Today 4/12/23 The rating of 2 stars is for the food/cafe The rating I would give to the manager who resolved my issues is 5 stars……read on to hear the full story I order 3 all day breakfasts and some sides , we had to wait a bit of time for them to come also I had to clear the table myself from the last customer , also the table hadn’t been wiped over . The Breakfasts arrived , they were cold to Luke warm , we had a side order of chips they were a bit warmer. Nobody came to check after they had been served to the table to see if we were satisfied with the food. When I complained the response from the people in the cafe wasn’t great saying “we should have said at the time” rather than saying “I am sorry about this” …. . I asked to see a manager as I wasn’t overly impressed with the cafe staffs limp response . The came over to the table from the store. I explained the issues and also highlighted out while I was there another customer had complained about her lunch being at best warm when it’s supposed to be hot . I have since seen other complaints about the food being cold to luke warm when served on trip advisor. The manager who had come to the table to deal with our issues was a gentleman called Frazer can I say that he was the shining light. Frazer introduced himself and dealt with the complaint with the upmost professionalism and confidence and I would say that he is a credit to the store and a credit to the Morrisons brand. It would be great if someone possibly his Store Manager or Area Manager or Head Office could recognise him in some way as he turned a customer (me) who would have left the store as a detractor to a customer who left the store as promoter of the Morrison brand. Well done Frazer ! I am sure you will have a very successful career with Morrisons and I suspect you must be a very valued member of the management team at this store/Morrisons.

It doesn’t matter if we eat in the restaurant or have a delivery service which is also good everything is spot on, these people can really cook and give good value.

Food over the phone waited over hour and a half food was ok the woman who deliver just laugh when I said I would never do it again

Ordered through Deliveroo. Contacted the team at rustington and asked for amends to my order as not shown on the app. The lady was polite and assisted in every way that was possible. Food arrived hot and very tasty. A star ⭐️ would recommend.

Placed an order for delivery. When arrived cheesy chips instead of plain freezing cold . Lamb wrap instead of lamb kebab. Rang and explained told they would send new order. Waited an hour rang again told that we were out when they tried to deliver even though we had not gone anywhere. Also told they had spoken to our neighbour which was very clever as they were out! At time of writing this it's been an hour and a half and still no delivery. Husband diabetic and blood very low otherwise would have collected. Never had trouble with them until this time. Very very disappointed and usually our favourite take away!

We were regular users of the old Carlyles despite living in Hampshire , the drive was worth it. Today we sampled the new cafe now called Whittakers. Positive points friendly staff and now dog friendly. Negative points food average and the breakfast omelette is now served with a hash brown instead of the little fried spuds of old.

I hadn't ordered from Papa Johns Littlehampton for a couple of years after having a horrible experience and terrible food. The kids wanted pizza so we decided to give them another chance and were amazed and delighted on the time it took to deliver and the quality of the food. Not sure what has happened over the past couple of years, but it certainly was for the better! 5 thumbs up!

if you enjoy poor service, forever inaccurate orders, and getting robbed from the from team mcds and uber you come to the right place. over the course of a few months had more incorrect orders then correct using both the app and drive through. using drive through when checking before leaving to ensure due to staff have more time to standing around talking thank spending the time checking correct items for the order and half filled portion of cold chips to go with the meal that you ordered with the missing burger. we all have a bad experience every so often and we overlook them but when 3-4 back to back. mc Donald's nor uber take responsibility on the so called service they provide if things go wrong with the order on the app so spending hours with uber, to fight and prove that you are entitled to partial/refund is a joke each and every time (yes you have to protect yourself from scammers i understand this (but you are the scammer for this when we can provide photo or video evidence)) this is in violation of consumer rights this is also backed up on many forums with poor order accuracy and support for the consumer (should check online reviews and forums to reflect of the service)

My husband and I visited the store because we wanted some picture frames, but lunchtime was near so we ordered something to eat, not much in the chilly cabinet, we wanted a sandwich but there was nothing in the chiller cabinet, so we decided to go for toasted cheese and tomatoe, which came with chips my hubby said no chips which when it arrived they had put chips, on eating the toastie i thought this is horrible, gluppy, tastless, and the chips were dry the most worst thing was when i went to get some cutlery from the counter which were still dirty and some of which were covered in what looked liked paper, not very healty i must say. Today i have very bad indegestion now i know why. Myself i would eat in here again.
