Does do good food but not been open for weeks, why nobody knows

Been waiting for over 3 hours for my food and can't contact the store as the number don't work and the number online the person's saying shops shut but money stil been taken

Picked up a meal of Fish and chips after work today. Fantastic food will definitely return again!

It was ok. just a change because my usual kebab shop was not delivering...

paid for 2 chips, cheese and curry and recieved 2 undercooked portions of chips and curry. We won't be using this place again

Wrong order sent, pitta bread was stale, staff put the phone on me when called to discuss the issue. Bad service all round

Delivered early but was disappointed with the LAMB on the Kebabs it was overcooked, Chicken was perfect and so was the Chicken Wings and Mushrooms and thank you for the Garlic Bread with cheese that was really good , taste wise and some nice herbs on !!!!

Usually food is perfect, but the chips were dry, hard and cold. The fish was chilly and the salad seen better days, green lettuce brown in places. Saying that the curry sauce was tasty although not very hot. Nefis usually are brilliant, but something not right last night.

Ordered over an hour ago on just eat and was told my order had been delivered but it hasn't.. and on top of that you are not answering your phone

I order 2 calzones and 1 chicken burger they sent 2 calzone which were big enough to only feed my 5 year old child. And about 5 pieces of donner meat inside! And then sent a cheese burger instead of chicken! Absolutely shocking!

Amazing food cooked to perfection

The fish was full of overcooked hard batter, with hardly any fish inside. The mushy peas had a weird taste, I had to throw them away. The doner kebab & cheesy garlic bread was okay. Overall very disappointed.

Absolutely Amazing Food , Cooked superbly really succulent Lamb & Chicken , Accompanying Salad excellent , and the Special Large Kebab amazing Highly recommend great value for money !!!!

The food was over an hour and half late after The ETA. Couldn’t contact restaurant, no answer. Food finally arrived cold. The worst thing was we ordered a vegetarian pizza that had pepperoni on it!!! I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THESE EVERY AGAIN!!!

half an hour later than the estimated latest time and was lukewarm due to the driver not finding the address had to go out and find the driver who was wandering around looking for the address

First time ordering from here and last time ordering, cold food, had more sauce than I did food and didn’t even eat it. Waste of money!

After the app stating it had been delivered when it wasn't food finally turned up but late and semi cold, I use Nefis many time so im going to say its down to the delivery driver getting lost and mot using the phone to sort it out. This is not a bad review for Nefis but the driver.

Never again will I visit here. Chips were ok, but the mushy peas were watered down and tasteless. The fish wasn't haddock or cod. It had been overcooked in old oil,the batter was about 4-5 inches thick and burnt that it had broken up in the box by the time we got home. The fish was literally 6 mouthfuls. I have seen goldfish bigger than the fish I had from here. Such a shame!

They gave me free garlic bread so I’m still happy. 9/10 recommend

Excellent and proper chips not frozen French fries

The delivery time was half an hour after the latest time quoted when ordering. I had to call the shop for an update - terrible service. The food turned up cold. The pizza was terrible, tasteless and poor quality. The chicken kebab was also cold, the chicken was dry and stringy. It was cut too thin and cooked for too long. Some of it was so burnt it was crunchy. I won't be ordering from here again. If the shop is busy, they shouldn't accept orders that they can't do quickly. And if the address is further away than they expected, they should reject the order stating that they can't do it.

Thought I'd try a new place, mistake. Turned up an hour 55 after I ordered it. The meat on the kebab was burnt and dry, couldn't eat the bread. I called after 90 mins, told the driver would be with me in 5 minutes, can only assume they didn't do the ordered, rushed it and it turned up 25 minutes later. For the money, the kebab was small. If it was a restaurant I wouldn't expect to be paying given the quality, doubt there will be a refund for it though

Food was excellent the donnor meat with bbq sauce was spot on highly recommended even though food was late as it’s Friday night and I was expecting that but the food made up for it

The chips are too dry need more flavour

Ordered Pizza meals, Donner Kebab Chips and Curry, the food was lovely delivered to the door too. We will definately use again

The pie I had was rock hard one side where it had been microwaved and the chips were only just cooked! There was a lot of activity for the online/remote orders, but not a lot of action for those of us in the shop!

Expensive and refried the chips so were like wood when got back to eat

Just had Donner meat, chicken and chips from here and it was excellent. Perfect Donner meat and lovely white chicken breast chunks. This is now my go to kebab shop thank you.

Well what can I say. But yuck. We can start with chips being served in plastic. What year are we in. Greasy hard chunks of potato. The fish looked ok. Looked is the key word. And the peas. I've heard of watered down alcohol. But watered down mushy peas is a new one for me. I will be generous with this one. The fish was ok. 4.6/10 once visited never to return.

Ordered here last week for the first time and we loved it! The staff are very friendly and welcoming! The food was fresh, hot and made to order! Would definitely recommend and I will be ordering here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Microwave pie and warmed up chips with curry waste of £6.50. Went in the bin.

IKEA does kebabs - Badly. Called in last night to get a doner kebab, oh how I wish I hadn't. This is the first time ever that I have been given FRIED meat or a DIY kebab. The meat clearly wasn't cooking quick enough for him on the rotisserie so he shaved a load off and threw it on the griddle 😱 crispy to the point of being burnt. They filled half a chip tray with "salad" ( lettuce, white onion, red onion, 1 slice of tomato and 2 green chillies. The crispy burnt meat was put next to it, smothered in bottled chilli sauce, the tray was sealed and the pitta ( sliced lengthways in the middle so you couldn't fill it ) was put on top of the tray and then wrapped. Almost 15 minutes with only me in the shop and nothing else going on.
