Owner is rude and split personality, disrespectful and dishonest to paying customers. She’s definitely got the wrong attitude to be working with the puppy. She also doesn’t pay staff on time. And she very jealous of people who know more than her.

A little sliver of a cafe/takeaway, but such a friendly welcome, good coffee and a wide selection of made-on-the-spot food. The manager is chatty, efficient and professional, even when there's an early lunchtime rush.

Have been getting sandwiches and cakes from here on and off for a while and I must say recently the quality and taste of cakes has changed. They are absolutely beautiful, especially the Brownies. I don’t normally go for them as I find them quite dry but these are so chocolatey and moist. Just beautiful. I’ve tried the carrot cake which was beautiful as well, having some lemon drizzle next time. Whoever makes them, thank you.

Foods OK for the amount you pay. Everything is just way to expensive, for that reason I won't be back.

This place is amazing, food is freshly made. Customer service is always on point, very friendly. Price is very good for the food.

I have been going to Nice Buns at Central Avenue West Molesey around four times a week for the past couple of years and the quality of the food and the charm of the service has been consistently excellent. The treatment is individually tailored in every respect, and I can unhesitatingly recommend it.

Best wraps around! Such lovely staff, always a nice chat. A must visit if you are in the area. Very reasonable prices for what you get!

we went there recently saturday infact the older lady very slow to serve and kept talking rubbish to someone else, then we bought 2rolls which were very overpriced she said £4.each then she said she would put a bit more in our rolls and then decided to charge us another£1 for something she offerd £9.00 2 rolls good job we did not have coffee to go with it will not be going back.

Very tasty fillings and generous portions. I've never had anything to complain about and have branched out to order lots of different things. Never disappointed - quite the opposite (once I'd cured my myself of a Coronation Chicken addiction). It's not rock bottom cheap but you just make food this good on the lowest budget. I come from Esher to eat here - always worth the journey.

As a builder l am always looking for a good place for breakfast. Nice buns offers large variety of options but the price is almost double of what other places can offer and that for me is a no no.

Having been an almost daily customer of Nice Buns for over a year, I will not be going back there. Today, I acknowledged to the owner that the 20% increase on the salad box was quite a jump for an already pricey salad and was treated to a very rude rant which was thoroughly embarrassing and in the presence of the other customers. As a final insult, I discovered that she had included an item in the salad that she knew I didn't want as she had served the same thing numerous times before. The other staff in the cafe are wonderful but there is frequently an unpleasant vibe created by the owner. The food is good at Nice Buns, but the rude owner just leaves a nasty taste in the mouth.

I always come to nice buns for my lunch with my work friends and today has been one of the worse days I’ve seen unreliable and didn’t make u feel welcome their was a young boy working their not knowing what he was doing then the young lady seemed to not have a clue and was wondering off I had to wait 45 min to just get a sandwich which wasn’t up to my standards it was dry and bread wasn’t fresh! I do not recommend going to nice buns as u will be waiting ages just to get a food not up to ur standards

After me physically giving her a list with EXACTLY what i want, even writing down NO BUTTER they still added butter to my sandwich. after telling her i didn't want it she told me "its been made now so you have to pay for it" and refused to let me leave. in the end i had to pay for 2 sandwiches, one which i do not even want... and lets be honest, its not like there exactly cheap!!! i will NOT be returning, and neither will my colleges.

Staff very helpful a full range of fillings fresh bread and rolls healthy options as well great meeting place to get your typical breakfast sandwich as well as lunchtime I couldn't recommend it more highly

I love Nice Buns! Their salads, buns and toppings are always fresh and they have tons of option of fillings, you wont be disappointed!

Though I have had sandwiches from this shop before, it was always when a group of people from work got something so only a couple of people went to the shop and collected the order. I'd never actually been there. However, after going there this week with a friend, it's safe to say I won't be getting anything from there again! First of all, they used the same tongs to pick up meat and cheese. Not hygienic surely? (And also not good if anyone's a vegetarian!) secondly - the lady serving us was going from handling money, to touching the bread, to handling money, to touching bread, to handling meat, to handling money etc. I never saw her once clear her hands and she wasn't wearing gloves. Me and my friend both both walked out in the end. I was absolutely disgusted. I certainly will not be going there again.

If you like a traditional sarnie at a good price, you would be hard pressed to find a better sandwich shop in the area

Food nice and fresh.service good although a little overpriced considering location.on a trading estate parade of shops.

The White sliced loaf (if you get there early enough) is a bit pricey but worth the expense. If you ask they'll save one for you. Friendly service and good range of other bites to eat

Went in and was able to ask for a sandwich not on the board which was made for me. Busy but fast moving at peak times. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Nice buns serve yummy food and they have such lovely staff. Highly recommend the jacket potatoes! A business that deserves to do well :)

I have used Nice Buns on and off for about 5 years. The quality of the food is good and is usually pretty consistent and the staff always friendly.The only reason I don't use it as often as I used to is because the prices seem to go up every time I buy something!

I used nice buns for a couple of months (jan-mar) when I was working in West Molesey and I have to say it was excellent on every level, the girls and the guy who work there are so lovely kind and funny always upbeat and hard working.They have many different fillings for there scrumptious array of sandwiches.i disagree strongly with one reviewer who questioned the cleanliness of nice buns as I found the opposite, they never stop cleaning. Keep up the good work guys, I miss my lovely lunches as I no longer work in the area but rest assured that if I am ever in the area again the fist place I will be visiting is nice buns.

A fantastic find! So excited! A super sandwich shop, exceptionally clean, fantastic friendly staff catering for morning munchies, lovely lunches (with home made soup!) or afternoon cakes. Always a friendly welcome.So glad I came to work in Molesey!

Great food, clean and very well presented. Staff are chatty and know their condiments when it comes to fillings. A great selection of sandwiches made to order and some of the finest home made cakes for a treat. Well worth a visit....!!!!

Got to start by saying what a ridiculous review by bistoufly, what complete rubbish ...seriously if a place was so bad and the hygiene as mentioned wouldn't you just turn and make a quick exit? as for the sickness baloney, if you were sick once,would you return ????.... of course not, it shows what an untrue review it is !Well here comes mine ... mmm, mmm, mmm, nice, nice, nice :)I'm a regular - my only complaint is that I always suffer from a big stuffed belly after : p .... could be something to do with the cake that I can never resist !

This is a great little sandwich shop near to where I work - always welcoming, excellent choice of fillings, bread, cake and pies etc.All sandwiches freshly made in front of you and very clean.Would highly recommend.

Been a couples of times over there., Hygiene is inexistent,service, ah ah ah, a joke!And been sick both times i ate over there....And what a place,its dirty,smelly...its in the middle of the industry area...be ready if you decide to go over there....

I live nearby and now and again pop in to get a sandwich or packed lunch supplies. Staff are cheerful and service is good. Good choice of fillings and little extras. Definately recommended if in the area and need a quick lunch stop. Very limited seating.

Nice Buns is about 2 minutes walk from where I work. Every time I have visited, I have had fast friendly service. I have always watched my sandwich actually being made right in front of me so I know it is freshly made. There is a large variety of fillings & bread plus the place is spotlessly clean. Their prices are very reasonable. You can’t ask for much more than that.I recently bought a ham sandwich for a customer from Nice Buns. It had thick fresh bread and loads & loads of ham in it. His comment when he saw it was “Wow, now that’s what I call a sandwich!” he commented next day that he was so full up from his sandwich that he had difficulty eating his dinner that evening.

Nice Buns serve a very wide range of lunches with a huge choice of innovative homemade fillings into a variety of differrent bread; sliced, rolls, baguettes etc, all very fresh, or filled baked potatoes, boxed salads etc, all made to order. They also have hot pies, homemade soup etc.Their coriander, chicken and bacon mix is wonderful in a baguette, especially with a little salad and some fresh chopped hot chillies.Service is always welcoming, personal and prompt. This place is near our work and I have never heard a complaint. I would have given 5* except there is only space for 2/3 to eat in. Nevertheless, worth a detour.
