Wrong bread on sub, wrong flavoured crisps and wrong cookie. Really not happy. Waste of time.

Fab food and excellent service and delivery

Ordered a wrap, arrived as a sub saying they don’t do subs anymore. I can’t eat the bread so had to leave it. Take wraps off the app if you don’t do them. And definitely tell customers in advance rather than delivering something different.

Absolutely awful subway, Always an issue when ordering. Completely wrong items, wrong toppings, etc, everytime. Most recently just tried to order twice on uber and they've cancelled us twice for missing stock on one of the subs but the other sub with the same items is fine apparently. Clearly too lazy to make orders.

Order missing multiple items (drink, cookie, and crisps from meal deal).

I have not received my order!!!!

No lettuce or peppers in a salad??? No bacon which was requested. Should have declined order if things weren’t available!

Rolls are bit hard to eat - I ordered same before and it was soft and nice. Wish I should have ordered wrap instead.

Food was still warm and of good quality. Sauces were missing.

Salad and sub was nothing like I had asked for. Salad was missing lettuce onion and sweetcorn but instead gave me cheese? And the sub had hardly any meat in it. I also ordered a garlic slice and got a margarita pizza slice! Poor quality!

Kevin had 500 points not taken off as the lady wearing a green t-shirt who was brown in colour said it was 3.99 and charged him for the sandwich when he could get a free one. Assistant Manager also of brown origine and a male said the transaction has been made and he couldn't be refunded his 3.99 that he paid for sandwich when he had shown on the phone he wanted to use his 500 points for the sandwich. Very bad customer service

Wrong item delivered. Ordered a roast chicken breast and got a red meat item

2 staff and 1 area manager, 1 person being served. I stood at counter for almost 10 min, then asked area manager for service and was told to wait. Staff letting the brand down

Somethings always missing or order is wrong. I actually hoped that Deliveroo was delivering from the subway in town

Never received my order spent £13 and it never showed up.

I ordered a Big Breakfast footlong and a ham footlong, we got two ham footlong and no big breakfast footlong, very unhappy with this order.

Didn’t contain the salads that I requested.

Ordered wraps and turned up in brown bread 6inch subs, wasn’t toasted and sauce missing

Ordered it to have American cheese, there was none, and also didn’t order sweetcorn but was in the sub

Time was changed and added an hour. Things were missing and wrong. Very unhappy.

If it was possible to give it 0 stars i would messed up order cant even make a sandwich right 😂😂 pathetic get better staff or someone who can actually make and cut up a sandwich properly

Arrived about an hour after order which can happen but that wasn't a problem for me but it being stone cold was!!

Needed something healthy to eat rather than the usual chinese takeaway and this fitted that option. Tasty and filling as always. Plenty of steak and loads of salad.

This outlet always focuses on pick up orders and never the customer standing in front of them. Myself and another customer stood there for 6 minutes before we were even acknowledged & even the it was with a raised eyebrow. Really poor customer service.

Appalling , wrong order received given real meat instead of vegetarian, totally wrong items in sub, also freezing cold

Food was koto nice. Chips stone cold and undercooked. Sandwich very salty the tuna one Cookie were broken

Waited 10mins to be served slow service no conversion, hour an a half after eating was violently vomited don't think I'll be going back

Not alot of salad stuff available. Card machine took 5 attempts to work and then my footlong was just wrapped not even cut in half

Where do I start.. ordered on deliveroo, waited 50 mins for a driver who didn’t know the area nor could he speak a word of English, so I couldn’t explain where I was waiting… the food was cold and horrible, Subway in Bognor Regis didn’t even answer their phone when I called to complain… Never again!!!

Staff was very friendly and very amazing as well. The food items were hygenic

pro/s for this store: - the staff are much more friendly than the subway in the town center. con/s for this store: - they seem to always have run out of something - they no longer have the breakfast menu in this store so if you want a breakfast sub you have to go in to the town center

Food is usually good but always understaffed and minimum 20 min wait, needs more than one person. As you get to the front of the queue they stop to do online orders which arrive after you started to queue.

Went in the morning for breakfast which they weren't doing but had no sign up. Came back later for lunch and they ran out of a lot of the sandwich options. Then they over charged my sister. So I got food from greggs instead. Overall really bad and I won't be coming back to this subway again.

Service was ok and seemed friendly but the guy behind the counter needs to wear a hair net as found 2 hairs on my sub

Ordered 2 subs,it took them 2 hours to delivery,1 of them was wrong,bread was hard and cold.you pay 20 for 2 subs and this is what you get.Shame.Hope they close again,no one deserve it.

Service poor ! The behemoth working there is always sat out back don’t come if you call her politely so had to whistle to get her attention, which she then replied don’t whistle I’m not a dog but she defo has similarities to one.

When I went here to get a sandwich it was disgusting. Meat in the cheese and the server sneezed and wiped her hands on her trousers. and when I politely asked for some uncontaminated cheese the woman with multicoloured hair who was serving said they couldnt guarantee food hasn't been in contact with other types of food. When I suggested that was pretty much her job as someone who serves food she was rude and aggressive. I won't go back.

Ordered online today 2 subs. And they have taken nearly 1hr and 30mins to get here. Tried to call up to ask where my order was and I got no answer on the phone. So waiting for my food currently. It shouldn’t take this long to deliver 2 sandwiches. Not impressed.

Pretty average subways runs out of specific breads quite often

Good tasty food. Polite staff member did seem to be on his own but coped well with people who were waiting. Unfortunately being on his own tables were not wiped or some people had not placed there rubbish in bins

Great friendly customer service, the 2 girls in there run it really well. Everything I wanted was available and I was served fast.

Came here last night for some Nachos whilst I was out and it was a great, friendly and calm experience. The staff was welcoming and understanding which is rare to find. Great location for everything!

This place could do with a clean! The accumulation of stale crumbs between the seats and the filth in the customer toilet is completely unnecessary. Get a hoover and some cleaning fluids!

I've come here 3 times now and each time they have ran out of ham, turkey and lettuce. I would have thought they would learn to order more or maybe the management just need retraining. This is my last visit now as I am well amd truly fed up with giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Ordered x4 subs Had no chicken, no chicken tikka, no ham no bacon. Lady serving alone who was fed up. Had no stock of anything and service was slow as one member of staff who admittedly had had enough! Not great

Had nachos with steak and cheese very nice but didn’t see any cutlery as I thought it comes with knife and fork but I had to use my fingers also I ordered a cookie but wasn’t the correct cookie I ordered. But food was nice

Good subway, never busy so in and out in a few minutes, never ran out of supplies. I'll keep visiting.

Ordered a delivery to place of work. Arrived an hour late, order was wrong and bread was soggy and cold. Don’t bother!

Love Subway, usually we pick up and take home. But as my little girls birthday treat (she chose Subway, adores it) we decided to eat in. Fantastic subways as always but the store needs to have a refit, bench seats with several ripped holes and stuffing taken out. The whole place had a dirty feel to it.

Well. What can i say. It's a shame as it's quick service, staff are polite and the rolls are always nice , except for a couple of things . Making sure groups of people are not hanging around in general ( as it looks like a teenage drop in center) as it takes up table space for those that want to eat in and make the place more warm.
