Excellent service from Lauren S and the maître d' were attentive and clear in their delivery. Excellent food overall although the surf on the surf and turf arrived cold. But it was busy so it’s forgivable. Overall a strong 4 out of 5 for my son’s 15th birthday. Also the gift cards come in very useful 😁

It's ok, used to be better think it's just become a big machine now as there was no life In the workers there and the food was average at best for the cost

Remember the first time I was here which is 2 years ago, the quality is better Tonight , I have been waiting for more than 35 mins for my steak . And it is over cook which I was looking for a medium rare . The dish was not hot too Disappointed

Kadie was an excellent waiter, she was super kind and very helpful with giving us recommendations.

I ordered a delivery and steak to be cooked medium rare it arrived raw in the middle not even slightly cooked through, if a steak house can’t get there steaks cooked to your liking then something definitely wrong, I spoke then to a very rude can’t be bothered attitude guy named Luke who simply said take it up with deliveroo, miller and carter cooked the steak not deliveroo! Found the whole experience of customer service very poor and won’t be visiting or ordering from them again

Lovely meal at miller and Carter, we had the steak and fish and chips on the lunch menu and the price was amazing considering the great quality of food we had! The chipotle chicken is 100% recommended by us! Our server was kadie and she was amazing and very attentive

Fantastic! Food was great as always, we had the set lunch/early dinner menu. I was out for food with my daughter as a treat. Chloe, our lovely server was great! She was welcoming and very friendly and attentive. She also went above and beyond with my daughter who is autistic. After our lovely meal my daughter asked to tell the chef that the food was delicious so Chloe said that there’s a bell you can ring which tells them they got a compliment and you’re happy with your meal. She then took my daughter to ring the bell which she was made up about. Great evening with my daughter, great food and even better service!!

Had a lovely lunch date today. Laura was pleasant and very attentive which helped to make it a very nice experience. Looking forward to the next visit.

Claudia is lovely. She is attentive but not too much and can carry more dishes at once than humanly possible! The food here is always fabulous. The poached pear was yummy. There is plenty of seating space. The atmosphere is quiet family.

Hadn’t been to M&C after a really disappointing and expensive meal around Xmas 2023. But fancied something better than pub grub - the food was lovely and the service, from Matt, exceptional.

What’s happened to Miller and Carter Warrington, we used to love going here, in fact it used to be a special occasion, but the last 3 times have been disappointing to say the least, tonight we spent over 2 1/2 hours for our main & dessert, the tiramisu was an experience, I’ve never had a dessert submerged in a coffee before . All in all, the food has slipped and the service has slipped even further. C’mon M&C you can do better.

First time here in Warrington on business. Chose M and C as it was a name we knew. First impressions were a lovely outside with inviting lighting. Going through to the bar and met by Manager who seated us at the perfect table ( once we swapped due to husband not liking the lighting). Served by the wonderfully attentive Jade who was very professional and down to earth. Brilliant service and very friendly ! What a chance to receive such a wonderful personal service. Well done Jade and thank you ! We may be here a lot with business so will definitely go again. The steak was amazing and wine perfect. A truly wonderful experience !

A day of shopping topped of with a great spot of lunch.. a relaxing setting, wasn't too busy so good service by our waitress Laura and the steak sandwich dipped in the gravy was lush. Deffo recommend

Food quality very good, but service was a little slow and sporadic for a quietish Wednesday evening. Steak was yummy though!!

Having rated 1 ☆ on our last visit(previous never having a bad experience) we returned last night. I can only put our last visit down as a one off because last night the 'A team' were certainly on shift. Food outstanding service brilliant (sorry did catch her name, short blonde hair). Great service, Laura was very attentive and food was hot and cooked perfectly.

Chloe was really helpful during our meal - she acted promptly when we needed additional drinks/changes to our order and overall, was warm and friendly.

The food and service were excellent but the visit was somewhat spoiled by the lack of flexibility on the set menu when, through no fault of ours, i.e. the pear desert was out of stock, our reasonable request of replacing it with a desert from the main menu, was refused. As you only order deserts after the starters and main course we weren't aware that it was out of stock so we lost the opportunity to make different menu choices which we may have done if we had known prior to choosing our starters and mains. We would have been happy with a scoop of ice cream which would have cost you less than the pear desert. We were however very well attended to by Lauren Howard.

There was no prices on the drinks menu. Host sat us in a walkway that felt like I was on an A and E ward, as it was a busy walkway for staff and customers going to the kitchen or bathroom. Everything was absolutely ok. Nothing wrong with it. I'd recommend going for a steak, but there was nothing that made me feel I had to go back. Wasn't quite sure what to do with a wedge of lettuce, but wasn't upset with it!

We dined here, today as a Family of 4. We had x2 of the Sunday Dinner sharer and it was tremendous, we thoroughly enjoyed it, all of us.

My first & Last time at miller & Carter. Not once have I ever sent a meal back but I had to due to getting part frozen ribs on Saturday. I called the waitress over & she offered to get me another. So I said yes please & 10 minutes later the new ribs were piping hot unlike the first dish. We paid the bill & left. Not once did any of the managers or chef come over to apologise. We won’t be returning.

We were served by Fiona who was amazing and couldn’t have been better! Thank you to the chefs for the delicious food & Fiona for the best service with a smile! Best miller and cater we have had in a while☺️

We’ve been a few times and the service and food have always been excellent. Separate gluten free menu and our server Teneka made sure everything was safe. The burrata starter was delicious as was the chateaubriand. Cooked to perfection.

Fantastic service from Danielle who worked tirelessly all evening cleaning tables serving and doing everything. Clearly not enough staff to operate efficiently and resulted in a 3 and half hour dining experience. Lovely food however but management needs to sort the staffing issue to enable good service.

Our table was booked for 6 we were seated at 6.40 ... no apologies My husband had to wipe his seat down before he could sit down there was food all over the floor and by the table next to us this was not cleaned up when the next guests were sat down . My fillet was very chewy and flavourless and my fries were hard some were cold , My husband his Ribeye was OK but he's had better at home! His fries were the same . Our drinks came out after our meal . We came 1 we recently got married and were given vouchers as gifts and this place was highly recommend. Personally I don't see what fuss is about i came home and put food on

Took the Mrs for valentines food was amazing a did have a slight issue but the service was so good by jade who resolved the issue immediately. Highly recommend i come a few times a year.

Been a few times in the past 10 or so years, great service every time! Recently found out I'm gluten intolerant and great gluten free menu available and excellent identification of which plate was gluten free!

Went for the valentines deal 3 courses for £38.50pp. Starters were mid, were not hot and flavour just ok. We went for the chicken bites and cauliflower wings. Steaks for main were fab and the selection of sides were great including the wedge salad - really loved the Grana Padano and garlic mayo sauce. 2 of the deserts were not available but these were replaced with good substitutes and we got the brownie which came with ice cream. It was really rich and dense but enjoyable. Staff let it down, they stood around chatting together and it was hard to get their attention for service/payment. Would go back but not in a hurry.

Valentines evening let down ! Our servers, the service provided, the quality of the produce and drinks were all satisfactory, however my steak, my steak sauce, onion loaf and chunky chips were all lukewarm, our server offered to replace my chips but by the time they arrived I had already eaten my steak as I couldn’t allow it to cool any further. The replacement chips were rushed and whilst piping hot, were still raw potato inside.

The food sucked the service was worse, first time going and will never go again. Over priced subpar dining.

Me and my wife had a reservation for Valentine’s Day. Short wait for a table which was expected and we didn’t mind as we just got a drink from the bar and by the time we’d done that we went straight to the table. We were served promptly by Kadie whose service was exemplary throughout the night, she went above and beyond for us. Food was fantastic as always and the gift card helped the bill. Great night.

Fabulous experience, the food & service was 10/10. Celebrated Valentines Day, nice variety on the menu & enjoyed the atmosphere.

It was a 60th birthday party for 15 people, we spent over £480 on the night then to be billed and extra £40 for a service charge was a kick in the teeth. It is likely to be our first and last visit as none of our party were impressed with either the service or the food

Friendly waitress, excellent food.

Arrived to celebrate a special birthday with family & friends only to find dirty cutlery on the table which we asked the waitress to remove although she didn't apologise or return with a replacement so we had to use some cutlery from the next set table. Waited 30 mins to place a drinks order and requested no ice but when the drinks eventually arrived they all had ice. There was a person in our party with special dietary requirements which we outlined stating they couldn't have anything fried or cooked in oil so just grilled or boiled food. When their meal arrived they had 'fried onion loaf' on their plate and again no assistance to rectify the mistake or an apology. Even a request by another person in our party to have their steak well done fell on deaf ears as the steak turned up running red, which looked medium rare at best! To finish the meal we ordered coffees but a couple of people were not served any even though they'd requested them. We felt very disappointed and let down by the whole evening as it was supposed to be a special celebration but it was overshadowed by the lack of service and attention to detail, only made worse by the 10% service charge which had automatically been added to our bill.
