We had a work conference here for 1 night. The staff were amazing and very helpful though the whole event. The rooms were spacious with lovely decor. Had a partial sea view, which was amazing to see during the day.

Why on earth would the Katsu Curry be packaged separately for delivery, but not for takeaway??? Clearly kokoro are aware that rice soaking in Katsu curry sauce for a long time is suboptimal, but don’t consider that if you place an order in person and refuse to change. Silly policy

My fiancé and I stumbled upon this business looking for some breakfast, having already been to the twisted lemon the night before. We were the first people there, so we were chatting with the staff while we were waiting on our drinks (who were all wonderful and attentive)! The tea was great, but the smoothie was fantastic, as was all the food! The eggs Benedict was perfectly cooked, hollandaise sauce was delicious, even the toast was lovely! I had a full English, and everything was cooked superbly, nothing on my plate was overlooked! Lastly we had a small bowl of hash brown bites, which were unbelievable, and were given as a freebie due to my order not being registered on the till (through no fault of their own). In short, a wonderful experience with wonderful food! Definitely recommend!

Coffee chain. So reliable range. Shame the quality of the coffee varies so much; this was fine but others.... really some staff need retraining in cuppocino making ... more a latte with chocolate!

Solicité una entrega y todo pasó. Dado un tiempo de entrega y tenía un mensaje de que mi pedido fue cancelado, ya que no podían entregar en su plazo preferido. Se me aconsejó que podría volver a hacer el mismo pedido, pero ¿cuál es el punto que ya esperó una hora y media. No estoy contento - no los usaré de nuevo

Queríamos una copa antes de ir a cenar y vimos esta terraza soleada con vistas al mar, hizo el trabajo con una copa de vino decente.

La comida era fantástica y el personal era muy servicial y amable. La comida era excelente y por el precio no podía pedir más.

Fui el 05/03 con mi familia de Australia, y cenamos. La comida era genial y disfrutado - gracias chef Louie. El servicio era genial y estábamos muy contentos con el servicio - gracias Georgia y Charlie. Nos lo pasamos muy bien.

Muy decepcionado con ellos, ya que no solo se habían ido, sino que no quedaban curry ni comida. Servicio inexistente.

Staff was unfriendly and messed up our food order. Except the main waiter guy who was very polite and looked after us when we arrived. Food was delayed by 50mins-1 hour, and food orders were totally messed up! People at our table who arrived 15 mins ago, got their food delivered to the table, while we arrived 1 hour before that, and got our food last at the table! Food was tasteless, had no spice on the roast chicken. Our pre-paid deposit was not deducted from our bill, as promised and we had to chase it for 1 week every day after we left the restaurant, when eventually they returned it. Ordered a mocktail, but it came out with alcohol. They told me that I would get 2for1 as per their 'sale' before I ordered my drink, but after it came out, was only 1 drink and they said it's not included in the sale. The music was so loud that we could not hear the people sitting across from us at the same table, which was really disappointing. We had pre-paid a deposit of £20 which they said would be deducted from our bill. The waitress at the till has claimed it's been deducted already from our bill. It wasn't! They asked us to make full payment and kept our "refundable" deposit on top! Told us they will arrange with their Head Office to process a refund back to us. We have chased them for 1 week after we left calling nearly every day, being told different things all the time, the money did not come still! In our frustration we threatened to contact their Head Office for their lack of assistance, which resulted in getting the refund within 24 hours! I ordered a non-alcoholic cocktail, came with alcohol. They replaced it, thankfully.

You can't come to Brighton without visiting this iconic hotel. We sat in the bar and had an afternoon snack. BLT | Toasted bread, streaky bacon. gem luttuce. homemade £14. Smoked salmon & tiger prawn. iceburg lettuce, avocado. lemon. £16. And two pots of tea. Thought the prices were quite reasonable for such an impressive hotel. The service was good and we especially like it here as you can sit with your dogs.

quick, easy, nice... and spicy, if you ask the right way. No matter how many times i need the difference in the noodles explaining to me they do it with no judgement. Spicy brisket noodle (no i still can't remember which ones) soup is fantastic, if you're getting a cold this will chase it off.
