Pizza Time & Best Kebab in Canterbury

Don’t order from them!! Absolutely vile, my order took 2 hours to arrive!! When it arrived it was freezing cold, my box was all soggy as were my chips, chicken was pink! The delivery guy was really rude, got given a dirty look as I opened the door. I don’t recommend it what so ever it was disgusting. WASTE OF MONEY!!

Got x2pizzas and kebabs x2 the kebab was ok but rubber like texture the pizza was dripping in oil and didn’t taste nice one of the worse pizzas I’ve ever eaten I wouldn’t recommend

Please don’t bother .... REALLY, save your money.... just ordered food to be delivered.... order was totally wrong, mixed kebab.... had no salad, ribs stunk like they was days old, chips undercooked, onion rings soggy..... I called to say order was wrong the article I spoke to was rude, to the point of being offensive & aggressive, he totally didn’t give a damn.... all went straight in the bin 🤮🤢🤮🤢💩💩💩💩..... doesn’t even rate a 🌟

Sent me the wrong flavour ice cream- forgot my chocolate fudge cake. Waste of money for food I never recieved

No notification on food being delayed. Food was 25 minutes late and cold because of it. No apology from driver who seem to think it wasn't his fault, no apology from restaurant. Will not be using this restaurant again.

Kebabs arrived on time ,the salad was crispy and had not gone soggy which was impressive and was still warm. Very nice would definitely order again

Popped in at 1am - granted probably not their busiest hour - and asked for fried chicken and chips. Then my eyes befell upon three sorrowful-looking fried chicken legs in the hot-hold and my expectations fell. I decreased the size of my order, but actually should have cancelled it entirely. Sure enough, the grey drumsticks were boxed up for me and smiling, Britishly, I paid. Result: one bite of the ancient chicken legs was enough for me. The cats seemed more keen but, given that they are indiscriminate carnivores that's not saying much. Given the option I would've happily waited while they cooked some more... given the option.

Superb As Always..... Chicken Shish 'n' Kofte x2 cooked well., Delivered in good time too.... Nothing more to say

Where do I begin? Nice food as always, big portion. Never witnessed a delivery as fast as this, said it was gonna take 45mins but it was here in under 15. The lad who brought it here was waiting a couple of metres away from the door of our confusing accommodation complex. This experience has inspired me to take on the Best Kebab challenge which consists of eating Best Kebab everyday for a week. Cheers boys.

The driver refused to bring the food to my door. I had to go in the street to collect it. I called the restaurant to complain about their driver and they were not helpful, saying that it is my responsibility to collect the order from their driver. I did not order for collection. I have ordered for the food to be delivered to my door. I never had this problem with any of the other restaurants. I will never order from them again!

The kebab was very good, the lamb sheesh was tender and succulent and a good balance of fresh salad, unfortunately the two pieces of fried chicken was too dry and ineadable

Chips and pizza were nice but fried chicken was very pink, called up to complain didn't even get an apology, just kept repeating they've sold lots of it today no complaints, cooks it the same way in the same machine, poor customer service, asked what they were going to do and they just said nothing and repeated what was said before. Won't be ordering from then again, have contacted just eat customer service

I had asked that Ketchup and Burger Sauce be put on my meal; no sauces were put on my meal at all.

Not the best or the worst kebab I have ever had. The reason for 5 instead of 6 starts - The pitta bread was quite hard and food overall not hot enough but we did have delivery, perhaps it would have been hotter if we had collected. Also, disappointed that the meat and salad were not inside the pitta. Would order again but will try collection next time.

Chicken wings were awful, onion rings were cold and way too much salad

Food was ok but I thought delivery means they deliver to your door.... Had to go out in the ran to the drivers car as he wouldn't get out of it

Food wasn't to great, was only just about warm wasn't tastiest food have ever tried, also special instructions were not fulfilled, food took 1hr 20mins from submission of order. Not to pleased won't order again but delivery guy was polite that was about it.

The food was great, I loved my chicken shish with extras. The chicken wrap is quite greasy but my son loves them. Only problem is that they didn't read the special instructions or the options set on the burger asking for no salad, and no raw onions and some bacon on the burger. It would be nice to have a bacon burger with cheese on the menu with options for salad and sauce. Pizza time offers a bacon burger, but no cheese or sauce options, and best kebab only offers cheeseburgers. Still our favourite takeaway duo despite very occasional slip ups.

Chicken was pink throughout and massively undercooked. Requested for ketchup to be sent separately (as the Variety Box I ordered had no option for 'No Sauce') yet this was ignored.

Had a pizza and kebab from here the other night. Would highly recommend the duck pizza - tasty, plenty of bits on top and well priced. I also got a chicken shish for my lady and would say that it is the best She has had in years. Friendly staff & Top noms!

Food was really good but the service was terrible, we placed a large order and we were told 45 mins, we waited outside a campsite for almost 2hrs waiting for it to arrive while being told it would be another 15 mins on more then one occasion i just wish they were honest to say they were going to be longer so i didnt have to stand around so long, order placed at 19:50 order arrived at 21:55

This take away once was excellent but standards seem to have dropped. Delivery can sometimes take an hour. And the food has lost its freshness. I'm a regular costumer but think I will change to another take away service

Greasiest kebab I've ever attempted to eat and had to abort efforts half way through as my whole hand was dropping with grease from my wrap.

my kebab was cold .we paid for 2 lots of large chips there was only got sprinkle of chips in both boxes for £4.40 .

I had ordered two pizzas in Tuesday night, and the delivery time is set at 9.50pm. However, the pizza is arrived early before 1 hour and I was not at home. My housemate helped me to receive the food and it costs me 23.2 which is not the half price value ! And I called the restaurant to find out what's going on that, the guy told me that I didn't get the buy 1 get one free offer because I ordered it online but not through the calling. I can't see any words that mention I should order it by calling to get the offer. Also, I decided to cancel the order but he said the food is already delivered to my house and it was impossible to cancel the order. The food is delivered early and not letting me to cancel the order. And the problem of buy one get 1 free is misleading people who want to order it through the internet. I feel like I was cheated !

I had ordered pizzas last few weeks and cost me 26.90. However, the page shows that 'FREE A bottle of soft drink on orders over £25 (Excluding meal deals)' , and I didn't get any extra free soft drink from the restaurant.

Delivery Was Early Ill Give Them That! But The Chicken In My Variety Box Was Still Pink!! And The Smallest Pot Of Garlic Sauce Ever!! I Mean At Another Kebab Place I Couldve Got A Large Garlic Sauce(A Full Polystirine Cup) Not Something That Barely Held Half A Portion Of Garlic Sauce! Wont Be Ordering From Here Again!
