popped in for a catch up with my brother. nice, quiet atmosphere. not many food options except for some pastries however the almond croissant and oat milk hot chocolate were the best I’ve had from any cafe ☕️🥐 the barista did actually forget to process my order entirely.. and after about 30-minutes was reminded I was waiting, however, they were very apologetic and gave me a voucher for next time. luckily I was in no rush that day and didn’t mind too much.

Possibly some of the best coffee I've had in Brighton. Lovely service too. Unfortunately didn't really get a chance to try the food as most of it was sold out, but had a nice croissant.

Cute aesthetic, but not really specialty. Had a single (dark roasted) bean style on espresso. No lighter or single origin options. No drip options that I could see. Has some interesting coffees for retail, but looks like the Gesha was roasted 3 months ago. Really nice people.

If you're looking for an amazing speciality coffee around this end of Hove- look no further. From your basic americano to a speciality ruby mocha, Dharma get it right every single time. I particularly love the oat chai latte.. amazing. If you're looking for a light lunch, it's not always consistent what light bites they have in, but when they do its always amazing. I haven't tried the evening events but I would bet they're great too. Run dont walk!

I really look forward to coming to Dharma, It's become my local coffee spot. Friendly staff, amazing selection of cakes and pastries. (The flowerless Almond cake is my favourite!) Delicate Turkish coffee cups! I think there's something so special and different about this little gem. Nothing else like it in Richmond!

Can definitely see why this place has top reviews. Staff really took care in making the coffee. I saw they slightly overfilled another customer's coffee and they decided to pour it away and remake it. We had a few of the bakery goods which were OK, but definitely the highlight is the coffee here. Flavourful coffee with nice depth. We tried a few other top coffee places nearby and felt Dharma was the best of the lot!

I had to work on my thesis for a few hours, and had a great experience. The food was delicious (the vegan roll was particularly great), and the coffee and tea options were excellent. The staff was kind and attentive as well.

I can't recommend Dharma enough! Their selection of drinks and food is excellent. The people working there are the friendliest humans ever, without them the place would not be the same. They have music and cocktails on Friday and Saturday evenings! My favourite drink is the iced peach matcha with coconut milk!! 🥥 🍑 🧊 🍵 try it!

Dharma is the best coffee shop I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to coffee shops in 43 countries. No matter what drink I order, it is made to perfection every single time—even tricky ones like white Americanos and oat-milk cappuccinos. The staff are all so lovely and treat my border collie like the princess she is, even running out to buy extra treats if they run out when she’s there. We recently moved out of Brighton and I am so sad that we can’t pop in every few days for coffee and to see the gang at Dharma. I’ll be tagging along with my husband anytime he has to go to Brighton for work just so I can get my fix. Excited to see their new stop in the Laines when it opens later this summer as well. 🎉

Best coffee in Britain, maybe the world! Me and my wife have been coming here multiple times a week with our dog since it opened. These folks care about coffee and it shows. Straight up delicious. Not to mention that all the staff are delightful. They remember our order and ensure our dog gets a treat every time. We are now moving town and will reluctantly need to find a Dharma replacement. I'm sure that doesn't exist :( MUST VISIT!!!

Great little local cafe. Thousand times better than the big corporate chain cafes which avoid totally. Support local businesses which are so much more individual and deserve our trade. They enrich the local community. Unlike the big chains that find ways of avoiding tax with off-shore accounts and offer nothing individual. The same corporate presentation in every cafe, so boring and unimaginative.

The drinks was excellent and the barista was very helpful and friendly. Loved the atmosphere too, slightly cramped but it’s part of the charm.

I was walking in Brighton yesterday, when it started raining, so I popped into Dharma for a cortado, while waiting for the rain to stop. I was leaving just before they would have closed, and I was offered a couple of complimentary cakes to take home. It was such a nice touch - my friend and his son got to enjoy them when I got home. Thank you for such a great customer service!

I moved back to the area recently and feel so stoked that the best coffee shop in town is right on my doorstep. Not only is the coffee out of this world - the team are the sweetest and Dharma feels like an extension of home. Our community is lucky to have you folks x

Dharma coffee is one of the best coffee shops in Brighton. One of my favourite things about them is they always have something surprising on the menu. Clearly every coffee is made with love. This week I tried a xmas Latte. It was made with a traditional Turkish flavour (which unfortunately I don't remember the name of). It tasted like cinnamon and nutmeg but not over powering, just a background flavour. You won't get an xmas latte like that anywhere else in Brighton. GO TRY IT!!

Very chilled little gem with passionate owner and friendly polite barista. They definitely know their stuff. It reminded me specialty coffee scene from 10-12 years ago when it was rarity and find a good place with knowledgeable people was nearly impossible. Now there are way too many but rarely with a quality of a product and service as Dharma had. 6 types of beans to choose from on 3 types of hand brew?! Wow! And if grinder breaks down the owner is there within 5 minutes hand grinding beans for your chosen brew! Highly recommended for anyone who seaks more than just a caffeine if you know what I mean coffee geeks ;)

We had the loveliest experience at Dharma Coffee this morning. The most delicious Almond Croissants, Coconut Pain au Chocolat, Cinnamon + Orange swirl and Banana + Blueberry Muffins! Such an excellent selection of fresh bakery and great coffee. Really friendly staff, can’t recommend it highly enough for breakfast or a coffee break

As a coffee lover, for me this is one of the best places that has a good combination of good coffee and venue. What make this place even great is another combination of fantastic customer service and a highly passionate, knowledgeable and experience baristas who can make a stunning cup of coffee. Since they have opened they have been bringing coffees from different well-known speciality coffee roasters in the UK and around the world.

one of my favourite coffee places in the UK! the atmosphere is so beautiful, there are plants and really nice decorations, the music is super calming (they have some of my favourite songs on their playlist) and the staff is so friendly and sweet, I always enjoy seeing them. Most importantly, the coffee is delicious, I have tried a few roasts now and loved them all so far. They have Matcha as well which is an automatic plus for me. 12/10
