The best restaurants in South East

I have tried their food many times since they reopened. The salt and pepper box has also been updated. We like the white egg fried rice very much because it is different from other takeaways . They also use curry sauce normally. Also, the first time I ordered crispy aromatics duck. I didn’t know that they had more meat and not enough pancakes, so we added extra pancakes next time. Thank you very much, I hope they can keep it up.

2nd order here, order on 21/3 was really disappointing. Burgers not fully cooked and exceptionally salty so unpleasant to eat. Fries were way too salty. Didn't seen any option in website on how to influence the cooking of the burger or salt levels. Would think twice before using in future.

We’re regular visitors as a couple or family with grandchildren in tow. The staff are wonderful and have become friends over the years. Food and coffee are always of the highest standard and the surroundings pleasant and comfortable. Definitely the best coffee shop in the area.

Just superb! have been in the evening but never in the daytime - would hightly recommend this to anyone in the area! I had a buddha bowl style salad and we shared a sticky chicken/satay as a starter, my colleague had the fish gujons - all freshly made and really really tasty. A lovely young lady called Hayley looked after us. Staff were all working hard but didnt appear stressed and they atmosphere was lovely. Cant wait to try one of the 'jazz sundays' many thanks.

What a disappointment. The chips were clearly recooked from the lunch time batch. No where to complain other than taking them back, but we just had to bin 60% of it. Salad was stale, nuggets and chips burnt. Awful

My espresso was excellent, good balanced flavour with hints of chocolate on the after taste. Service was a bit slow but it was lunchtime on a Saturday.

Very disappointing...ordered Kungpao beef and got kungpao radish:) the curry was full of this particular vegetable & few beef pieces soaked in redchilli sause. I have had much better kungpao dish from elsewhere. Egg fried rice was also below average. Will never order from here again.

Absolutely the best place in Southampton by far. Amazing staff, clean, cannot do enough for you. Your team make the experience fabulous x

Yi Pin combo box is amazing! A perfect combination of Chinese and chips, small box plenty enough for 2. Salt & pepper chicken is fab!

Being a regular, feeling peckish I Went in and ordered my meal after watching football in our local pub, Lisa the chef is fantastic but her old man is a ignorant/ rude person I gave him £20 but he gave me change for a £10 when I questioned it he said sorry I forgot, I think mainly because he thinks I'd had a few beers and try his luck, when I did question it he got very defensive to the stage he wanted to fight me, obviously needs anger management I found this very offensive, food not amazing and after this experience will never use it again, avoid this place at all cost, if you do order watch your change and take boxing gloves to get the right change

We were recommended this place by a friend who gave it glowing reviews, so we thought we would try it. We ordered a delivery, which took longer than stated, then to our complete and utter disappointment the food was well below the standard expected. The sesame prawn toast was rubbery and very chewy, the duck spring rolls tasted stale, as did the rice. The Szechuan chicken was ok, the sweet and sour chicken had bone and cartilage in it and the person who ate it left the room to be sick, and unfortunately after that did not want to eat anymore; the chicken was also very grainy and had a strange texture and was also very chewy. The duck chow mien was below standard, the duck was overcooked and the noodles were very bland. It all seemed to have been frozen or left over from lunch time, reheated/nuked and delivered to us. All in all, we were very disappointed with the whole experience. It wasn't cheap either, although we did get a free bag of prawn crackers!

EDIT - The place went downhill. They reduced the portions and quality and raised the prices. Will no longer touch the place. YOU have been warned. They are now a waste of cash. Old review: Out standing Curry house! But the food - Excellent ! The best I have tasted in Milton Keynes so far. We go there very often as we do not live very far.

Excelente servicio por una joven llamada Lisa. Muy conocedor de los productos a la venta. Tenía un café con leche medio flaco extra caliente hecho con las verdaderas habilidades de un barista con verdadero cuidado para asegurarse de que mi café era perfecto. También me convenció de tener un pastel de albaricoque que se cocinó a la perfección. Gracias café nero Woking por un excelente servicio y atención al cliente.
