It would be a much better service if you stayed open to the time specified! But closing at 9.45 and having a time to say you close at 11 at night is not acceptable do needs to be reviewed!!!
We went here this morning to buy a microwave. On looking they were poor quality and broken. No service at all and the staff really rude so we just walked out and will never buy from Dunelm again..
Would not ever order from this place again, what a disappointment. For the price they charge, you expect high quality food that's worth the money. When the rice was the best part of the meal, that's saying something! Food was bland and strange, 2/10.

We recently had a fantastic dining experience with Indian Kitchen. As always, I like to judge a restaurant or takeaway by its Tarka Dal, and I’m happy to say theirs was exceptional—hot, spicy, and, most importantly, sugar-free, just as I expected.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The only area for improvement would be the naan, which was too thick and slightly undercooked. Aside from that, everything was perfect.
During our two-night stay in the area, we enjoyed the Tarka Dal so much that we ordered it both nights, pairing it with boiled rice. If you're looking for delicious vegetarian food, I highly recommend Indian Kitchen!

Ordered a take away arrived 20 mins late and was stone cold paid 50 quid for 3 stone cold burgers and chips. Called the shop which said they would send a replacement meal. 30 mins later they recalled and said they couldnt send us a replacement meal as they didnt know how the food could be cold and the manager said no even though the manager wasnt there! Great service!!!! Never will I eat here again and I will make sure none of my mates will either!!!! Absolutely awful! Do not waste your hard earned cash on this joke of a business! I would be embarresed if i worked for this business.
I used this bakery twice, staff could be friendlier. I had a heated cheese and onion pasty and caramel slice, both were yummy (£5 so bit expensive). The caramel slice was so nice I went back to get more another day.
Rowan is our local Garden Centre and we visit often to buy good quality plants, garden furniture and gifts.
They have recently built a new cafe, which looks lovely, but unfortunately does not allow customers to sit inside if they are accompanied by their dog. There are a number of tables outside, but only a few are positioned in the sun and there is no outside heating provided. They do offer a few blankets for customers to use, but there are not enough to go round.
Sadly there have been a number of occasions when my partner and myself have walked to Rowan with our dog, hoping to stop for coffee or lunch, only to leave feeling disappointed as no suitable seating has been available…..as happened this morning - the sun was shining, but all the tables receiving it’s warmth had been taken (mainly by customers without a dog) and it was simply too cold to sit under the shelter. Inside the cafe were many empty tables which were useless for us as we were not allowed to sit there with our well behaved Labrador.
Such a shame.
We visited this morning for breakfast. We ordered 1 egg & bacon sandwich, 3 croissants, a tea, hot chocolate and an orange juice. It cost £17.40.
The drinks came out quite quickly which was fine. We then waited nearly 30 mins for the sandwich and 3 croissants! The sandwich came out toasted for some reason. I said I would eat it so don’t worry after she blankly at me. It took another 16 mins for the croissants to arrive. Now fair enough we did ask for 2 of them to be warmed up, but when 2 came out warmed up and no sign of the other one for yet another 10 mins. My husband politely asked her why it was taking so long for the last croissant to come out. Her answer was I wanted all the food to come out at once (failed at that one)!! She then said with a total attitude “ I’ve only got one pair of hands you know”. She then came back and chucked the plate on the table and walked off!!!
If they don’t want to be a cafe then don’t be. Save your attitude and comments to yourselves! The customer isn’t always right. But when you get attitude and a stupid waiting time and then the order is wrong. Politeness never hurts from the staff!
When the locals tell you to avoid the place your best off listening to them! Oh well lesson learned!!!
I was last here 25 years ago, and I have to say that yesterday's visit was fairly disappointing. The car park has room for around 40 cars and access is good. Paths are well maintained and there are a few benches and a good number of spots to sit for a picnic. Generally visitors seemed to be taking their rubbish away responsibly.
It is promoted as containing rare chalk grassland species. However, the entire area which we walked on was almost entirely overgrown with dense tussocks of coarse grasses, thistles and plantains. The only obvious chalk grassland species visible was crosswort. There are cultivated fields uphill to the North and East which are probably fertilized and leaching nutrients onto the reserve.
The only saving grace was the bird life. We saw a good number of meadow pipits, linnets and yellowhammers. We said that we would give it one last chance in about a month's time, so I will edit this review then...

Seem to prioritise Just eat etc over walk in customers. Over 10 minutes wait for sausage and chips that was cooked and available in the heated cabinet when I ordered!!
Toppings are good, website not fit for purpose. Cheese is awful, not authentic mozzarella, doesn’t bubble brown and tastes slimy. Such a let down as base and toppings are good
Always love it here, cannot go wrong with the meal deal at £3.95. I would pay that for the cake alone! Friend staff and good food, what more can you want.
