We use Jade probably once per month Always delivered on time and polite service both on the phone and at the door Food hot and delicious. Would recommend

No taste to food. Was late. Won’t be using again

Although late delivery (due to being busy) and I did have to ring to chase my order, the food exceeded expectation. It was tasty, plentiful and still piping hot when received. Good value and we will definitely be ordering from here again.

It seems the restaurant didn’t receive our order from Just Eat for at least an hour!!!! The restaurant were as efficient as possible and the food was excellent and very reasonably priced. Would definitely order again! But maybe not through Just Eat!

so we all know by now jade is the best chinese out there. our meal was outstanding yet again, chow mien never disappoints, steamed buns incredible soft and light, large pancake rolls were nice not sure what was inside but i didn’t need to know to know it was delicious. sadly though i didn’t get a fortune in my fortune cookie. only let down but maybe that means i haven’t got a future? anyway it was still heaven on earth

Great service. The rice is different. Lots of big meat chunks which are lovely. I’m just not as keen on the rice as other restaurants. I didn’t like the spring rolls. Huge and just not my taste. Nothing wrong with the food. Great quality just not for me

When placing the order, the app said 55-70 minutes wait. The confirmation came back and said 90 minutes. I called the restaurant after 105 minutes to be told I had to wait another 15 minutes. All told, it was 2 hours. The restaurant is 200m from home but I didn't have a pick-up option. When I called they told me not to use the Just Eat app in future and to call directly. Don't worry, I won't use Just eat again. Same thing happened last time I used the app and I still have the text message exchange to prove it. Sorry, but poor service from Just Eat.

We ordered our food at 6pm. It arrived at 9pm!!! I called the restaurant when it was an hour late (2.5 hours after I ordered it). They said it would be another 45 minutes (it was actually another 30), they also said that Just Eat often gives inaccurate delivery times and it wasn’t their fault. I’d say 3 hours is probably excessive either way. The food itself was very good.

what can i say, jade pulled through again. honestly never fails to disappoint every time i get it it’s like being born again. i’m going to name my first born jade after this chinese because it’s so good. it was a little bit late but i will continue to order again and again until i die. i love you jade

I ordered at like 5.55 my food still isn't here was told 19.30 normally id be okay but was for the kids I called the restaurant and the woman on the phone was so rude! She was like well you can cancel your food or just wait! With major attitude I couldn't cancel when the kids are starving won't go again..if the food isn't up to scratch il be kicking off

Chow mein was very greasy, chicken dish was rubbery (not great quality) and the curry sauce was missing completely from the order. First and last time I shall order from Jade.

Food never turned up after 2 hours of waiting. Call the restaurant who’d marked it as delivered. And then just said it will be another hour. Very weird!!

order was half hour late, stone cold so decided to go down there. ow, disgusting, cook was deep frying chicken and didnt want to know about order just said many times go to just eat. it was cold area and only one cook deep frying food. rediculous and never again, just shows you whats going on out of sight.

Tasty food, huge portion, enough for 2 meals, good value.

Our order was late and when it did arrive we were handed it in an open cardboard box so the food was only moderately warm. As vegetarians we ordered multiple bean curd dishes. We ordered the bean curd curry and on taking the first bite discovered it was clearly meat. Called restaurant to confirm it wasn’t meat, was told it was bean curd but you can clearly see the duck skin and even a blood vessel in one piece. Won’t be ordering from them again.

A shame about the delivery because the food is amazing. Every dish was superb especially the Vietnamese Duck which was a first time try.

Wait time was 50-65mins on website. Ordered at 5:06pm, food estimated for 6:40pm and arrived just after 7:15pm partially cold

The food was really good quality and I enjoyed everything I ordered. My favourite was the Salt and Chili Squid. This is overshadowed by the delivery time unfortunately. Often, orders arrive before the specified time but there was no sign of my order even after the time given. I requested an update on my food, was given a time about half an hour later and the food arrived just before then. I get the feeling the restaurant forgot about my order. Despite how good the food was, I don’t think I’ll order from here again because of this.

The best crispy shredded beef and special fried rice I've had

The excuse they provided was heavy traffic. Not factually correct. Order took roughly 2 hours 30 mins to arrive!!

Ordered about six pm and was told delivery would be at 19.25. At 8pm still no food, so tried ringing restaurant and got no reply. Contacted Just Eat who contacted restaurant and was then told food would be there by 20.20. Finally arrived at 20.30. Tried requesting refund through just eat and the restaurant claimed food was late because driver was stuck in traffic. Really, at 7pm on a Saturday night in Bognor Regis, at least have the decency to say you cocked up. It's a shame because the food was really nice. It's not the first time either. Last time after an hour late, we contacted Just Eat and was told they weren't delivering at all. Had to order from somewhere else. Won't use again.

FOOD NEVER TURNED UP Ordered at 6.10pm was told by App Delivery will be at 20.15, nothing came, the App then said delayed until 20.50, it then got to 21.00 and still no food, tried calling the restaurant 27 times with no answer so drove to Jade, to find my order had not even been cooked yet! 3hours! extremely rude customer service, no apology and then asked “do you want your food or not” i said no and was told i am a just eat customer nothing to do with them and then ignored me. I will never ever decide to use Jade again! Appalled is an understatement.

Ordered food at 6.30pm. Restraint advised that food would be at 8.10. I understand that with only delivery available the restaurant would be busy so accepted the long delivery time. 8.10 came and went. By 8.40 I inputted a late delivery into just eat. I received a text message saying delivery would be around 9pm (our order included a meal for a child so this was pushing it but we would be waiting longer if we went elsewhere now). By 9.10 I inputted that order was still not here. Just eat advised ringing the restaurant, I had been trying to ring them since around 8.30 and couldn’t get through. Finally spoke to the restaurant at 9.30 to be told it would be another 15 minutes or I could cancel my order and get a refund. I tried to explain that they had told me several times already that it would be 15 more minutes. I asked the rest of my family what we would like to do whilst asking the restaurant hung up on me. Guess I won’t be getting me food then!

Waited two hours and tried calling 24 times no answer really angry

Absolutely disgusting service from here , ordered on the app and was told delivery in around 50 mins , an hour and a half later still no food , when I rang the restaurant the staff were rude beyond belief . I told them not to bother delivering the food as it was too late and I had to make beans on toast for the kids as they were starving. I then asked for a refund and was rudely told that Just Eat would give me the refund as they hadn’t been paid yet then they hung up !! I will never order from there again judging by reviews left on Yell.com I had a lucky escape all of the reviews left say the food is terrible and many complaints about the service too

Rice was white with gravy yuck & mixed meat. What happened to brown rice fried with mixed meat & seafood, no sauce. All the Chinese restaurants need to go back in time. Seaweed needs to be with brown sugar.

My duck pancakes were cold and so was the egg fried rice. the chow main was luke warm.

Chips bag soggy and ripped so chips loose over everything and cold. Prawn toast tasted very sour and we were unable to eat them.

Ordered at 19.02, arrived at 19.18. They must’ve read my mind! Food ok except the rice which was very stodgy.

We always have the same order from Jade - Quarter Crispy Duck and apple fritters as dessert! The food is always good, hot and tasty. Delivery on our last order was suprisingly early!

Not impressed. Food was terribly late, hardly an apology or reason when I called to chase it up. Food when we finally got it was hot.. but that is about all. Almost everything tasted similar.. and very ""MSG" .. I used to use this place a lot.. gone down hill badly.. will never use it again!

Food quality was... “edible”. Nowhere near as good as Hakka in Felpham. Pork in Chow Mien was dry and chewy. Satay skewers were dry and barely any sauce. Satay curry was bulked out with a lot of onion and any taste was masked by a very salty flavour. Kung Po was apparently “ok”. Food delivery was pushed back by 35 mins, but only after I chased it 10 mins after the delivery time when it was marked as Delivered without any update. It was finally delivered 15 minutes late on the revised time making it around 50 minutes late. Jade didn’t answer the phone to me. I only got an update when I asked JustEat to chase them. Tried to use JustEat’s “Helper Bot” but it was simply obstructive in it’s task of Helping. It Had One Job! 😉 Lesson learned: don’t use Jade in the future.
