Costa Coffee in Warrington

Pointless having this Costa at the cinema when they close at 6pm and when wanting to sit in at 5pm you can't sit where you like. Very bad customer service when the team member shouts across from the counter you can't sit there. No thanks I will spend my money somewhere else.

Really low selection of cakes and sandwiches. 3 staff on and not a single effort to clean tables after customers leaving one looked like it had days' worth of coffee spillage on it. Really slow service, no effort by the staff. Felt like we were inconveniencing them by choosing to stop there.

What a big swindle! They say they're not part of the Costa chain, so don't let you use any vouchers, so it expired. Absolute joke!

Very relaxed staff are friendly

The opening and closing times were inaccurate I went there later in the day being lead to believe it was open but the real info was on the doorik small writing.

Asked to stay In and given a take away cup staff too busy talking to each other to listen the customer

Really cold outside and equally cold inside!! People sitting inside with scarves and coats and wooly hats on!! Also ordered my Americano and waited and waited....they told me it was on other end of counter but it was an expresso. They had given my drink to someone else! My friend a week before waited 15 mins to get his coffee with no real que!! Nice people behind counter but this Costa needs to drastically pull its socks up. Not a good experience today.

Absolutely brilliant warm and friendly service, nice atmosphere

Myself and one other customer, three baristas and it took almost ten minutes to get a coffee. They won’t redeem Costa rewards due Odeon, Coffee was uncharacteristically bland and newspapers were two days old. On the plus side, the place was clean, presumably from lack of customers who clearly knew better than me. Come on guys, get your act together.

Closed at 6pm what a joke for a cinema that's open really late it's far cheaper to buy drinks at Costa than pay the price at Odeon lux.

As far as I'm concerned Costa is Costa. I shouldn't have to find out myself which shops give rewards or let you redeem rewards

I'm absolutely disgusted with one of your staff, a man with a pony tail, his attitude towards customes is discusting and he rolls his eyes at you which makes you feel angry, I asked for a cortardo and his response is he doesn't know how to make it and get something else, I waited 25 minutes for my drink and to be honest it was absolutely discusting he burnt the milk so it was really bitter, he is rude, arrogant and totally out of his depth he hasn't got a clue on what he is doing ,

Great coffee. service is a bit slower than other costas.

We arrived just as it was closing but Ben was lovely and polite and made our coffees. The opening times are different on the website and he apologised for that. Lifesaver.

My favourite COSTA at Westbrook Warrington. Have missed it whilst it has been closed. The staff are amazing all glad to see each other and the regulars like myself. Coffee really good, nice cakes all that a coffee shop has to offer.

We like our coffee at Costa,the only thing that is annoying is when its quite packed, you see 1 student hogging a table for 6 people and have probably been there for hours with 1 drink. Were regular customers and sometimes sit at the table for 2 or were refused a chair..I think when this happens the students should have a set few hrs

Usual great flat white coffee. Unlike other coffee shops these still serve in china cups rather than paper ones when sitting in.

A good branch, quite busy, no good for prams or wheelchair.

Not the best for working at busy times - it gets quite loud because it is open plan. Staff are friendly.

Busy Costa in the Odeon Cinema. Good service

I had a hot chocolate and even though I stirred it before drinking it, there were two lumps of chocolate powder half way down the glass. This is not the first time this has happened and it is very unpleasant when you have not seen it there and you have had to break it up in your mouth.

The staff & venue is excellent, service is great with a great coffee.

Terrible customer service at this shop today. Won't be using in the future.

Opening time needs updating?? Came in at half 9 on saturday to be turned away, when it says they close at 10:30? Disappointed...

I often pop in here as it's across the road from where I live, but find the manager Jane can be rather snotty and the music is always too loud. I've tried asking them to turn it down, but might as well be talking to a brick wall. Also will be glad when the cinema is completed as there are too many workmen around making a lot of noise and smoking by the entrance as you walk in. Will go to the one near Boots Gemini next time.

My favourite costa! Fantastic staff, great service and nice seating environment.

Fantastic Service. I went in for a tea because I had a sore throat and had lost my voice. I ordered my tea took it to my table then went to the toilet. When I returned there was a hot lemon water and honey glass on my table. The Barista told me it was what always sorted his throat out. Incredibly kind. Thank you.
