Sopna Tandoori in Maidstone

Perfect every time. Great food delivered when they say it will be.

An open safety pin was found in my wife’s rice. Luckily she saw it before eating it. Unfortunately it’s put her off using Sopna again which we used quite regularly

We have ordered several times from Sopna, always tastes amazing, delivers promptly and never anything missing from the order. Such a varied menu and everything we’ve tried has been deliscious - Would definitely recommend you try

Food was great as normal. The delivery driver was on time which was hreat and he was a great guy. Lovely food

After couple of friends recommended, ordered Lamb Broyanit and Half tandoori chicken. Tandoori chicken was average with more color powder in it and tastes average. Lamb briyani was so bland, it has more pieces and flavour, no spice or no salt. Difficult to eat. Wasted my Friday evening dinner, and got spoiled the mood.

Food was fantastic, as always, but my onion salad had no onion in it at all 😂😂😂

Usually 5 star but unfortunately had to downgrade due to portion size which was under normal serving size this time 😢

Have noticed a decline in meat dishes. 3 pieces of chicken tonight in a bucket of sauce.

What a disappointment! Ordered chicken passanda which was tasteless and the sauce runny, lamb biryani which had barely any lamb and again, tasteless. Tasteless and runny vegetable curry that came with the biryani. The onion bhajis were awful, if you can call them that..they were more like a fritter....about a centimetre thick, dry and burnt. Would never order from here again.

Chicken Byrani was completely inedible it was like someone dropped and whole pot of chilli powder in it

Good portion sizes! Was pleasantly surprised.

Food was really nice, but cold and needed to be microwaved. I was disappointed that delivery took 1 hour 20 minutes for 5 items, 3 of which are items that I assume are continually cooked (keema rice, onion bhajis and peshwari naan). Would probably not order the bhajis again as I prefer them more rounded, rather than flat.

Food was showing as with driver for around 35 minutes , food didn't really any sort of taste very plain , the nan bread/ rice and sides cold , curry luke warm

Never have any issues with Sopna, so one we use regular on a delivery

We ordered for the first time this evening and it was fantastic. We had the Madras & Dhansak mains, prawn puree starter was excellent!!! Fast delivery too !!!

Haven't used this takeaway for a long time. Chicken was dry and just not great curry was like it had been reheated. Naan breads were an inch thick very doughy and my wife's garlic cheese naan had huge bulbs of garlic and hard unmelted cheese kinda just squished into it. No care was put into the preparation at all. Very thrown together. Been on the toilet all night and all morning. Standards so poor

Sadly very mediocre. Feel a little short changed with just 6 very small pieces of chicken in each curry. Gritty naan breads and cold and food delivered 20mins later than scheduled. Unfortunately we were drawn in by discount Tuesday and will go back to our usual curry house which is consistently lovely.

Driver couldn’t find the address and was driving around , food wasn’t in a thermal bag and so lots of it was cold by the time he found us , I know the Kent showground is a little place 😂so it must have been really hard to find

I've ordered from here quite a few times now and each time the foods been good.

After leaving a bad review approximately 12 months ago and vouching never to return. I thought I’d give another chance. As a family we ordered a take away this evening. Very poor service, had to wait over 2 hrs for our meals. Will definitely not be returning again!!!!

Dry chicken, forgot food poor service - avoid them absolute waste of money get a ready meal It’s better value and tastes better

We called to say, they said we ordered sag aloo instead of sag paneer and that we got it wrong. I have never ordered sag aloo, we always get sag paneer - but they kept saying we were wrong. Plus the curry was luke-warm.

Worst curry I have had. Lamb was like small tough cubes of rope. Naan bread was rock hard. Wife’s biriani was just about ok with tough chicken. Never again.

Another top notch delivery which was hot and tasty. Definitely my first choice for Indian locally

I thought I would try a different Indian takeaway, and as an curry lover I found the food really bland. I went for a house special to try something new and it was watery. The prawn purée didn’t have any flavour either. My daughters korma was perfectly fine, no complaints there.

First time using Sopna, but will not be the last! Food was on time, was absolutely delicious and an extra pilau thrown in for good value. Highly recommend..

Tandoori Shashlick claims to be a special sauce, it was identical to tikka massala sauce. Supposed to have prawns in it and not one was in the dish, lamb way over cooked and chewy and the chicken pieces are on the bone so minimal meat content, terrible curry. Poppadom was stale. It was edible and filled a hole but if you care about having a quality meal/curry then avoid this place.

Excellent food. Have ordered from here on lots of occasions. Tried the starter Samosas for £3.95. Got two very small ones. The flavour was lovely but not value for money. Would still recommend. Superb food and always on time.

Pukka Grub Cant Fault This Place

Some of The chicken was tuff, the onion bhaji was not very crisp unlike others I have had before from other suppliers. The rice was not light and fluffy but heavy and clumpy sticking together.

Another great Saturday night delivery. Decent delivery time, food hot and tasty, good value so remains my first choice for Indian locally.

Ordered food at the counter, 10 minute wait if that, food was hot & tasty..... Moderately priced for set meals & individual items.....

The Selection menu through just eat stated free onion salad and chutney for orders over £18 but no onion salad received, which is a serious shame as I don’t eat poppadoms without it

Good delivery time for a Saturday night, hot & tasty. Only query was dish marked as spicy wasn’t quite as expected but still very nice. This is now my go-to Indian for delivery

Delivery from here is always slow but yesterday it said 45 minutes for delivery when we ordered and it took 1 hr 40 minutes, during which time I called twice and both times the person was not very apologetic, very disappointed in the service

The food was delivered at the time we expected. The driver was courteous and the food was tasty. There was no mistakes with the order and everything was labelled as to what it was.

Unable to eat the rogan josh (more like a vindaloo far too spicy) or the onion bhaji we rock solid and Inedible

Unfortunately the lamb used in my dish I ordered was way to fatty and difficult to chew. For £8 it needs to be a better graded meat used. With so much competition around I won't be ordering again from here. Onion bhaji's are ridiculously flat too!

Best curry known to man! Never had a better one. So sad we have moved to Aylesford and we are out of their catchment area. Would even consider moving back just for their curries!!!! Highly recommend. Sopna we miss you!!!
