Yummy Kebab and Pizza in Arun

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery at just past 1am, originally it said would arrive between 1:40-2:00. So I waited and waited. It also said it would be delivered by shop staff so tracking was limited. It got to 1:40 and nothing so I called them and they said yep we are preparing for delivery and i said what is the estimated time and they hung up on me. I waited till 2am and called again and they said it will be delivered dont worry and hung up again. I requested a new estimated time again through uber eats and it said 2:20-240. At this point I was quite annoyed but waited till 240 then decided to cancel my order as the person I spoke to on the phone said they would call me when they are leaving the restaurant. Got into bed and tried to sleep, then my phone started ringing at 3:15am probably to say they were leaving the restaurant. That is 2 hours since I ordered it and for 2 pizzas. Now i’m not a chef but I do know it does not take even an hour to cook 2 pizzas like I mean pretty damn disappointing. Would not order from them again, not helpful at all and just rude to customers. If I could rate it lower I would.

Takeaway, not in the restaurant. The service is just terrible. I am disabled so i rely on a delivery service. It was so late; it took them 3hrs to deliver a two mile distance! It was stone cold, dry and inedible. It was delivered by 22:30 and it was bedtime.... I went to bed on a peanut butter sandwich instead! It was an awful experience and I won't be using them again! .....you shouldn't either!!

Environmental health should close it down, the people who own this place have zero understanding about food safety and, the place is filthy and the food isn't up to standard. Staff smoking outside then not washing their hands before touching food. I demanded a refund and walked away

I ordered a ben and Jerry’s ice cream last night and it came expired was a yellow colour not edible at all. Won’t be ordering from you guys again, anyone who gets an ice cream check it before u take it from driver

Not only was the order late, but when it arrived the order was wrong! I ordered a mixed lamb and chicken kebab meat only with extra garlic sauce. This cost £10.00 which is not normally a problem! However when I got my meal the majority of the dish was chips which I had not ordered! Very little meat was included and it comprised mostly of lamb with very little chicken. According to the menu this should have cost (mixed doner with chips) £7.49, So not only did I not get what was ordered but I overpaid for the pleasure! When I phoned up to complain I was offered a replacement dish. As I had eaten I declined. This is an example of fast food outlets starting off well and then standards drop. Very disappointing!-1

The food is great value, good quality and very prompt service, it's always the first choice in our house for a takeaway.

The order was late and the customer service was absolutely shocking! When I asked what is going on, they told me I lived to far away, when I live five minutes away! I never will return to order from place! It is awful! The food was cold!

10 out of 10 absolutely delicious food I’ve had burgers, kebabs, chips, everything is fresh and delicious
