the kebabs here are just out of the world mate the boss mans a g and always cooks up a penh much. personally i go for the doner or mixed kebab with all salad, burger sauce and garlic mayo. 10/10 recommended!!!
You’d be hard pressed to find a better cooked breakfast in the area… everything cooked to perfection… friendly guy runs the gaff… if you have time then make the stop it’s worth it!
This cafe is so refreshing and down to earth, serving up great breakfasts. As a veggie I came away full and satisfied, and the price of food is good. Friendly staff and good atmosphere. Free WiFi too! Thoroughly recommend.
We visit Honey Bee whenever we can! Staff are lovely and the food is always perfect whether you want a sandwich, traditional full English or one of their Vegan Style. Highly recommend the biscoff milkshake, too :)
The best coffee I’ve ever had has been served to me at Whitecloud. The staff are always friendly, the location is fantastic, what more could you ask for? A heads up as it’s closing in January for a few months for a big refurb but they are opening another new coffee shop at circus street. Can’t wait to have you back here in the summer! But for now I’ll be coming to see you in your new shop :) thank you for your service
Tried Brighton Curry near Kemptown and really enjoyed it! It’s just a short walk from the city centre, so super easy to get to. Booking a table was no hassle at all. The food was delicious – proper authentic Indian flavours with a good variety of dishes to choose from. Prices were very reasonable too, which was a nice surprise. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole place had a relaxed, welcoming vibe. We only visited once but had a great experience overall. Definitely worth a visit if you’re craving Indian food in Brighton!
I got a Groupon to go here. In total it cost about £100 each for 2 people. We had starters which were amazing. I had the malbeck meatballs which were so good, my friend had the cheese which wasn't so good.
We ate a 500 g rump with unlimited chips but couldn't finish it. It was cooked perfectly. We took home the other 500g which was great the next few days.
Would I go again.. yep but the 500g and unlimited chips would be good or I would buy my choice of rib eye.
Yes I think this is not a waste of money or time.
I hope you enjoy it too.
A friend recommended this place , we went there on a Sunday and it was last service, about 30 minutes left for it to close. Staff at the place seemed disinterested and impolite. Having worked 12hour weekly shifts in hospitality and I understand the stress, but the unprofessionalism and lack of warmth was so evident in the supervisor/waiter’s behaviour and actions. We obliged to wait outside as we knew the restaurant was closing , We got out fish and chips a while later by the same staff member who seemed very disinterested and unhelpful to provide what we paid for. I was hoping for the price I’d get really good fish n chips, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, tasted like the fillet had been fried in the last of day’s oil , tasted cancerous and soggy with the burnt aftertaste of over fried batter , HORRENDOUS. For such steep prices , disgusting quality, no professionalism, dry stale chips. I still can’t forget the taste. Tasted like pollution. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
