Brilliant Kebab Place, Food was amazing and freshly cooked and hot! Service was very fast and the Staff were very Friendly as well

Its always late. Ive tried ordering on their own website and via just eat too and everytime its late. Food comes cold. Its not hard to give a realistic time. Even if i drove i would of been able to go and come back in quarter of the time. Its getting really frustrating now especially on a weekday!!!!

I can safely say that this is the best kebab in Canterbury. The meat the salad the service the staff, everybody absolutely lovely. The staff were kind enough to allow us to sit in and eat our food with our four children who are being a pain in the bum at the time and the staff were so lovely and welcoming and helpful. The food is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it. It really does live up to the name of Best kebab! Absolutely amazing food trust me you will be so happy with this. The highest quality meat possible absolutely delicious highly recommend recommended!

Best local kebab/ pizza place In Canterbury. Always buy 1 get 1 free on pizza. Kabab meat is very tasty and the chilli sauce too . Just went for a visit for the first time in 7 years , after I moved to Spain , definitely a lot of nostalgia going on . Loved it

Waited two hours for my food and food was pretty much cold when arrived. Ordered plenty of times and never been an issue but tonight is a pisstake

food on time but unfortunately I was missing my donner meat and chips . I phoned the restaurant and couple of minutes the gentleman said we will get it to you ASAP... but no apology. it arrive 35 mins later... everyone else had finished there meal

food was nice but not happy that we requested an 8pm delivery and it arrived at 745pm as it was by chance I was home early from work and managed to be available. otherwise my food would of been cold and ruined. People order for a certain time for a reason!

We ordered pizza it was incredible. Lovely staff with exceptional service. Kadir was super attentive and advised us the best deal. Definitely will hit this place later.

Food took more than an hour and a half to arrive. When it did it was cold. When I questioned the delivery driver about the poor service he just shrugged and said "I had 5 deliveries to do before yours." Disgusting service. I will not be using them again.

First time ordering from this place. The kebab is amazing, big amount, very fresh and slightly different flavours than all high street ones. Well done guys

Sorry but we ordered two different kebabs, (mixed and donner) neither were great quality. Meat was tough, over cooked and looked (and tasted) like yesterday’s left overs. Neither person ate even half of their order and that was only because they were so hungry. Wouldn’t order from again.

we only go for wings chicken and chips, occasionally a chicken burger. wings are the best in canterbury, competition here is awful but regardless theyre the best, tad bit salty but other than that all good. chips are fine as well, nothing special but still good. prices are good considering todays climate but make sure you go to the shop unless u want to pay more for no reason. even just picking up food costs more than going there and ordering for some reason. wait times can be a bit long but ive only ever been at night so...also dont bother with the bbq wings, just get the spicy ones.

Always go in and order. The guys are friendly. The food is always very nice . Cooked over coals, so it tastes better that the gas cooked rubbish in other places

I received my order on time. I put a text saying please leave in the porch. I come out and the foods not here. I had to call the restaurant to which were very rude and unprofessional. The driver then confirmed it was left there only to be left on a bag of sand about 10 feet away from the porch. By that time my food was cold.

The order was 1 hour late from the original delivery time! I called 2 times and I was told the driver was on its way!! After about 20 min I called again and I was told 2 min! After another 15 min still no order!! The driver called saying he went to a different address ?? They had the right postcode!! Eventually the driver arrived, he was very apologetic! The chicken was nice but was a bit warm and chips soggy ! Also we ordered 2.5 ltr of Coke but the bottle was smaller, 2.25 ltr! I don’t think w

Still haven’t received my food

Would not recommend. After ordering and paying still haven’t received the order an hour and a half later. After calling the restaurant 3 times they wouldn’t answer my calls.

My only complaint would be that some of our food came cold, but other than that the food was nice.

Took ages to arrive (over an hour) but it was Friday night. The food itself was really yummy - would recommend the halloumi wrap!

We ordered a mixed doner meat with fries and chicken wings It arrived within 30 minutes and we obviously opened and dished immediately The food was very cold and not edible (obviously the salad was okay) the meat had curled up and just tasty fatty. The chicken wings were chewy and so cold I contacted them after I had discarded the meal and then had feed my dog and walked him and they said that the reason the meal was cold is that I had taken so long to open it. They couldn’t understand that I had feed and walked my dog since binning their meal and calling them There attitude was unacceptable, no apology, empathy or understanding PLEASE SAY WELL CLEAR, AWFUL FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have waited all week to have a Donnor and chips and it turned up cold how disappointing is that. At least wrap it in something heat reading not a styrofoam box. I ended up giving the food to the dog as it was inedible
