The best restaurants in Brighton and Hove South East

A hidden gem that you must visit. Attentive service, delicious food cooked to perfection. A feast to the taste buds. I would highly recommend a visit. We visited for a special occasion and were blown away.

Came here for brunch with the old man (future #1 best-selling author) to enjoy a nice meal. The food was quite splendid and tasty. Nice service and a wide range of items to choose from. Would recommend for an outing with a cosy atmosphere ☺️

Drinks were amazing, plus the happy hour deals made it really affordable to have such a lush cocktail experience. Staff are always so friendly as well. Highly recommend the stardew and bounty hunter!

Another great cafe in Brighton with its own personal twist. Dharma is a great place to work or meet friends, with a friendly and warm atmosphere, where staff seem so relaxed and honest. The food was the highlight of my visit, with a really nice shakshouka, seemingly far more traditional than you get at most brunch places nowadays - cheesy, slightly spiced and all mixed together. It was delicious. The coffee was good too, though maybe fell a little short of my expectations. All in all, Dharma coffee is a unique cafe that is worth a visit if you want a brunch menu that’s a little something different, Turkish inspired, and great service!

i haven't found a better cod in brighton yet, fluffy yet crispy batter and brilliant service every time I visit.

Very friendly environment and the food was great 👍🏻💯 I had Persian_styled grilled meat and it was yam and tender. The owner was so kind to customers and servants :)

We were staying at the white horses hotel across the road but decided to pick up a takeaway breakfast so we could sit down by the beach. We went back for lunch and the cake and then breakfast the next day too!! The food is unreal!! The nicest breakfast I’ve ever had. The coffee is fantastic. And the cakes I will dream about……

Best bacon sandwiches of all time ! The tea is very nice, a choice of a large tea or standard, the lady who runs the place is exceptionally bright, you need only ask once ! And no mistakes, she can serve 4 or 5 people at once and not get a single thing wrong !!! How fantastic is it to find a lady as smart as she is ! Very well done !

Excellent chinese takeaway, local delivery is free and customer service is fantastic, always so friendly and accomodating over the phone. The food is incredibly fresh and tasty best chinese, reasonably priced too. 5 stars, will be back again. Only ever ordered takeaway for delivery but I cannot recommend enough. Really good vegan options, accomodating too for things not on the menu such as sweet and sour vegetables.

Been a couple of times now, just had a tray of chips each time, both times the chips have been excellent, will try other items on the menu soon!

I have been to many Indian restaurants but to me this one stands out in terms of the quality of the food. It tasted wonderful and fresh and full of well balanced spicy flavour.
