McDonald’s in Warrington

Staff is busy in chitchat , they don't care delivery drivers are waiting , if we wanna talk about delivery , they behave rudely .In my whole delivery experince ,this mcdonalds is worest one

Good parking - I fitted there (I was with 7m van) .

Always takes a while to get your food here. But it's always well cooked and hot, so it's worth the wait.

Food was piping hot and staff were really friendly. Would definitely go again. The nuggets were very fresh and my coffee was amazing!

This McDonald’s never fails to impress, every single time. My order is always so fresh and every time I customise my burger it’s always correct, which a lot of other McDonald’s slip up on. Finally, the staff were amazing, and we’re happy to help when placing my order!

Best Cheeseburger Ive ever had at a mcdonalds. Normally they're terribly made. But here it was brilliant. Most of the bad reviews about this place are from people ordering delivery. How about stop being lazy and get off your ass and go to the mcdonalds and grab the food instore and maybe it wouldnt be cold and any mistakes you'd be able to rectify. If you order delivery you lose the right to complain.

really like this restaurant, its always warm and friendly and looks great from the outside in! staff are always working hard and polite. food was exceptional on this occasion and so was the customer service from the young man with white shirt and lady on the dinning area

Worst I've ever been too. Took a good 20 mins to get my food in what was an empty diner, me and another guy stood waiting ages for what ended up being cold food. The Aircon was on full blast whilst it was snowing outside, which frustrated the Scouse lad due to him having his kids with his . Staff very young and generally looked I bothered by the fa t we were made to wait so long for food. The drive through were getting their orders fast however, I opted to park and walk in to order... What a mistake this was. Been to many McDonald's and I eat here semi regular but this was the worst experience I've ever had of all the branches I've visited with my travels with work. 1/10 disgusting.

As a delivery driver, I am deeply disappointed by the team manager. A lot of times I had to wait about 40-50 minutes for an order. For example, once i waited 50 minutes for order, being told is a food order. After this time they told me that there were only drinks in the order, no food at all.

Dreadful mcdolands took a bite of a Big Mac and nearly threw up it was disgraceful, avoid this McDonald’s it’s never been good

Took away car collection, which was really benifitial just needed policing better as people would just park there and left no space for car collections

Did a £70 order of breakfast and of course they didnt get it correct. The egg and cheese mcmuffin had a sausage patty in it (even though they had wrapped it up as an egg and cheese)

Walked in and ordered when there was no one else around then the workers ordered after me and got there food before me and I was waiting for 10 minutes before someone asked us if we had ordered and when we received the food there fries were lukewarm and had a bad aftertaste and were soggy and the chicken tasted undercooked

Why is there only 1 Click and Serve Point which either Delivery Agents park in or customers eating in the Restaurant? Need more and also monitoring

Ordered a takeaway and had several items missing. No big deal, I used to work at a different McDonald's. I get it, it happens. And then it happened again, and a third time. Went in for the first time and waited over twenty minutes. I was order #14 and finally got served after order #23. When I politely asked and even apologised for asking where my order was, a staff member treated me like a burden and didn't offer an explanation for where my order was. At one point, I misheard #15 as #14 and asked if it was my order. The blonde female manager looked at me like I was a nuisance and treated me as such. The restaurant is also filled with unaccompanied, obnoxious children who seem to enjoy taunting each other and other customers. Truly the worst place I've ever eaten.

I’ve been using this most weeks for the convenience of click and collect however they seem to have disbanded the parking bays completely as the numbered signs have now gone. Will take the extra two minutes to drive to the Gemini one but they still have click and collect bays

By far the slowest fast food restaurant I've encountered,I waited 20mins and I only ordered a cup of tea.

Really very bad service, just to get a cheeseburger and large fries it took us more than 30minutes.

It’s always bad, but tonight was awful. Tried to click & collect. Sat outside for 25 mins. Went inside to chaos. Most staff have become highly skilled at avoiding customers. Finally got the food, but by the time I got it home (5 minute drive) it was cold, particularly the chips. My daughter’s plain cheeseburger wasn’t plain, and the quarter pounder was dry; I left half of my meal. It’s almost comical how unlike the photos McDonalds food has become, but if you’re reading this Omega South, anyone in the right mind doesn’t go to Maccies for quality, it’s purely convenience, yet you’ve lost sight of the “fast” part of “fast food”. Ultimately potential customers, if you like cold, low quality food that takes ages to get to you, go here. Otherwise, drive the extra 3-4 minutes to Gemini, as I will every time from now on.

They forget items every single time we order from here via the app. The food is always cold by the time it arrives and it doesn't have very far to travel to our house. We won't be ordering again.

Items missing several times . Not sure why a company this size needs to steal from people

Took 10mins to take my order possibly due to the fact they are understaffed but when I was served employee was very professional and polite. Food and drink was less than luke warm

So poor ... after going through the drive through we returned one meal because they had no onions for the mcrib . Failed to tell us on drive through but found out when we opened the bag. The food back home was not edible tried calling them on both numbers and no answer, rings then goes dead.. ridiculous so if you want stale chips and soggy burgers then that's the food place to go

Chips were cold and took a longtime for the mcplant to come our about ten minutes after the other food.

Our most local McDonald’s (as in a 5 min walk), so we regularly venture here! However, the service is awful and we regularly receive the wrong food. Today I ordered three meals for collection; Big Mac meal, Philly meal and chicken nuggets and received 2 chicken nuggets instead of the Philly. Proceeded to go back and complain after i got it home and found it was wrong and took ages to replace it. Also none of the burgers ever have all the correct toppings and are always missing onions and pickles.

Fries were anaemic, double cheeseburger was a mess and they got my workmates order wrong, paid for 9 selects and was given 9 nuggets

Shockingly slow service, lukewarm food and the place was like a ghost town.

Food usually ok but in this occasion it over 15mins from payment window to receiving food, I got the drink and mcflurry right away and asked to wait at the end window. I guess they forgot about me, by the time I got my food it was cold I ate it anyway and by this time my mcflurry had pretty much melted. And to top it all off my milkshake lid was covered on some syrup or caramel or something 😒

Just done a online order on the app and there is food missing and all cold and the delivery guy wasn’t even gonna knock on my door when I put on the app to do so disgusting never will I be ordering from the app again

this is a relatively new mcdonald where we saw hong kong people as staff who work hard and keep the place a spotless venue for perfect dining experience. Ares does a great job in this. the fries are freshly made which is good. will come again.

Doesn't stick to their opening times

Visited omega site in Warrington, didn’t use app as I was driving when o decided to call in, ordered triple burger meal, cheese dippers and a nugget share box. This was 11.30 in the evening, and was asked to park up, waited 10 mins, when home which was 5 mins away, found the nuggets were cold and chewy, clearly sat for ages, and the burger and chips were cold. This isn’t the first time have had issues from this site. Very poor and won’t use again.

Chips weren’t cooked properly, burger was very dry and burnt, not be bothering again.

Nice area for a day out with the kids

Disgusted that a medium fries was more like a small and the large fries were like a medium. Mac Donald’s is not cheap anymore and to only get half what you have paid for is very disappointing.

Highly recommend McDonald's first McDonald's in Warrington where is fresh and delicious food just tried today and is brilliant with food atmosphere and friendly service. Thanks guys. Well done.

Always full of gobby kids who don’t know when to keep there mouth shut

I used the drive through and bought 20 chicken nuggets. Always good and quick service.

Fast service, unfortunately chicken pieces were well over cooked and inedible and had to throw them away.

Get my order wrong 50% of the time. Being lactose intolerant I always order no cheese. Sometimes I get cheese. I've given up on this place.

Service the resident around great sankey and have break along the M62.

If you are paying in cash it takes agesss to get served so I got to the machines and when you pay click cancel and it will come up with some options and press pay at counter.You will still have to wait but at least you just give the little ticket .People at the counter might give you dirty looks but you have to get over that.took 45 minutes to get our food once since they forgot to bring it so got cold food

I only had cash so didn’t want to use the app. There was nobody serving. I stood there for two or three minutes waiting then spoke to somebody was cleaning tables to ask if there was somebody serving she didn’t say anything just walked into the kitchen.she Was there for a couple of minutes and then walked straight past me, it was a further three or four minutes before somebody came out and served me. I appreciate this isn’t fast food or anything but you expect more from McDonald’s really

I have noticed that there have been some instances where my orders have been incorrect or items have been missing. However, I must say that I have seen improvement in this area.😃

Ordered food and when I went home half the food I had ordered was missing and live to far to travel back to go get it and the phone number is just straight to voice mail

Parking easy no issues here. Food and drinks hot, but had to wait so long for order to be served after ordering on the self serve board.

I went to this mcdonald’s around a week ago and as the food was nice i came across a member of staff at this restaurant, who i think goes my the name “Millie Bratherton”. She was incredibly rude, isn’t easy on the eye and easily noticed she’s worked at this fast food place for a numerous amount of months. Was fuming, had to wait ages on the quarter pounder, obvious why it took so long. Also i think it was very inappropriate in this particular restraunt as im assuming “Millie’s” Boyfriend who was also there who goes by the name “Tristan NASH” Were having it on in the drive through, thought was disgusting in the place of work, very unhygienic. Pretty sure i had sperm on my burger, ate it anyways. Lastly, Tristan Nash 100% was 100% an asylum seeker, pretty sure he got of the back of a wagon a few days ago. Awful restaurant never will dine again.

This McDonald’s was amazing until I saw the ugly ogre looking day release employee who I believe goes by the name Tristan Nash he has a sliver badge that I think said area mong he was so rude and his hygiene was unspeakable upon him giving me my order he give me a certain look as he drouled in my food and said watching wires abroad have a sweet day will not be going back

We called in today for a quick lunch before picking up children, I wish we hadn't bothered, the food was atrocious my deluxe burger was nothing like the photo at all. My wife got a chicken salad, she opened it, there was no chicken in it so took it back, it was brought back to her with 2 nugget size pieces of dried chicken on it she might as well have not bothered the whole salad was disgusting, she had to go back again for milk for her tea that had not been put on her tray. Altogether a bad experience. We won't be going there ever again.

Literally every time I have ordered from this McDonald’s, something has either been wrong or missing from the order. I’ve even now resorted to driving past this one to go to Gemini as it’s much better. The final straw was when they gave me a latte without coffee in!!

Take the extra 5 mins and go Gemini instead. This is perhaps the worst McDonalds in the country. Half an hour for breakfast in an empty restaurant on 2 occasions now… this latest one the staff had no idea I’d even ordered until someone checked the screen and was like “oh”. Consistently bad.

Hot food. A rarity in mc Donald's. Tables a bit sticky. Never got a mc sips cup, just a big standard one.

Improving since it opened. The food is getting better but the service still lacks that human interaction and feels robotic. It's clean inside which is a plus compared to other (fast food) restaurants in the area

It was a very cold night. Both inner and outer doors were set permanently open. This ment that you had to sit with your coat on whilst eating and the food went cold very quickly making it unpleasant to eat.

Not at all impressed with the service ordered through the drive through there was no pleasant customer interaction. On arriving home we found that they hadn't put all of our order in the bag could maybe have had a little understanding if they was run off their feet but it was extremely quiet so no excuse whatsoever 😠😠

Fast food company but waiting for 20min my food. Just lady who's took order is good otherwise not coming back here anymore because looks like they making stake that long with all these employees.

Not open at the prescribed times, stayed waiting til 06:10, both me and someone else left instead of waiting. If you're not going to open for times stated on the door, change them.

Worst McDonalds in the country. Staff who either haven’t been trained right or don’t care. Twice nearly been overcharged because they don’t know how to ask “is this your order on the screen”. Ask for sauces, don’t get included. It’s like the staff are trying to serve you in as few a words as possible. Awful

This McDonalds are terrible. Every time I order large fries it comes in a large holder but half full. Most times I have to ask the staff to fill them up. I've just bought x3 kids meals, asked for extra ketchup and none of the meals have ketchup. If you use the drive thru always check your order before driving off. The McDonalds at Gemini is a lot better

I visited few times here. Seems normal except waiting for our simple order when there was 0 customers.

We called in for lunch yesterday. We were not at all impressed with the inefficient service it wasn't busy. The fries were cold and we asked for a Cappuccino without sprinkles and got it with sprinkles, we requested table service with number 191 and only received one meal, while my husband's meal was in a paper bag on the counter going cold, which he had to go searching for, the young lady who worked there was standing still on the floor, gazing into space and when he asked her where his meal was, she looked at the counter and replied "oh, I was wondering who's that was!"

Looks quite big from outside but surprisingly small and cramped inside. Seems more geared up for drive-thru and online ordering. A lot of self-service screens as you enter and people waiting for food so you immediately feel hemmed in. Too many high breakfast bar tables so not enough conventional seating for the less agile and nimble. Ordered via app for food to table but took 12 mins to come. I suspect if I didn't go chasing them after 10 mins I'd still be there waiting.

Went here for food which was ok nothing to shout about. Staff need to serve people instead of walking away. A smile would not go a miss on a Sunday .

The server was rude when we went to collect food and forgot items on order, went back to correct order and order a new item, then got that order wrong too. I know the staff don’t care about their job, but getting the order right should be a basic task.

Visited this restaurant twice since it opened a few months. On the first occasion service was slow but we put it down to new staff not being efficient however, we revisited this evening. I had ordered in the app in advance and we decided to eat inside. The tables were absolutely filthy with used food wrappers left all over them. We managed to clear a table ourselves and I entered the table number into the app. 20 minutes later the food hadn't arrived so I approached the desk and a guy apologised. 5 minutes later the food arrived. We had ordered a large oasis and medium oasis both arrived half full. Two of the burgers were also stone cold. I took them back to the desk, the girl apologised and said the ice machine was broken so that's why the drinks appeared half full, however I explained that the other soft drinks that weren't oasis were full. She apologised for the cold food and we waited a further 5 minutes for the replacements. During our visit we did not see any tables cleaned. It was filthy. I'll be avoiding this particular restaurant in future.

One star is generous! I’ve been to many McDonald’s in the past while travelling with work and this one is by far the worst one of all!! Every time I go here they always mess up my order even if it’s only two items! this morning ordered a double sausage and egg McMuffin got home and it was a bacon and egg!! How can they be getting it so wrong? My advice to anyone is to travel a bit further to Gemini and avoid this place!
