Brilliant service as per usual, Alishia looked after us superbly and was friendly throughout! Love it here.

Had a very lovely evening at Miller & Carter in Warrington. Food was superb. Chloe, who served in us, was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. Very polite and very friendly. Will definitely be going again!!!!

The food was amazing as usual. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly without being over bearing. I am a very indecisive person and was struggling to choose which cocktail to order. Luckily Dan could advise as he has had tried the majority of cocktails during a staff training night. I found this very useful indeed! It’s great that the staff are able to previously try and therefore accurately advise indecisive people like me.

Ordered the 2 course lunch. Calamari was average and tasted like it was frozen. Rump steak was tough. We told staff who automatically took our meal price of the bill. Sadly I wouldn't rush back. Staff were lovely and service was great.

Excellent service from Danielle and the pork tomahawk was a really nice addition to the lunch menu.

Writing this in the carpark so I don't forget to do it Booked for 6.15 arrived 6.05 table of 3 asked to wait in the bar did this got a drink then shown to table and it started to go down hill. Went back to the bar to get a cocktail 3 staff behind the bar no one serving stood for 10 trying to get a drink. Orded food to all come together came out in dribs and drabs stake was ice cold as was the chicken food took ages to come as well some eating others no food, orded a drink mid way though meal took 25 mins and arrived as I was paying the bill. Service was crazy slow and food not great or freezing. Will give this place a miss next time

Had a lovely meal here on Friday, myself and partner were celebrating our anniversary. Our waitress Danielle was fantastic and went above and beyond. Exceeded our expectations and will definitely return.

Lovely food and great service. Only negative was the air conditioning was too close to my seat and some of the decor was in need of a refurb. This wouldn't stop a return visit though, i really enjoyed my meal.

As always, great service from our local M&C (Gemini Retail Park, Westbrook) Jackie who was our server, was so nice & very professional and is a credit to the company. It was our wedding anniversary & Jackie had arranged two glasses of fizz, which was a nice supprise😁 Food, drink & atmosphere great as always👌

We booked for my son's 18th Birthday he didn't want a fuss so we took some candles with us,we asked our waitress to please pop the candles in his dessert when they brought it out. When the desserts came out no candles! Obviously we couldn't ask in front of him so we literally didn't say anything and when we were paying the bill it dawned on her that she forgot she said she got mixed up with another table! So disappointed.

Food was absolutely awful. Chips were like cardboard, sons burger was so dry he didn’t eat it, (he did enjoy his calamari though) husbands side salad never arrived. No check back so we couldn’t mention it. When we went in to discuss the missing food it after we’d finished eating we were just met with “oh sorry”. I’m not happy about paying for food I didnt even receive. 😂 Awful service. Never again.

Three of us had steak, 2 ribeye and two fillet. The fillet was over cooked and not good quality. The ribeye was so tough I couldn’t eat most of it

Waitresses too busy chatting to serve customers. Waited 30 minutes for drinks from a bar that I could have spit on from where we were sitting. Asked for Lime and water, got Lime and soda. Told machine 0 for tip as I was going to give cash, the machine charged me £12.95 tip. Told waitress, she disappeared for 5 minutes, came back and said I would be refunded in 3 days !

It was very cold in the restaurant. One child was crying because she was freezing 🥶 Fiona served us and was excellent 👌 My cheeseburger was very dry, hardly any burger sauce on it.

booked table for 6.30 5 adults and 2 children we continually had to ask our waitress how long starter main meal would be. The onion loaf was so dried up it was inedible this was replaced. Sweets ordered but still no sign at approx 8. 45 then reqested bill very poor it was not waitresses fault There appeared to be not enough staff

The greeter was busy at the bar but let us know that he would be with us shortly, so it was good that he acknowledged our arrival. He seated us within a couple of minutes. We've visited many times as we live quite close by, so some of the staff recognise us. This was the case with our server, Jackie, as she's served us many time, she's always very friendly and efficient. As are all the staff we've dealt with. The food was good, as usual, we both had steak, but unfortunately we had no room left for desert!

Food was amazing. The fillet mignon was am to die for, cooked to perfection. All the staff are super friendly, got a glass of Prosecco for our anniversary which was lovely! The building is so pretty

Had a lovely meal here a couple of months ago, so decided to come during the day for our wedding anniversary as a treat. The food was great, but the service took a long time, I think in total there were about 4 or 5 other tables of 2 in the whole place, a lot of wait staff on & had to keep looking to try & get the attention of wait staff, who were just chatting. When it was time to pay the bill, she became very chatty & it was hard to end the conversation. Toilets weren’t clean. We could also hear a lot of swearing & shouting over the kitchen fans from a chef as he was having conversations with the other chef - we aren’t prudes but just not what you want to hear when you’re trying to have a romantic lunch, that you’re paying a LOT of money for.

Calamari and tomahawk pork were excellent. Mushroom starter was no better than ok; chicken was good, fillet steak sandwich was lukewarm and the onion loaf was a greasy mush.

Food great. Waiter Dan dumped a pint of coke all over my wife and myself and the table. Had to move tables. My new £175 trainers are now being professionally cleaned by Nike. I’d had them on less than a day as we were out for a Father’s Day celebration together early and they were a present being newly worn for the first time. Nothing was offered to be deducted from the bill. POOR. A refund or a part refund would be a good idea. Having now had contact and no refund offered, I’ve reduced this to 1*. Management couldn’t care less. Read the other negative reviews and BEWARE!!

I just had to say what an amazing meal we had tonight. The special fathers day Tomahawk steaks ( 7 of us has Tomahawk, 1 had chicken ) were cooked to perfection. We were looked after by a lovely server who clearly was busy but attended to our every need. Kudos to her for making our night that much better. I'm happy to point out the "doggy bag" we took home to our 2 dogs have made our lovely pets have a special night too. I just had to rinse the seasoning off the bones as there was lots of meat for them to strip. Fantastic meal, fantastic atmosphere and a wonderful night had by all.

An excellent lunch out for my mums but the day. Our server Alisha was brilliant - attentive without being over the top and the ‘happy birthday’ board was a lovely touch! Thank you!

Just had a fantastic lunch here, served by the lovely Allishia. She was so polite and helpful. Even suggested the right wine to go with lunch. Her Long Island Iced teas were amazing. The food was amazing. We both had an amazing time. And the music was perfect to.

Cannot comment as yet as our booking is for midJune...I will update after our visit..but I have been told that staff are amazing, welcoming and friendly and offer a great menu choice...my late father dinned regularly and would never go anywhere else..I leave a 4☆ for now until I have been...but I have heard positive feedback 😀

We have been for a lunch today. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We can't thank them enough. Food was absolutely amazing. My Husband really enjoyed it for his 60th Birthday. We will definitely be back. You should be so proud of your branch.

Never fails, absolute amazing food.

Not up to the standard of other Miller and carters we visit in the Merseyside and Cheshire area. We visit other steak house in the area and have better quality and value. My wifes plate was dirty and mine had water marks on it. The food was look warm and cold in parts. We went here as it was for a treat and for our anniversary.

My steak was cooked wrong and when I told the waitress she brought me a fresh steak

Food was great. Flavours wonderful. Wine paired well. Steak in and of itself was not the most impressive, but the whole experience was still worth it. Mini dessert and coffee recommended. Service was fractionally too friendly from our waitress who decided at one point to join our conversation uninvited. But otherwise excellent, in an age where hospitality standards have slipped. My first time at a M&C, but I think I'd be back.

Smart casual atmosphere, excellent food, friendly staff. Ella kept us topped up for the evening and was really positive and helpful about items on the menu :)

Asked to have my screwdriver replaced with a steak knife - was given another screwdriver. Otherwise, the waitron did her job. Found the onion loaf strange. Worst steak I have ever eaten in a restaurant! The quality of my t-bone was unacceptably poor! The wedge was new to me - and I found it superb!

Great food and service. Little bit on the expensive side but a good choice for a special occasion. Callum looked after us really well.

As usual the food was lovely but the fillet was a little under. Didn’t spoil the night!
