Chapelford Farm in Warrington

The service at Chapleford farms is always top notch and food incredible. Today is no exception. Abbey helped us today; she was friendly and very efficient. I haven't been in a few months but this is a reminder to visit more often.

Staff are super friendly! Food was amazing and they are great portions! Atmosphere was great and the whole feel for this place is cozy and family friendly

Lovely atmosphere, with great service by excellent staff. The food is so tasty, and superb value for money - the portions are huge. Oooh and they have cake-away!!! Bonus!!!

A lovely evening meal with friends. Although busy, the food was lovely and came quickly. The staff although rushed off their feet were very attentative and friendly, especially Julie. We will be back soon I'm sure.

Normally food is great here but I had carvery the Yorkshire ouddingvwere dead dry and the potatoes were also dry but everything else was great

Good hot food it was quite busy but they kept up with the meals all 11 of us were served very quickly

Hi winny. Last night came to meet freinds that i know well.at the quiz last orders bell was rung at 10 35. To be told we had to our by eleven. When i said that last orders r 11.00.with 15 mins drinking up time i was told that the closes at 11 00.qe wear made to rush are drinks .i enjoy drinking hear because you always make me welcome Regards graham sorry for the moan.

Great food, amazing staff and loooovely cakeaway!! Would definitely recommend anyone in the area to come and visit.

My favourite here are the cakes. The slices are massive and the cakes are delicious.

Excellent service and great value for money. The staff (Vicky in particular) were very cheery and helpful. Ordering was a doodle and I had a great evening with about 15 of us. No complaints from any of the party - which is some going tbh

Absolutely amazing atmosphere in this family friendly pub. Brilliant play area for younger childeren and they have a great seating area outside. Had a great laugh with the bar staff. The food is delicious with a great variety to choose from. The service was fast and friendly. The staff who served us our dinner were fantastic. A massive thank you to Molly and Vicki for their great service. And another massive thank you to Jordan. His customer service was brilliant, and he even entertained the baby running up and down in the quiet area with him. I would definitely recommend this pub to everyone. We visited with the children for lunch, the tables were sticky, as were the menus. The furniture was tatty and ripped, food on the seats. Generally just dirty, the full place needs a huge clean up and reupholstering. Food was okay, portion sizes were good.

Never before have we been disappointed in a meal out as bad as this, the food is very clearly frozen as the pies were rock hard with the potato inside the cheese pie was still hard, the burgers and fries had no flavour and the veg at the carvery were rock hard, including the yorkshire puddings which were extra. Staff complaining about other members of staff making the whole experience unprofessional with some just talking to friends instead of serving people waiting at the counter, with no awareness of available food and drinks as half the menu was unavailable. Desserts were okay but the sundae is not as advertised, the glass was so small in comparison it felt like false advertising. There are better places around that deserve the cost, it is worth noting that this is a Greene King franchised pub :)

Great place for families with children under 5! We stumbled across it but would definitely come back again.

I live in the midlands and always visit here when I am visiting my family. Love the carvery, always great choice and hot food.

Went for a carvery this evening and was served by the lovely Dan. We watched him interact with an elderly lady and he was so kind. When it was our turn he was so pleasant and cheerful, nothing was too much trouble. A real asset to the pub.

Nice place to eat and drink,only thing that let's it down(personally) the tables are too close together and for a table for two,the size isn't the best

We went on Friday the 21st March 2025 in the afternoon. Amazing staff and service! The usual waiter, not sure of his name, but he was very friendly and attentive as always :-) Food fantastic! Always satisfied.

We went for Mother's Day this year and the food was amazing and the service we received from Molly was amazing she checked we was ok and that our meals were being enjoyed and she was still amazing even when our little boy wasn't happy she brought us some crayons and a sheet to colour for him thanks very much 😊

Rough and ready pub grub - cheap and cheerful. The roasts are about the best on the menu or a Yorkshire pudding wrap. Famous for the giant desserts.

Today I went in for a carvery take away with crumble & custard. I have done this before also had sit down meals. I always recommend Chapleford Farm but no more. Bad service I thought I was invisible. Eventually a lady took my order, I went across to the carvery & again became invisible. When I finally got served the chap handed me a box which I struggled to open. He placed a slice of beef & walked away. I proceeded with the veg etc. Roast potato's burnt, cauliflower just about edible, Broccoli unedible hard also the sprouts were like stones also inedible. I went to collect the crumble & custard which was cold, they had not heated it up. I don't have a microwave, luckily my neighbours did have one. All in all sadly a awful meal & awful experience. What was once a highly recommended place to enjoy a meal, has now gone down hill.

I never leave reviews but Siobhan is incredible hard worker, amazing at her job and I will be coming back after this amazing service! Thanks again!

Great place to meet and dine. Often call in for breakfast which is lovely. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Food is always great .

Our food order is sometimes incorrect. Especially when ordering at the bar if the app does not have the options you want (Menu says to swap out fries for alternatives, but the app doesn't allow the swap, and when ordering for a wheat free diet). They seem happy to correct anything though.

My meal was revolting had to send back my friends burger was undercooked

Just been to chapelford farm what great service by Brandon. Food and cakes are absolutely gorgeous, will be definitely going back. Highly recommend lemon cheesecake.

Jordan made my son and I very welcome when we came for lunch today. He greeted us professionally and I advised him my son is Coeliac. Jordan then gave us the gluten free menu and explained how the kitchen accommodates this. This made me feel immediately at ease as my son is really sensitive when it comes to gluten. Vicky served us at the table with a lovely smile. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Came for our usual chicken sharing platter and free drink courtesy of Jamesons. The codes didn’t work on the system so we were told we couldn’t have them but Jordan persevered and got it working and we have our drinks. Cheers Jord. Eileen and Dean Herkess.

Never had a bad meal or service when I've come here and what makes our experience better is Jordan he goes above and beyond nothing is to much trouble abd always takes time to speak and make sure everything is OK also makes my 88 year old mums day brighter thank you

Decided to stop for a bite and really wanted a roast. This did not disappoint, Adam the chef made sure the food was fantastic and his customer service skills are excellent. You can tell he cares about your experience.

We went for a birthday meal. our waitress was Claire and she was brilliant.She brought everything that we needed.

We went here with the reviews thought it would be good, had a mixed grill and it was not good at all, the steak was cooked decent, the chicken was dry, the sausage was like cardboard (assume they were from breakfast or something) ordered cake for pudding and waited 35 minutes. We heard the staff taking the mick out of an old couple that had asked how much longer theirs was going to be, which they had ignored a few times. Staff seem more interested in talking and joking with friends. Would avoid!

Been coming here for 18 months, most weeks. Since around November the carvery has gone right down hill. Burnt food, hard burnt roast potatoes, dried out vegetables and either sloppy wet or dried out mash! We stopped coming over December and January as it got so bad but we gave it another chance today and the only thing that has changed is the service from the waitresses has gotten worse. We weren't greeted and seated as usual as the waitress was chatting at the bar and we had no service check where we could have highlighted our issues. We weren't the only people who were unhappy with our food we heard a few complaints from where we were sat. Unfortunately we won't be coming back. On leaving the Waitress was outside smoking. The whole 45 mins we were there we didn't have one interaction with the waitress and it was no wonder we couldn't find her to complain.

Had the best Eton Mass from Nina earlier tonight (Friday 31st January. Although I am writing this at just after midnight so sorry if it shows as being wrote on the day after)! Nina always does the best Eton Mess, she always puts the most amount of sauce and Strawberries on it as well! Her cakes are amazing as well! Always the best Eton Mess when it’s from Nina! Thank you so much to Nina for always making me the best Eton Mess, and thank you so much as well for making it for me tonight even though you had already finished your shift, your Eton Mess is always the best so honestly thank you so much! Please if possible do pass this on to Nina and tell her I said a massive thank you if possible please! I know that the Eton Mess already looks half eaten though in the photos that I’ve attached, it’s because I already started eating it before taking a photo of it 😂😂😂 Thank you so much, Jack!
