Hidden gem in Kemptown village! This is the best Asian cuisine in the UK served by heartfelt, passionate people. Don't expect a menu as exquisite dishes are cooked fresh on a daily basis by Nicky. Husband Lonnie is handsomely hospitable and at hand to talk one through the quotidian delights. The best soup that I have ever tasted in my life was the 'Butternut squash, coconut and miso' until I invited my daughter to join me the following day when we were knocked out proper by the 'Panjabi Achari Gobi soup'. Off the scale!! Indonesian salmon, Burmese chicken, Keralan salmon, Malay noodles ... oh and the chai is like being back in India and the beers are lovely and I'm moving to live nearby because I miss the experience so much! I've been around the world but this was a diamond experience; not due to the close proximity of the summer susurrating sea (which was marvellous) but from the magic that Nicky meticulously prepares and that Lonnie generously delivers. Wow!
The food may have been 5/5 but the service was 10/10.
As soon as you enter the owner will make you feel warmer than the food they serve. One of the kindest and most charming place to have food. We had some koftas and kibbeh and it was luscious. The sides were the highlight. The hummus will make you feel warm and giddy inside and the taziki is so rich and fresh. My favourite was the spicy sauce, I think it was called zhoug, because your girl can use some spice in life. The whole expirence was amazing untill some drunk guys started fighting in the alleyway. Owner of course checked on us.
I fully recommend going there.
As always, the food is top-notch, perfectly prepared and delicious. I've never been disappointed. I'm always completely satisfied. On top of that, the service is fantastic and the atmosphere is absolutely wonderful. Thank you guys!
Este pub es ideal para una noche tranquila. El personal era encantador, me encantó el ambiente y también en una buena ubicación cerca de la estación de tren para llegar a casa. Lo recomendaría y volvería a visitar de nuevo!

After following this company on Instagram for months I finally got down to Brighton to try it and it was absolutely worth the wait. I had a chicken burger, Mac and cheese, dirty waffle fries, popcorn chicken and chilli cheese bites. The vegan chicken they use is delicious!! And the garlic mayo was sooo garlicey. (If that's a word 😅) I highly recommend the popcorn milkshake, I don't know how they did it but it tastes like sweet popcorn in liquid form. Can not wait to come back and try again, definitely worth the money.
Lovely Café. . . . . Gran vino siciliano, y un almuerzo italiano tradicional
Tuve lasaña de berenjena
Y se llevó a casa un pastel, que mi marido italiano amaba

Went here for my birthday with some close friends. The food was amazing, and the atmosphere was immaculate. I could not stop staring at the ceiling because of how amazing it looked.
The owner was also very friendly and welcoming and an all round nice guy.
I seriously recommend this place and I hope to come back again soon.
Went to the Garden Café in the morning with my girlfriend, and it was such a lovely experience. I had the Biscoff pancakes and the Saksuka— both were really nice, especially the pancakes which were rich and full of flavour. The whole vibe of the place was calm, pleasant, and honestly... just cute. Perfect for a relaxed morning. Would definitely recommend!

I ordered a sausage bap for breakfast priced at £6. When it arrived it was a sausage patent (like in McDonalds). It was tasteless and dry. Very disappointed. Won't be going back and wouldn't recommend
