Shocking service, food is cold and items of food I ordered weren’t in the bag. Utter joke of a place

Staff need training in customer service . So rude and not friendly at all .never made yo feel welcome. I been in a few times and always feel the same

Oh dear - M&S Gemini have installed cashless computer screens in the cafe - not wheelchair friendly, with no allergy information, no separate menus to view & definitely not for anyone with sight problems or inexperience with computer screens - thank goodness for the extremely helpful ‘Tam’ who helped us navigate the system & was the only thing that deserved five stars x

We often order a meal from The Callands Fryer and have never been disappointed. Always freshly cooked and served with a smile. We usually order online and collect and it all works five. Fish and chips is always excellent.

Food come ordered a full breakfast plus extras got the extras but no breakfast

Normally great here but since removing some seating from this very busy costa in Next, it’s not easy to get a seat. There’s several seats in the outside area but this was LOCKED!! Staff didn’t make me aware of this until after I’d purchased a drink so stood there like an idiot with nowyto sit. Luckily I’d requested a takeaway cup so had to sit in my car to drink my coffee. INFURIATING!!
