Twisted Brisket in Brighton and Hove

My fiancé and I stumbled upon this business looking for some breakfast, having already been to the twisted lemon the night before. We were the first people there, so we were chatting with the staff while we were waiting on our drinks (who were all wonderful and attentive)! The tea was great, but the smoothie was fantastic, as was all the food! The eggs Benedict was perfectly cooked, hollandaise sauce was delicious, even the toast was lovely! I had a full English, and everything was cooked superbly, nothing on my plate was overlooked! Lastly we had a small bowl of hash brown bites, which were unbelievable, and were given as a freebie due to my order not being registered on the till (through no fault of their own). In short, a wonderful experience with wonderful food! Definitely recommend!

Lovely people but pretty ropey food-wise. We went for the Brisket bites, loaded fries, and Frickles (would've tried the Mac and Cheese, but was told they'd run out despite being early afternoon but hey ho). Brisket wasn't quite cooked to death, but pretty overdone. Strange decision to put cold raw tomatoes on otherwise-hot loaded fries, would probably be better swapping out for onions/peppers instead? Wouldn't reduce the food bill, but were offered a freebie shot each. Would possibly come back to try their cocktail menu but think we'll stay away from the food.

We went to Brighton for a concert and had a wander round first to find somewhere to eat and came across Twisted Brisket by chance. From the moment of entering we were warmly met and chose our seat. It was table service and a lad called Theo came to take our order. He couldn't have been more courteous and knowledgeable as well as very upbeat and courteous. This was such a refreshing change, working in the hospitality industry myself, I know the problems faced with staffing and I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We ordered "small plates" and they were extremely generous and excellent quality. Will most definitely return on next visit, thank you for your excellent service all round

I went with my wife and eaten the brisket ban and the Twister tower... There where perfect!!!! Finally a tasty brisket in Brighton!! Big love to the staff all very kind and available!! Definily we'll be back!!!

I was on a day out with my husband. We stopped as they had happy hour on with cocktails. My diet coke was beautifully delivered and the loaded chips with American cheese made a nice accompaniment. It was my husband's birthday and he had a Long Island cocktail. All in all a nice experience all delivered with a smile!

Located in a nice little spot (with room for our bikes) we were met with really lovely table service outside, we had the brisket burger, Thai salad, trickles and loaded fries. we was not disappointed! The Thai salad had amazing flavours and the frickles are definitely worth a try. We also had cocktails and they were spot on! Will be visiting again for sure.

We were really excited to try this place as I love a frickle! We popped in for just a couple of light bites to try it out. Sadly we were super disappointed. The frickles had barely any batter on them and were all stuck together. The corn fritters had the opposite problem and were all batter and no corn. The coleslaw was just… red cabbage in a tiny pot. No sauces served with anything so we bought 2 of the special sauces for £2 each. One was literally just mustard. Disappointed and won’t be back sadly.

The meat was of poor quality, grey and overcooked. It's a pity because the staff is friendly, the drinks are refreshingly good, and the place has a pleasant atmosphere. Now if only they knew how to deliver a good brisket...
