Bangerz N Burgers in Arun

Ordered through Deliveroo. Contacted the team at rustington and asked for amends to my order as not shown on the app. The lady was polite and assisted in every way that was possible. Food arrived hot and very tasty. A star ⭐️ would recommend.

My wife and I popped into Rustington do do a quick shopping trip and as it was lunchtime thought we have a bite to eat. Rather than going to one of the well known sandwich/sausage roll or coffee shop outlets we chose Bangerz n Burgerz. What a lovely surprise! The service was brilliant. The food portions were of an excellent size ( probably too much for a quick lunchtime snack). And it was reasonable value. These no surprises as what is on offer, the name says it all. The decor may not be to everyone’s liking, but it is certainly lively. I’m not sure what Norman had done!!

Honestly at my wits end with Bangerz and Burgers Rustington. So the last time we ordered we drove all the way home and find half our food missing, called and they had failed to give us the second food bag! Our time, our diesel… no real apology or goodwill gesture offered for their mistake! Roll on tonight we were given the wrong bill to pay on collection. They refused to allow us the pay the difference so had to pay our food bill in full too…. Now I’m the one left waiting up to 5 days for a refund (over a bank holiday weekend). Again not even the goodwill offer of anything to apologise for their muck ups again. I don’t even have faith I will ever get the refund owed as they seem incapable of getting things right and never compensate for their muck ups, it’s tough luck the customer suffers! I honestly don’t think it’s ever worth the hassle of going back again, which is a shame as the food is good!

The style of service here is very distinctive -- food arrived on a piece of paper on metal tray. The tray span around regardless of which angle I attacked the highly stacked burger. Not a big criticism; but like I said, a style choice. Practically everything on the menu is fried, but given the name of the place, that wasn't a surprise. The interior decor and furnishing has a very hard feel and I reckon that if the English Channel storm-surged in through the glass frontage, a quick sweep through with a broom would leave everything looking much the same afterwards.

Super service from all the staff and very tasty burger and fries were great too.. look forward to next visit :)
