Just had my Friday take away from zeran take away maidstone best tandoori eking prawns ever North Indian chilli chicken superb thank you guys

The last few weeks have ordered food at 5 for 7 and has arrived bang on time really impressed. by the way food absolutely banging as well not had a bad meal yet well done guys

My sons and I had a takeaway and enjoyed the food, but unfortunately the dips for the papadoms were missing. The onion bhajee, mushroom bhajee and prawn dhansak that I had were all tasty and the boys enjoyed their meals too.

Ordered a meal for 7:30pm, order arrived on time, extra popadoms included, the chef special mango chicken was awesome, the sag alooooo was crazy aswell. The chicken shaslik my girlfriend had was brilliant. first time i ordered and it wont be the last!

Food was absolutely beautiful, not one fault, will not be ordering from anywhere else, 100% reccomend :)

Paid over 20 pounds for a takeaway for one which is really a sit in price albeit not possible to sit in at the moment. They took around an hour and twenty mins to deliver then did not bring the full order. On contacting them to say I was dissapointed they have ignored 2 messages which is really not good customer service especially as they are expensive.

My wife NHS worker after long shift craves a curry Order was let cold and items missing Phoned and said my sons missing food would be here in one hour after main delivery Never turned up and they never refunded Complained and put phone down Would never ever use this company again Appalling

I have used Zeran now several times and am always pleased with our dishes You can buy via the just eat app and it is always delivered within the hour which is great We are currently working our way through the menu A favourite is the rezalla which is lamb and really nice

Was ok...Bombay potatoes looked like a miscarriage, rice was nice! Gave the lamb to the dog...he’s still chewing it 4 days later. Overall 3/5

Always order Indian from zeran, never ever had a problem with their food or delivery. Very reasonably priced and the food is always lovely and always comes piping hot. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for a Indian takeaway, staff are always polite and friendly whether it be the delivery drivers or the staff when ordering over the phone. 10/10 for the food.

I placed my order at 5pm and at 6pm still no sign of my order I rung to be told would be 5 mins, no apology or nothing just blunt told 5 mins. At 6.40pm 1 hour 40 mins after I ordered my delivery arrived. Was cold and the onion bhaji‘s was so greasy the paper bag they was in was soaked in oil. Terrible food waited all that time for cold greasy food. I don’t write reviews but this needed doing as it’s the worst Indian takeaway I’ve eaten with terrible service. AVOID at all costs

Placed an order on Zeran's own website for a takeaway at 7pm (rather than using Hungry Horse etc). Paid through PayPal and the confirmation email said it would be delivered at 7.33pm. At 8pm I phoned to chase it up and they sounded like they were unaware of my order... They made excuses, saying it couldn't be helped and that all other takeaways in Maidstone aren't getting food out for 2 hours (how would they even know that?) They apologised guaranteed that the food would arrive within half an hour and that they'd "add some extras". It still didn't arrive for another hour, finally turning up 2 hours later!!! There were NO EXTRAS! When we actually got to eat it, it was cold and had to be microwaved! The onion bhajis were stodgy like shop bought ones too. Will not be using Zeran again and would recommend that others go elsewhere too!!!

Ordered a takeway which stated would be with us at 19.25 and when we had not received the food we phoned the restaurant and was assured the food had left and was on it's way. 25 minutes later still no food. Phoned again to cancel the order and was met with the rudest person I have ever met as mid conversation without saying a word answered another call. Appalling service. Asked to speak the manager and this guy told me he was the manager which was a blatant lie. Will never use this takeaway again and seems a shame as reviews say food is nice but I guess I will never find out. If that was the manager then he needs some serious customer service training.

Awesome curries. Ordered for a large party of 10, delivered at requested time and piping hot. Good spice level. All our guests loved it. Keep it up guys. Keep it up guys.

Title says it all. Tried delivery as a treat through Just Eat and were not disappointed. Food was exceptionally tasty and full of flavour, and with us within 35 mins of ordering. Would definitely recommend.

We've tried a few Indian take-aways in Maidstone to make sure we're getting the best, and this is by far the most consistent when it comes to delivering excellent food! Only downside is sometimes it can take just over the hour, which is always advised when booking, but this is surely just a sign of how good/popular they are (and as long as you know this is the case most Saturday's, you just plan it into your timeframe when working out when to order!)

Ordered a take away through an app after a recommendation. We was told the wait would be an hour, 35 minutes later the food arrived. Driver was friendly. The portions were good, really good flavours and excellent value. Definitely use them again in the future.

Mi marido llamó para preguntar si ya lo hacen ellos en el sitio web o comprar en ellas. Le dijeron que ellos hagan y ofrecieron otra cebolla bhajee. Él quería llamar de nuevo cuando nos trasladamos a nuestros platos principales - un pollo dhansak pollo balti y - tanto nadando en grasa! (ver fotos) pero por ahora toda la experiencia 'llevar fue consentido por nosotros. Tan decepcionado! ! Pruebe en otro lugar la próxima vez.

No me pida de nuevo. Nos llevó 2 horas. No contesta el teléfono, nadie en la tienda después esperamos una hora fuimos allí. Entrega llegó 2 horas después de ordenar a pesar de ellos decir que sería de 30 a 40 minutos.

Recently moved to the area so thought would try a takeaway. The food was ok. The meat for the mains was quite dry and the sauce. Not much else to say...would be looking to try somewhere else.

We cannot belive the scores for this indian takeaway. We tried 3 currys and all of them were the same colour (bright red) and floating with oil. We also had onion bajiis and naan , both were foul and were left for the bin. We wont ever eat here again

We use the Zeran very frequently and we are always assured of a good meal at a fair price. No problems placing an order ( non of the annoying "engaged" tone when phoning up) and the delivery drivers are always smiling and polite.

The food from Zeran is good. The main thing with Chinese and Indian restaurants is consistency. I have had takeaway many times from Zeran and the food has always been of a good standard. Delivery times are average to good.

Immense food with quality portions. Always make the mistake of ordering to much. Fresh flavoursome and delivery is always good timing.

Excellent meal this Friday, my mother was home from France and she really misses a good Indian. Thoroughly impressed very tasty and great service. Looking forward to ordering from again

We had an outstanding takeaway from this restaurant last Saturday. Peak time on Saturday night we were quoted 1 hour for delivery and the food arrived within 55 minutes. Very fresh tasting and very good quality. We ordered on line and received 10% off which was great. We would definately order from here again. An excellent Indian takeaway.,There are many in Maidstone and this is as good as we have had.

We've had a numerous delicious takeaways from Zeran over the last few years and I would highly recommend ordering your next Indian from here.The dishes are always fresh and as described.Portions are generous and its also very good value which is an added bonus.Although though its not very traditional I can recommend the Peri Peri Chicken which is very similar to a Naga, tasty!!Only down side is that they can get a bit busy which may leave you waiting a little longer than you would like, but this is a good indication that they produce good food.20% cash discount if you collect is worth considering and their set meals offer fantastic value, get involved!

We have lived in Maidstone for nearly 5 years, yet have only just stumbled on this Indian takeaway.In my opinion it is the best of the bunch! We used an excellent Indian takeaway when we lived in Tonbridge, and it has been sorely missed by us since moving to Maidstone. We have tried carious takeaway's around here and none of them were a patch on the Tonbridge one - until we tried this place. VERY impressed. We will definitely be ordering again.

We love this takeaway. Curry always tastes so good and feels like your actually in restaurant with quality of food. Never had anything to complain about. Worth the money.

A family favorite Indian! I have never been disappointed with this place - the food is always gorgeous with a menu that suites all, and served by friendly people. What more do you want !

We ordered a number of dishes. £4 on a butterfly prawn starter. Which turned out to be literally just a single prawn in bread crumbs. Couldn't even be shared. The mixed starter had one tiny samosa, two tiny pieces of tandoori chicken and two tiny bhaji. Utter rip off. That was £8 on those alone. Poppadom was 1 poppadom, for 50p. Again, rip off.Oh and it was 20 minutes late and the mains were drowned in fat. Probably the worst value takeaway i have ever had.

I have ordered from Zeran before and they forgot our drink and Korma was cold, I gave them benefit of doubt and ordered again and this time they forgot the salad, onion chutney and Korma was cold. I phoned up and said the Korma was cold and the man was very rude, he then said he would send another one, an hour later still no Korma so phoned again and they said it was on it's way by this point the rest of our order was cold and we wanted to eat the sundries with the Korma not seperately. They told us to warm it in microwave which I was not happy about as it is chicken! NEVER ORDERING FROM ZERAN AGAIN. Food cold and we paid for items we didn't even receive and rude staff! Worst takeaway ever! Took my money without given us our order DO NOT ORDER!

Pretty good food and great value for money. Had a takeaway from here on 2 occasions at a friend's house and both times have been very enjoyable. You can get loads of starters and still have money (and room) for your mains and rice/breads.Would definitely recommend as I think Maidstone is lacking in an Indian restaurant where you can sit in and eat.

Ordered a takeaway from hungry house, when arrived not all of the order was present and one of the meals was as if only half a portion had been served up. Contacted Zeeran and was told portion sizes vary. I requested that the missing item be rede liveried and for a full portion of my meal. I was informed that this was not an option and I could have 20% off the same dish on next order. I stated that I did not want this and he went quiet on the phone. I stated that I would like the driver to return the money to me for the missing item. This still has not been received!!!! I stated that I would not be coming back again and he stated that he did not care. When eating the meal all of the veg was roar in the dishes and the chicken quality was so poor it was left. The dishes were also swimming in water. I would not recommend this takeaway to anyone as food is poor quality and the service is awful.

We have been using Zeran for a few months regularly for our curry with no problem ! Tonight we placed a online delivery at 5.30 by 7.30 still no curry ! I called Zeran to find out out why it was taking so long ! To be told ' it's not our fault we are very busy ' your order is on its way !! Not acceptable customer service . 20 mins later it turned up swimming in oil & the worse curry we have had from this takeaway . We won't order again .

Great curry with loads of flavour. If this place ever opens up a restaurant then I will be the first customer. Great price and speedy delivery. Looks nothing from the outside but taste the inside. Wow!

Saw the reviews on Trip Advisor, so thought we would give it a go. Tried most other Indian take aways in Maidstone, but they are all very average. This one however excelled our expectations. We're still reeling over it 3 days later! It was gorgeous! We ordered it online too, which was a novelty for us. Best Indian take away in Maidstone, we will definitely be using this one again & telling our friends of our experience.

Had a take away two weeks on the bounce now from here the food is excellent. It is definitely worth a look.

We use Zeran a lot (formerly Belash Tandoori) and never failed to be pleased with this Indian take away. Excellent quality food.

I have been to several indian/bangladeshi restaurants and many of them are mediocre, the food being okay but oily and the service matching the meals. A friend said to me that they had tried Zeran's takeaway and that it was great, so i thought i would try it out. It is the best Indian food i have ever had and for a great price, i was very impressed and continue to go there.

Wow! I love my Indian food and no messing the takeaway I had here this week was probably one of the best I've ever had! My chicken tikka madras was Devine the sauce was rich and thick with chunky pieces of tikka chicken, the rice was moist the tarka dhall thick and full of garlic my girlfriends king prawn curry was equally good, loaded with massive king prawns, everything was well seasoned and hot. delicious!

Just this moment finished our indian meal and can confirm that the food was excellent! I always used this take away before when it was called bhindi so I am pleased that it is in safe hands, and to be honest I think that it is still owned by the same person??Great value as well if you use the voucher code on their website!
