1star is too much, but 0 isn’t an option. First time and last time we will ever order from here, cannot say eat as the food was not edible! It was one of the worst Indian meals I’ve ever had. The lamb in the madras was so tough it was nearly impossible to cut, and the potatoes looked far from fresh. The chicken tikka masala was completely tasteless, and the madras sauce was more like a vindaloo—lacking any real flavor. To make matters worse, the bread was completely burnt. The only decent parts of the meal were the rice and poppadoms, but for £60, this was an incredibly disappointing experience. I honestly feel like I’ve been ripped off, I phoned and spoke to them and their attitude was worse than the food itself. I was told I was a chancer and no one ever complains about the food! Ridiculous, rude and awful food, avoid and don’t waste your money like we did.

Highly recommend this restaurant, very good portion sizes and the dishes contain lots of meat, the delivery drivers are always friendly and polite, highly the recommend the Jal Massala lamb it’s a really dish, a perfect amount of spice, the high quality of dishes are very good value for money

Chicken is hard not soft been going here for a while I ts just a disappointment flavour is good but they lack on softness they need new hens not old ones I used to work in a curry house they need baby chicken for soft curry’s not old hens that’s how u kno the difference :(

Food was lovely, chicken was a little bit drier than what I would expect but flavours were very good. I would have expected a few popadums thrown in though seeing as the order value was over £50 - a tad pricey for a usual take out.

Not used Zerans for a while as thought the food and delivery times had suffered due to its popularity last few times I ordered. Food tasty n hot and delivered swiftly, well done Zeran 👍

Although my order was late I contacted the restaurant and they said order had been delivered, it hadn’t they were very quick to put it right cooked up Amy order for me and was here within 30 minutes I have to say they definitely went above and beyond never had any previous problems always order from them and have to say a big thanks for sorting out a problem so quickly will as always order again

All was pretty good except for receiving a chicken tikka when lamb was ordered.

Ordered vegetable samosas, spicy poppadoms and vegetable biriyani as part of an order. Thr samosas were filled with meat, the poppadoms were plain and the biriyani was totally missing. Not impressed.

Food was okay, definitely not a good curry place. Then i found a piece of metal from a scouring pad in my food so totally put off by this place and environmental health should probably check them out.

We like our food delivered early. Zeran never deliver late and their food is always hot, freshly cooked and delicious. Highly recommended

Food was delicious! By far the best Indian takeaway in Maidstone. Just unfortunately they were very busy and food arrived 45mins late so waited over 2 hours for food. Usually very quick delivery tho so will be returning as its a one off

Delivery time was not accurate and what was an hour delivery turned out to be 2 hours delivery time! Having rang Zeran to ask about the delivery after an hour and half, I was told it will be 5 minutes… yet it took another half hour! If it was a 2 hour wait then just tell me upfront instead of making it seem like it will be delivered sooner. Food is good and delivery is usual good too, but tonight was unsatisfactory and a £3 refund is not acceptable… which is what i received!

1st time ordering and it was lovely, mine was slightly runny/watery but I didn’t mind because the flavour was there. Will be ordering again

Curry and vegetables the same colour, no contrast at all, looked like a load of mush

Delicious. Tikka Masala was smooth and buttery. Other half enjoyed his prawn Bhuna. Delicious Naan bread too
