Yi Pin in Hastings

Worst 2 hours of my life!!!!!!! Complete turd If you want to eat DONT BOTHER get a pack of crisps and save hunger🤬🤬🤬🤬 Sent back food so they can eat IT!!!!!!!!!!!

Door guy was a jobs worth! Wouldn’t seat me until my friend arrived! Asked me how long she would be I said 20 minutes and he wouldn’t seat me as he said it was “peak hours” there were 2 tables full at 6pm! Another guy that looked like the a manager sat me straight away after he saw me being seated at the door and apologised! When my friend arrive the same guy said the same thing to her, even when she told him I was already seated and waiting for her! Food was delicious, but slightly pricey for what it is. Very much of a place to have a quick bite rather than catch up with friends! As soon as you finish your meal, pay the bill, they want the table back, even if you haven’t finished your drinks! So if your looking for a quick in and out place then that’s what it is, not a restaurant to relax and enjoy time with your friends.

We were recommended this place by a friend who gave it glowing reviews, so we thought we would try it. We ordered a delivery, which took longer than stated, then to our complete and utter disappointment the food was well below the standard expected. The sesame prawn toast was rubbery and very chewy, the duck spring rolls tasted stale, as did the rice. The Szechuan chicken was ok, the sweet and sour chicken had bone and cartilage in it and the person who ate it left the room to be sick, and unfortunately after that did not want to eat anymore; the chicken was also very grainy and had a strange texture and was also very chewy. The duck chow mien was below standard, the duck was overcooked and the noodles were very bland. It all seemed to have been frozen or left over from lunch time, reheated/nuked and delivered to us. All in all, we were very disappointed with the whole experience. It wasn't cheap either, although we did get a free bag of prawn crackers!

This is by far the best Chinese takeaway in hastings. Always fresh hot and delicious. We have had many a takeaway from here, and never disappointed. Good service and food . Thank you yi pin.

Good quality food. We've ordered a delivery quite a few times from them and always happy with the quality. More expensive for us than ordering from our favourite Chinese Takeaway in Kensington (London) - one of Britain's most expensive areas, so not the best value, but good food all the same.

Have a dine in, small place but comfy, foods is good and big portions. Staffs is helpful and good service. First time here but is my father favourite spot. Will be coming back again

The food was good but I'll be honest, when we went in there to collect our order, the prawn/chicken/pork balls were under a tea towel on the counter and the rice and noodles were stored in washing up bowls on the floor... Probs not going to order from there again.

The one thing I missed about London was a decent Chinese in Hastings - now found one in Yi Pin! Absolutely delicious food, delivered early, really fresh and tasty. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a takeaway Dim Sum. Food arrived on time but it was devoid of any flavour. Totally tasteless. Won’t be ordering from here again.

I picked up box meal and chicken and mushroom meal and was throwing up for 2 days meal had been reheated and gave myself and my husband and a friend food poisoning, these people need reporting !!!!!

Stunning food, extensive menu and delicious. Ordered twice now and delivery both time in just under 35mins. I am so happy I found this amazing Gem of a Chinese. Finally just what our town has been waiting for!!
