Chuck & Blade Burgers in Canterbury

Went to restaurant.. completely empty. Was told there would be 45 minute wait for food even though it was completely empty. Would appear the wait would be due to deliveroo etc. might as well just be a delivery outlet. Walked straight back out

The food is always incredible, me and my partner have tried almost every burger now and every one has been soo good. The price isn't too bad especially on 2for1 Tuesdays. The milkshakes are nice and thick and very tasty 10/10 would recomend

This restaurant has a really nice atmosphere and the food is amazing. The in and out burger is very scrumptious and I would recommend it. Very large portions so would keep that in mind.

Read good things about this place and when we arrived we were seated quickly. The place had a few tables in but not packed. We sat for 15 minutes and not one person came to see us or take an order. But the stream of deliveroo riders and focus on them leads me to believe that this place is best to order a delivery from. After 15 minutes of sitting and hearing complaints from another table we thought best to go. I handed the menus back to the manager who sat us down but got nothing from them. They were obviously run ragged with deliveries. I won't try again as plenty of burger joints that can serve a burger to restaurant customers.

Sofia was our waitress, excellent customer service, she explained the menu brilliantly and made perfect recommendations. Food was really tasty and great quality - would definitely recommend and visit again.

Jack was so helpful as we couldn't decide on what to order, he explained each burger and suggested we ordered two different burgers and they could cut them in half so we could have a bit of both burgers! Such a great idea. Jack couldn't do enough for us! Great service, very friendly & amazing food I would definitely recommend going here.

Omg!!! Visited Ramsgate Monday eve, passed the burger test, the gravy test and the chip test. Was blown away, I’m partial to a burger and this was definitely the best. Visited as a family of 4. The food was brilliant. Really tasty, generous portions, best burgers we've had for some time. The service was great, very attentive and helpful, thank you to Jack and Lewis. The only downside were the toilets which need serious attention in terms of maintenance and cleaning. (We did raise this when we were there). Otherwise a superb meal, great service and we look forward to coming back.

We had a great meal here with the family. The burgers were excellent, and the sides were generous and tasty. What made it all the more memorable for us was the excellent service we received from our waiter, Jack. What a lovely guy, he was great from start to finish.

Went to chuck and blade for the first time by myself the other weekend as I was passing through Canterbury and was served by the lovely waitress Gemma who helped to guide me through the menu and recommend the big charlie.
