Canterbury that has no mercy or humanity for my stomach. Would give it negative stars if I could. Do not eat before going on a night out.
