I go here quite regularly with my family and decided to take my colleagues from work for our late summer party. The food, as always was fantastic, fresh, hot and ample. Vicky was a great host to us all, even though some of us are louder than others. The cocktails were flowing and everyone enjoyed the night. Thank you for your hospitality and see you for our Christmas Party

Took them like 45-60 mins to remove intruders from the room. Barely prevented a fight. Need to step up the game with security!!!

Visited with my partner I had the large carvery but wasn't large hardly any meat roast potatoes cold mash cold carrots cold gravy like water thought I would give it a try but wasn't nice wont be having it again

Came for a lunch which was all great value for money and very well presented and tasted fab. Friendly staff and our waitress Laura was efficient and have great recommendations! Pork tomahawk was beautiful.

Can't say enough how much I enjoy getting food here. So much I drive from Orford. Quality food and service. My only issue is that they aren't on a delivery service such as Just Eat. Their own deliveries have been very slow in the past.

I drove all the way there because i had a free drink and 30% off food, then to be told at the till you can't use it at this franchise! Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time!

I love this French vanilla very much and this is my first choice for my breakfast. Perfect place to hang out with friends. Much appreciate for the free wifi, it’s really friendly!

Celebrated my sister’s birthday at Harvester and Dan was fantastic. Even brought out the cake. 10/10

Very disappointed to find Warrington store (and apparently every other store) is no longer autism friendly in the restaurant. My daughter has always had sauces separately due to to sensory issues as she doesn't like them to touch her other food. The new policy now doesn't allow this due to allergies which doesn't make sense.

Order food on just eat, it was all cold, not nice at all. Quick to deliver but that was the only plus

Still the same!!! Not for the shopping experience but the restaurant, I've been to many sites but have never had to wait so long to be served. We are talking 40 mins! Only one guy on the counter, countless others wandering around do as little as possible, even as far as charging his phone... At one point their were 2 on the tills and still only one serving. I've honestly never seen such a shambles of organisation. After eating and heading back down the situation was worse with both sides open, massive queues and only one on each side serving. Please improve as this is an utterly unsatisfactory customer experience. Even complained to the head office but they seem less than interested too CYB!
