Amazing!
Service was out of this world, smiling and helpful, asked if we wantes the service charge and charity donation.
Food was brilliant, flavour was intense and sharing dishes are fun and friendly.
Cocktails were a winner, not much else to say on that.
Would defiently recomend, especially brighton Mowgli
Vergonzosa
Stopped for a couple of drinks one Saturday afternoon. It's a traditional city pub, tucked away just far enough from the main roads to make it feel like a locals pub. Barman was welcoming and seemed to enjoy his job, other clientele were a varied mix creating a friendly atmosphere. Sort of pub there is not enough of these days.
Don't bother!
Should have taken the hint that it was empty and stayed away!
My wife had the jackfruit tacos and they were cold and hard, I had the Mexican burger which was tough and tasteless.
Restaurant looks decent but the food is rubbish! Anniversary meal ruined
Really overpriced - kids pancakes was one small pancake and one rasher of bacon for £8.25 - disappointing for the 7yo. It was £15 for French toast for an adult, but was pretty average. Eggs Benedict also average. Two adults and two kids came to more than £55

I visited Tempest a few times during Brighton Music Conference she the vibe of this place is amazing.
Definitely recommend their vegan chilli cheese burger as well.
Looking forward to coming back next time I'm in Brighton
We stopped by Lucky Stars Fish and Chips after a long flight, eager for a hearty seaside meal. Overall, the portions were decent, though we thought they skimped a bit on the fries—which seemed odd, considering they're usually the cheapest part. On the upside, it ended up being just the right amount to eat without any waste.
Price-wise, it felt a bit high for the portion sizes, but considering you're literally sitting on Brighton beach while eating, that's probably why they can justify it. The fish itself tasted good at first, especially after traveling all day, but unfortunately it didn't sit well afterward—making us wonder about the quality of oils used in their cooking.
All in all, it's an okay option if you're looking for quick fish and chips right on the beach, but perhaps not the best Brighton has to offer.
