Nothing like they use to be, pizzas arrived stone cold, no heat bag on delivery, pizzas measured 2 inches too small. After a call to the store they were no bothered, manager couldn't even be bothered to talk to us. They could hardly even say hello let alone answer to my concerns. Off to Domino's

The food didn't arrive, I called the restaurant and the employee told me there was nothing he could do about it because he didn't even know who he gave the order to.

The pizza had no proper taste, almost no cheese on margarita. Pretty sad for a place close to holiday spot.

Found a blue piece of plastic in food. Manager didn't care about the complaint. Slow service, too expensive for what you get. also delivery driver Gaynor was rude. Not recommended

I ordered sausage and pepperoni with added black olives but just got sausage on pizza with cheese and sauce with no pepperonis or black olives

Dry, dry, dry…lacking flavour too. Wrong toppings on pizza (though they were correct on the label), they apologised and replaced the pizza for free but, again, dry and chewy….won’t be ordering in future.

Standards have slipped, I had to complain about the last two deliveries as either overcooked or overcooked and luke warm. Staff on the phone tried to fob me off but when I got to speak to the manager she agreed to send a remake. Won't be ordering again from here, sorry, just don't need the hassle especially as they now charge £1.99 for delivery.

Food was cold, pizza was over cooked. Burnt toppings and crust which is quite special given the cooking process.

Excellent service I had a delivery that was on time driver was very well dressed polite he was happy to help ordered again and my food was excellent and delivered quickly loved my meat feast with barbecue base very nice and hot I'm ordering again thank you papa johns

Really nice best pizza iv had in a while

Sad to say it wasn’t up to the usual high quality we normally get. Picked up the first slice and all the toppings slid off. I will say though,it most definitely is not a normal experience. Every other time it’s been a perfect pizza.

This is such an amazing place to dine, celebrate birthdays and create great memories. What makes it even more special is the exceptional level of customer service provided by ALL staff. My family and I were served by Owen and he was fantastic! He ensured that we were well looked after and that all our needs were met. He represents Papa John’s very well and I highly recommend him. Choose Papa John’s pizza and you won’t regret the experience ! I will definitely return!

driver 3 calls me to get off that he is in front of the door after 45 minutes and he is gone and now I will wait for my money back

Added note for call on arrival...didn't happen. It was late, cold. I tried Vegan, rather stick to veggie option as artificial meat horrible bas ok, bit dry.

I don't get my order and nobody answered then I call

Took my money then said because there system was playing up they haven't received my order therefore money will be put back into my account in next 3 working days. That was the last of my money a treat for me and my daughter now gone out the window. Very disappointed little girl and mam. Now very late and angry.

Don't know what's happened to them, slow delivery, cold food when it does arrive (Apparently it takes 15 minutes to drive what takes me two), and the ordering is getting so complicated that I won't be bothering with them any more. Pity, they used to be good.

This Papa John's place does great pizzas & never had bad service. Even got the order wrong tonight and put it down for collection instead of delivery and they phoned to let us know about the order and let us change it, was delivered in no time 👍

Great delivery, nearly £20.00 means I won’t be ordering from there again as the quality was rather low ! Even though the staff and service at pizza express delivery bognor are rubbish ! The actual pizza is in fact much better !!

Brilliant pizza everytime arrives hot and tasty service is top notch

This is a collection shop only. So no on premise dining. Staff are always friendly and in my opinion Papa John's (Bognor Regis) is the better than the other big 2. Food is always consistant.

Rang papa John's 2 weeks ago and explained exactly what I wanted. Spoke to Ned first of all then Holly today. Ned promised to leave a note and instructions for his staff and advised them that I would be ringing today. I rung today and Holly answered and confirmed that Ned had spoken to her . She could not have done any more for me and the service I recieved was absolutely first class . Holly went above and beyond to see that I was served in the way that I wanted . Would definitely use these again, thank you for making my sons birthday by putting " HAPPY BIRTHDAY "On the box.

Very nice food, however little bits missing from the order ie. Ordered extra topping but that wasn't there, and free dip missing from the side. Besides that, it's nice.

Papa johns were so overrun with orders that our food turned up 90mins plus after ordering online and then when it did arrive it was cold so I had to re heat it in the microwave. Whilst I understand that they are super busy in the current times, when you pay £50 for a takeaway you expect better service. Would think twice about ordering from here Again!

The food & Service were 5star. We had to receive the order contactless, due to the current virus situation, which we are very grateful for. Unfortunatley this means we were not able to Thank the driver directly. The vegan pizza was absolutley delicious & will be a regular treat from now. Thank you 🙏

Advertised 20-35 min. delivery time. When I called the restaurant, the person I spoke with said (1) that they cannot guarantee anything less than an hour and, when I asked why, then, were they advertising 20-35 min., (2) he said that he had changed the delivery time online. Maybe there was another website that he changed, but I was looking right at the advertised Just Eat delivery time of 20-35 min. When I remonstrated with him, he put the phone down on me. I phoned back, and we bickered a bit about the disparity between their advertised and actual delivery times and, ultimately, the guy said he phoned the driver and the driver was in Westergate on the way to our house in Barnham. We didn't see the driver for another 15 min. you can WALK to Barnham from Westergate in 15 min., so I don't believe that driver was in Westergate at the time claimed. So, abysmal service and delivery time. I did not expect to be complaining about the food quality, too, but it turns out the allegedly all-meat pizza had very little meat--I wasn't even able to confidently say whether this was the pizza that I ordered, so I can't recommend the food, either, as it turns out, but of course that is a matter of taste. My local kebab shop makes a better pizza than this was. Massively over-priced for what we got and how late we finally got that lukewarm pizza.

I ordered from here. Was delivered someone else’s food, and when rung the restaurant got the driver to change it. When our order arrived it was cold and was missing dips and stuff that I had ordered (and paid extra for). Am very unsatisfied

Lovely pizza, very fast delivery, my only isuues hence the three stars, Pizza boxes were labeled wrong, so I was just about to eat my vegetarian pizza and noticed meat on it, checked my husbands and he had mine, labels put on the wrong boxes and I asked for thin crust but didn't have that. Apart from that I would definitely order again.

Sometimes when I order on an evening the food is Luke warm, however when I order during the day it's fresh af and warm and just sooooo good. Splash a J in with it and you've got yourself a hella good time. Amen

Took over 2 hours for 1 pizza and a side with ice cream to be delivered. Phoned the shop with no answer. So drove down to collect the food only to be told it was out for delivery. Food finally arrived 2 hours and 30 min. With the person in the shop delivering it. A complete joke for delivery

Waited an hour. Attempted delivery by lightly tapping the front door of a large house.... can’t hear that Called as soon as I noticed I’d miss them to be told I’ll be added to the next deliver. Asked for a refund and got told go ask head office but couldn’t supply me any contact details. First and last time I’ll be ordered a pizza from them and I guess I’ll go warm up some soup for dinner. 2019 and they can’t just promptly deliver pizza.....

This is my go to local takeaway. Always speedy, never any issues with the food always hot and deliciou .

After a horrible experience from Domino's pizza, I decided to give Papa John's in Bognor Regis a go. I order two of their Vegan pizzas online. I was blown away by how quickly they arrived and how yummy they were. I will most definitely be order again.

Got my pizza wrong, refused to rectify although it's part of the Papa John's promise. Both my and husband's pizzas burnt to a crisp. Promise credit for missing food items and never appears.

although our dinner was delivered 20mins earlier than expected, I have no complaints as we were all hungry , the meal was delicious as usual and very filling,

I have never had Papa Johns Pizza before. but I will certainly have it again. The Pizza was delicious really fresh ingredients and the dough was super. Much better than other pizzas that I have tried.

You delivered the wrong pizza. Order a vegan sheese garden party and received a standard vegan sheese pizza. So have actually over paid for the pizza we didn’t get. Refund please.
