The worst service ever! Only half of the food arrived so rang up and they would not send remaining order. Would not provide a refund and hung up on me! Half of the food that arrived was cold and disgusting. Not recommended

Amazing food been in UK 6 years tried so many places this is amazing not too spicy. My picky daughter liked it too. Value for money. Being indian I know importance of good spices and tates really enjoyed it.

We spent £22 on the family bundle with upgraded drinks. The food was cold and the chicken was extremely chewy. We wouldn’t recommend and also would not return

Food is bland and not hot. Ordered the sweet and sour chicken with rice. The rice is dried out. The chicken was taken from under the counter as pre cooked chicken balls - this is frozen food precooked. This was my first and last visit. I could've walked downtown he road towards the market and get freshly prepared and cooked right infront of me, my Chinese staff, for half the price that I paid here. That's also another issue - the pricing structure. I've been seeing over the town centre, adverts telling me a box of food and a drink will be £4.99. Brilliant for a quick, light lunch. Upon getting my meal, and the reciept. I have paid £7.49 for a regular box meal (it was sold as a medium- regular means the norm, which in advertising, should be the one you state on ads as being £4.99 what people are drawn to, on top of thos, I paid £1.99 for 3 spring rolls that have absolutely no flavour at all, so my lunch, they I thought was going to cost me £4.99, ended up costing me £9.48 for frozen food - no sauce with the chicken either - the prefried battered chicken balls was tossed in a watered down sauce before being put in the box. Place has nice decor - but if you're going here with any form of expectations of this being modern day oriental, don't. A confusing menu. Confusing pricing. Warm food, zero taste. Paul serving seemed like a decent guy. Pity he has to work with this. Because this place is shocking. That is appalling. The quality just isn't there,

Chopsticks is a good place to eat for lunch or dinner the food is well prepared and nothing can go wrong theor is some vegetarian options and if you have dietary just ask and they will do it for you

Good food and not too expensive. The guy on the checkout was very helpful and took his time to get us the best deal on food. 7up had no syrup in it when we tasted it. Couldn't be more apologetic and sorted it straight away.

Throughly enjoyed this place, friendly staff, delicious food, good price for what you get, accessible toilets, will be back!

The restaurant itself is pretty nice with a clean interior and friendly staff who even remade my meal after I fell up the stairs. My main complaint is the portions on delivery are alot smaller compared to what you get when you go there in person you end up with like 50% less chicken on delivery. I'd say its worth going to now and then but I wouldn't ever order from this place online again.

Amazing! Food was delicious and fresh. Great portion sizes. The man who served us was so friendly and helpful. We hadn't visited before and he walked us through it with a smile on his face, a real credit to the shop! Will be back!

Medium box with choice of two meats only came with 3 pieces of chicken in total... Food was tasty, but don't be so hard pressed about giving customers a proper serving lol. Besides that, the place was clean, tidy and very modern.

I visited Chopstix in Warrington town centre for the first time, whilst out shopping locally. Upon entering, the restaurant was bright and looked clean, and the staff was friendly and served quickly. There's limited items on the menu, and it's more like buffet style Chinese food,as it's already cooked, and you pick what you want in your box. Regarding the food and prices, it's only average quality although edible. The prices are reasonable, I suppose, for what it is. A decent Chinese chippy would be a lot better and cooked to order at a similar price. I'm not complaining, though, I ate it all, but I wouldn't return as the quality wasn't good enough for me. That's just my personal opinion . There are tables to sit and eat and customers toilets 🚻 too. Overall, it was just 👍🏼 ok but not outstanding.

A 'medium' portion was smaller than I expected. Pumkin Katsu Curry:- The pumpkin fritter was very tasty, if a little soft. The sauce was also tasty, but very oily and a bit sloppy. Battered Prawns:- an unexpected second topping on a 'medium' portion. Soggy and both the batter and prawns themselves were quite chewy. The buffet-style food presentation I think is why the toppings weren't at their best. A modern, colourful, clean place with friendly, very helpful staff.

I recently gave this place a bad review but they have completely redeemed themselves... Yeah not only is the barbecue sauce back to how it should be the noodles are nicer And the portion I received was quite big... Very nice... The barbecue chicken is unbelievably tasty

Server was as miserable as sin Food was all dried up and was Luke warm The only thing that was hot was chicken bite that she had to cook , smelt like burning rubber And could have died of thirst as she forgot to do the drink so won’t be going in there again

Absolutely shocking. How is this place actually still trading. First they changed the white rice to an awful brown rice which tastes as bad as it looks. The topping are always dry and generally not fresh. I wouldn't spend a penny here ever again.

Ordered vegetable spring rolls that never turned up, salt and pepper potato wedges were chewy and overcooked. Salt and pepper chicken was so burnt that it was black. Noodles were cold and found a piece of metal in it. Will not be ordering again.

Staff were unaware of the specials available. We as the customers had to educate the staff. Secondly, the person who served us left the bathrooms without washing his hands. Absolutely disgusting and I will not bring my family back here again.

Order for on just eat called up to see if they do chopsticks (some Chinese don’t do them) food came and it was in edible! The egg fried was an absolute joke of a portion I would even give a child that amount.. the salt and pepper potatoes was soggy and flavourless!! Chicken piping on and extremely spicy (and I love spicy food but this was next level) noodles was freezing cold!!! The restaurant blamed the delivery driver for the way the food came!!! My husband then spoke to the manager who had a lovely telephone manor but wasn’t very helpful!!! Using a third party or not your company name i who you represent!! The amount of money spent for the portion of food!!! Is shocking…

1st time in this place, £8 for a medium (a very small medium in my opinion)of rice and chicken ,total rip off won't be back, the young lady serving was very apologetic when I was complaining but it is definitely not her fault

I never usually complain about food places but I’m a huge fan of chopstix, and never tried the warrington one, but I went tonight and there was no food left in the front desk bit, and dried up curry sauce. The only things I couldn’t see until the lid was off was the noodles and rice. They had to make me fresh toppings and spring rolls but used the noodles under the lid. When I got home the noodles were all chopped up into really small pieces and a pale colour and mushy they tasted like stale oil, not stir fried and no veg. Honestly inedible. Trafford Center always have fresh long stir fried noodles with veg. These look like they had been sat there all day in there own steam and become mushy. Wasted £7 to not being able to eat them.

Why oh why did I ever order from here? Rice and noodles were so dry didn't even have a hint of a sauce, oil or anything. All the toppings looked dire, dried and old like they were cooked 2 days prior. Tried it and couldn't really eat much. Disgusting garbage!!

I asked for not spicy food and the people of staff only laughed and so the kids with me and they laughed about what I asked instead of suggested not spicy food I through the food because it was for kids

Noodle bar that ran out of noodles... "Chef" that was cooking noodles was making total mess half of it went on floor I don't know if he was new or clueless but I can't recommend this place at this time... Meh

First time coming to chopstix today abd very very impressed. My caramel chicken and salt and pepper chicken were absolutely delicious. But mostly the staff were extremely polite and well mannered

Overcharged. I went in and asked for 10 vegetarian spring rolls for £3.10, not realising it would be cheaper to buy 15 for £3, the staff never mentioned it would be cheaper to get that deal. I was charged but they rectified the mistake by giving me 15 anyway (still charged for £3.10 though). This was an honest mistake so I wasn't mad, until I asked for sauces. 3 for 50p, so I agreed to pay the extra but the man serving me added a further 39 to the charge because of "the extra" spring rolls he just added. I was confused so I paid the 89p and looked in my box to see there were still only 15 in there (I thought maybe he added an extra one) I'm not mad about losing 49p, but I felt tricked and over charged twice. Such a shame because the food is nice and good for the price too, but nothing is worth being disrespected.

Shop was empty, we went in, and 3 members of staff just kept walking past us, and turning their backs to us, as if waiting for someone else to serve us. Then we asked some questions about the food and if any are dairy or egg free. They had no clue, and just laughed and pointed at the allergen chart. I had no glasses on me so couldn't read it. Just walked out

Lovely food. You can choose how many different dishes you have on top of your rice or noodles. Lots of choice. Beef teriyaki fab. I wouldn't bother with adding the spring rolls as there was hardly any filling. Went to another restaurant in this chain twice in the same week!

Great prices , great atmosphere also good portion sizes , the staff was young and didn’t hold much of a conversation Little perks - If you download the app you get 5 free spring rolls also you get 20% being a blue light discount holder The reason for 4* and not 5* is why I was sat down i witnessed a young member of the team make the fresh meat up from the wok and when she tipped this into the serving area where you can make selections of what toppings you want she grabbed one of the chicken pieces with her hand and ate it , lucky this was observed from the table and there wasn’t customers waiting to be served Also there isn’t much sauce to cover the rice/noodles it’s just coating the chicken/beef

After mentioning health problem I've got 1 old prawns and two fresh, underdone rice, when I showed it I heard explanation about process food

Ordered food through uber eats and was very disappointed. Ordered noodles in my box and extra noodles and received rice for both? The food was tasteless and the prawn crackers were stale. Not forgetting the spring rolls that were soft and tasteless. Didnt even have the stomach to eat it and wasted my money!

Probably the worst service we've ever had. We where the only ones there to start with and was ignored for a few mins Most food bowls where empty and rather than cooking more food straight away it was left. Upon asking for sweat and sour chicken they said it would be 4 minutes, to which we said ok, i then gave my order and it was done but due to me paying for both, I was happy to wait. Over 5 minutes went by before they even started preparing food, the girls where complaining about the amount of food they had to cook, at how busy it had got and the manager came to the front and made a comment of where all the people came from. The girls complained about needing to do all the dishes. The manager then said very clear that she was tired and couldn't be bothered. At this point over 10mins had passed. My food had been placed under a heat lamp, my partners noodles where just left out, to get cold. To which i complained and upon the sweet and sour chicken being done 15 minutes after they first said it would be done. I managed to get fresh noodles. Very poor service and the staff didn't seem to care or knew what to do. They where slow, complaining and seemed not to care about anything.

Never been here before but we was peckish and decided to give it a go. We didn't know what to expect but we was pleasantly surprised. You chose you choice of topping (sweet and sour chicken etc) and then choose a base (noodles or rice) and you can have more than one topping. The food was good, not the best I've had but still very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful but with only 2 staff, a little slow. There was zero atmosphere though, so a little too quiet. All in all, I would go again but it wouldn't be my first choice. Nothing wrong with it, but definitely better options within a stones throw away. Glad I tried it though 👍

Came in today spent £28 on meals for 2 adults and a child. It was our first time and definitely our last the food was luke warm very bland taste. Not much noodles or toppings for the price. Rip off.

The only thing good about this was it came on time! I wish it hadn’t come at all! Me and the other half had 1 bite of our dishes and it went in the bin!! We also paid £28 For this privilege!!! Shocking!!! I genuinely think the katsu curry was aldi microwave egg fried rice and a breaded chicken with curry sauce they found on the street!!

This would have been a 5 star review except for the fact of how the portions were so small and I had never felt so disrespected by a worker this girl was really small and I didn't know her age but the only thing that stood out was her American accent and she had brown and grey messy hair which I had found in my food I had tried to mention it and she was really rude about it... I would not come here again if that member of staff was on shift I had a lovely chat with the other 2 workers who had resolved the issue and had deeply apologised on had ready purple hair with glasses and the other was cooking the food which was lovely when there wasn't hair involved. Thankyou and please get the girl resolved.

The customer service is unreal, they are all funny and nice, especially a girl called Jess. She was very good at her job and her communication was really good, and she served me in good speed aswell, would recommend this place to others, but the customer service from Jess was very good 👍

Staff are very very friendly , I had a large box got rice, sweet n sour, bbq chicken and teriyaki chicken. Bbq chicken was 1000/10 would get again and spring rolls were good too

The food was really bad . Noodles and rice was not as expected. We bought one large and one medium box. With toppings salt and pepper chicken, BBQ chicken and teriyaki chicken . Teriyaki chicken was okay . But the rest too was bad . Overall I don't recommend this place .

Food was actually ok from here i got 3 topping box with rice & upgraded to drink and spring rolls. The portions could be bit bigger but is nice for what you do get. The salt n pepper potatoes are nice defo recomend them & caramel drizzle chicken. Did take a while to get served but staff was attentive when served.

I'll give this 2 stars because the food was good, however..... Most of the food wasn't even cooked (which is the point of the service to be quick and already prepared). This led to us having to wait an initial 15 to 20 minutes for the food. Then when I asked for churros the server went on to before putting some in the fryer, turned to his boss ( who was on our side of the counter) an talking to him about when he gets to leave work. This now meant we had to wait more time, this point he just told us he'll bring to our table. Overall we had to wait roughly 40 minutes for food which service is suppose to be quick here if I wanted to wait that long I would have gone to a different Asian food buisness.

The experience was horrible. The cashier wipe the box with a tissue and tried to put the wiped food in the box. I had to tell her not to do it. She mixed the order, gave me the wrong receipt. The food taste horrible, prawns are non existing , is batter and batter. The wings were crazy salty and the noddle resemble a bunch of rubber bands. Horrible! Avoid at any cost. Drink a glass of water or if you’re really hungry eat a tissue instead.
