Beautiful building. Immediately felt welcomed by the staff. Easy to order both via the app and at the bar. Food was good. Service was better. Even when an error (due to our group) was noticed, the manager was friendly and willing to address the matter without creating an issue. We would definitely return.

Booked for a Sunday with the family (worth booking as it does get busy on a Sunday). Food excellent, especially the Sunday carvery. Staff lovely and friendly and will go out of their way to help you. Looking forward to going again!

We arrived with a lot of expectation. Large Wheelchair in our family group, easily accommodated. The most testing was one of our families particular food preferences. Your staff, especially David were amazing, such patience and understanding their request and delivering with great banter and exceptional customer service. Without doubt made our day such fun

Tasty gluten free food. Grilled sirloin is great. Limited options in Cavery, but it is available at anytime.

Absolutely the best carvery I've had ever, no hard veg, well cooked but not dry turkey, really soft beef. Great pub too, plenty of space inside and out, deffo coming agian😊

The food here is absolutely amazing and the people working here are very friendly and have an amazing sense of humour. Would recommend: Nachos, fries, Mac and cheese.

My friend booked a table for 6 after seeing on your website that the pub was 'dog friendly' The event was a hobby group meeting where i had travelled for over an hour to get there, to be told on arrival that the dogs werent allowed in the pub, only the beer garden. So without wanting to inconvenience the rest of my party, I had to put them back in my car. My evening was spent twoing and froing to the car to check on them. Food was the usual above average standard and arrived hot. However the carvery had run out of stuffing and gravy, so myself and 3 other guests had to wait around with our plates in hand, food getting cooler while the staff sorted that out. Staff were attentive, but we found 2 of them overly so, and in their attempt at friendliness and service, failed to listen to what was being said to them. All in all not a disappointing evening, however I think it should be clear on the website that dogs arent allowed in the building. A pub cannot be considered 'dog friendly' purely because it allows dogs in its beer garden, as many, many pubs allow this.

Good food every time we go ,nice staff and park and play area for kids.

Booked to meet up with family. We were told to order online. As one of us had a voucher the food has to be ordered at the bar. That was ordered then the order for the other three online The bar meals came out. For £14.50 each they left a lot to be desired.. The chicken was nice but the accompanied chips numbered about 10. Partner did have a few extra. Tomato you couldn't call grilled and a bit of miserable rocket. We completely finished ours and had to ask for the other meals as they still hadn't arrived. Eventually a veg curry which was tasty but few vegetables in it arrived with a burger that looked ok. The little ones strawberries and pineapple had one strawberry chopped up and what we think was canned pineapple. If anyone had asked if the meal was ok we could have told them.. We didn't order dessert... Later we went into the garden and had drinks and again used the app for coffee which again didn't arrive. The play area is a lovely area but looks really unloved. The grass long and the furniture needs painting as really rough. I think we spent about £90 but if the meal had been good we would have spent a lot more and come back again. We visit Warrington regularly and used to go to another venue that sadly closed down. The skymaster won't be our new venue I'm afraid. A shame as I know my Warrington friends used to talk highly of it years ago.

Visited for a Friday teatime with the kids - sat outside in the sunshine, while the kids played on the play frame outside. Easy to order food by QR code on the table. We got one adult meal, two kids meals and two kids desserts, with drinks for just over 30 quid. The kids ate all their food and I had the spicy burger which was really nice - tasted fresh and not typical pub/reheated food. Would recommend for a family friendly, pleasant, tasty and good value place!

What lovely food. Well and truly stuffed. Will be bringing back family. Return trip a good while later, I enjoyed my burger but my daughter felt so sick whilst eating the chicken nuggets and my hubby said the pie was microwaved. Such a shame. Can't rate the service as we were advised to use the app for table service. Table was sticky and everything looks tired. Won't be going back I think

Food here is amazing! Staff are very good too. Highly recommended. Been going here for years and always enjoy it. Special mention to Dave, Dawn, Cassie, Anne-Marie plus Mat and Josh in the kitchen.

Service on the carvey needs to be quicker, eaten half my meal before the extras had come from the kitchen. Some of the party were waiting longer from the menu meal.

Carvery not great Chef stood and monitored us getting veg which was strange! The roast were rock hard and been out for a while and the mash had powder lumps in it!! Wouldn't eat there again Cost £20 for both of us on our lunch break Lady waitress was really friendly and very nice though! She was an asset to the restaurant.

We always Visit here once a week with my daughter who loves playing outside on the playground. Service always spot on Exceptional service from Chantelle who always goes above and beyond to make our visit a very enjoyable one. Team always very welcoming and food is always great.

I've never been a Marston's prior to my visit here. It was very nice! Food was standard pub grub, but the service was quick and easy. It was very pleasant. Not sure if I'd come again because I only go to Warrington for the IKEA. But if you happen to be in the area, give The Skymaster a try!

Lovely meal with my parents and sons . Burgers were really good . Staff were really helpful. Pub was busy but our meals came quickly and were hot . The pub and toilets were Extremely clean too. Jeanie was very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us ,Will definitely be returning .

Been here a few times now and we have always found the staff to be very friendly and accomodating. The Carvery is delicious with great vegetarian options.

The place was amazing and the food I ordered a cowboy burger and that was delicious and the dessert was sherry trifle cheese cake what just finished it of and don't even mention the staff especially Cassie what ever I asked she did it without a fuss

We came for a meal for a birthday, the staff were lovely and the food was gorgeous. Managed to fit 12 of us in at short notice. Cassie was lovely and brought out the birthday cake for us. So glad we could celebrate at the restaurant, really lovely experience.

Drove across Warrington to visit this pub today as it has dog friendly plastered all over their website. they show pictures of dogs inside and suggest you can find a quiet corner inside the pub with your dog.... utter rubbish they won't let dogs in the pub at all

Very poor food very overpriced wouldn't recommend at all. Childrens meal was 2 fish fingers 1 piece of garlic bread and 1 sweetcorn cob

Came in over Tuesday lunch time, was greeted by David in a very polite and energetic manner, perfect start. Was then served by Cassandra on the bar ordering was easy and effective even asking about allergies, which I will take into account next time when bringing friends with allergies! Food was superb and portions were perfect. Was asked many times by Craig how my visit was which is a great positive. Will definitely be returning here in the future! :)

Slow service it took a good 20 minutes because we even received knives and forks at our table after placing our order and it was not even busy , we had the Calvarys and we feel it was overpriced and underwhelming with very limited choices on sides with no stuffing or parsnips either and the children's meal potions are pathetic for the price we won't be returning again staff are slow and uninterested the Calvarys meat potions are so small 2 smalls slices of meat

Carvery for a family of 4 Kids wouldn't eat it, food was absolutely disgusting 🤮 veg was all dried out hardly any options for the veg just basic mash, potatoes carrot and peas!!! The guy serving was quite rude and didn't even know what meat he had to ooffer...the medium varieties was the same potion as the kids. This was.yhe worst we've ever had and will not be returning especially the price we paid for, when asked if everything was ok I explained this to them and just walked away with our plates and nothing was done...no apology no nothing!! Would not recommend this place to anyone

Been here a few times, but unfortunately of late we had the carvery and everything was dry, like it had been stood for a couple of hours, wont be going back!

Booked for my sons 18th with close family , couldn't fault the Monday night team 27th may . All staff very friendly they couldn't do enough for us ,even bringing a dessert out with a candle in and singing happy birthday. The carvery is to die for not had one that delicious and tasting fresh in a long while,I'd recommend all the meat ,we will be back ..thank you for making our evening a good one ... Plenty of parking space and a good atmosphere,every member of staff said goodbye on our way out ..

Hi - I ordered the vegetarian Thai curry - it was very meagre. The sauce was tasty but the pieces of butternut squash were no bigger than a sugar cube, there was one small piece of red pepper, 2 x sugar snap peas, 5 x beans served with tasteless rice. My two friends each had the medium carvery, there was a poor selection of vegetables and they had to wait ages for gravy, I had almost finished my meal by the time they got back to the table.

Staff david very welcoming Food wasnt the best. Had to return turkey as it was inedible and couldnt even be cut. Was for a child too! Play area outside nice and pub was clean.

Recently visited Skymaster after a long day at work and had a great experience! The food was great had the new kebabs which where really good, The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel right at home. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a pub with amazing food and brilliant service with a good pint to go with it.

Although we live fairly locally, this was our first visit. We were warmly welcomed by Anne-Marie and quickly shown to a table. We ordered on line and waited only a couple of minutes for our drinks. Draft beef choice wasn’t wide, so we opted for a bottled Brew Dog (£5.70 was steep), and a Pepsi Max. Prawn cocktails were fine, if nothing special - the lettuce was starting to brown. We ordered a Surf & Turf with medium rare steak; it was presented as medium. We ordered a rump steak medium, it was presented as well done. We were hungry and in a hurry so we just ate our meals and left. Nobody bothered to ask if our meals were ok. All in all, just OK and we wouldn’t go again.

Spotless place. The service from David at the bar was outstanding. A genuinely nice and enthusiastic fellow who enjoys his work and interacts with the customers. We had the carvery at 12 noon on Friday 10th May. The only thing that stopped this fr being a 5 star review was the Turkey was a bit dry and the gravy too watery. Cannot fault the atmosphere, cleanliness and service from this establishment though. Nice to visit a place where you don't dread using the toilets. We will likely go back.

Me and the wife ate here today she had the steak pie she said it looked like they warmed it in the microwave and tasted awful I had kebab with chips the chips tasted of fat the kebab meat tasted of nothing the flat bread was dry and I left 3/4 of the meal so did my wife awful...

Unfortunately it was a really awful experience for our first time at this Pub! We had the Carvery, the Chef must have been on a bad day, the Plates were cold and the beef and turkey was so dry also the vegetables were missing any taste, we complained to the waitress and she was so apologetic, next the manager came over and did the same also got some different meats but by this time the meal was stone cold, the poor waitress came over again and offered us puddings on the house we accepted, they were very nice, it's not a place we would give another chance of going again,not the waitresses or managers fault just the chef's!

Easy to order via the app, food was spot on and quick service

We were a large group celebrating a birthday. The team were friendly and were able to seat us. The play area for the group was great. The food options were vast, except for vegan options. I was advised by a staff member that the only vegan options for me were the Cauliflower bites and the Thai curry. This was hugely disappointing. The starter was over cooked but not burnt and the curry lacked seasoning, except for the chilli heat. It no favour but spicy heat. The best part of the dish was the rice and in comparison to the non vegan meals was the size of a starter. I had to even add salt.... A lot of salt for flavour. I was very hungry when I left.

Friendly Helpful curtious staff

Staff were really nice and friendly the server on the carvery was chatty and funny we really enjoyed the meal the carvery was fresh and had everything I wanted the manager gave us a really nice farewell on our departure, we are thinking of making this our regular Friday night treat, also the atmosphere was quiet and calm , we will be back!
