Excellent service would definitely recommend food here tasted amazing and very filling

If there was a zero star they would be getting that! Ordered garlic bread and cheesy chips at 18.40pm for delivery, still no sign of it so I rang them at 20.07pm the guy told me it was on route to me, at 20.46pm I rang again as it still hadn't arrived to be told it was on its way I questioned him as he said that 40 mins ago!! Finally arrives at 21.10pm cold and no cheese on the chips......straight in the bin!!

Ordered through Uber Eats but restaurant was delivering, was 30-40 minutes late and definitely not worth the wait. The food was cold and soggy. Asked for no sauce on burgers, both came with loads on, top and bottom! Pizza was really greasy and didn't taste great. Chicken was tasteless. Will not be ordering from here again!

Waited over an hour from the delivery time and after calling I was told over and over it’ll be 5 minutes. The food finally arrived and half the order was wrong, it was cold and soggy which made sense as to how long it took. Really wouldn’t suggest anyone orders from here.

Used to love this place in the past and it used to be good but it’s not great anymore and it’s gone downhill

Hour and half goes by and ring up and it going to be 10 minutes 25 mins later ring and going to be 10 more mins. only cooking chips and kebab ordering from manchester and delivering on a bike would be quicker.

Last night at 5:40pm, we ordered food from this restaurant. The estimation for when it would be delivered was an hour later. Turns out, an hour and a half later, it still hadn’t come. My mother, who was absolutely fuming, rang them up and kindly asked them where our food was. They said it would be ten minutes. Ten minutes later, it still wasn’t here, so she rang again. This time she was quite frustrated because they were taking a long time, and the worker on the other side of the phone was horrible to her. This time she asked for a refund, which is reasonable when the service you are receiving is worthy of one star. They refused. Not only did they refuse, their exact words were, “no chance”. We waited for the food once again, and my mum kept ringing. The food got here after 7:20pm. As for the atmosphere, I can’t comment on that, because we ordered takeout, but I can only imagine it’s absolutely dead. When the food was brung to the apartment, it was cold and the burgers buns were semi-hard. The only properly good thing we received was the bottle of Pepsi. Absolutely shocking service and terrible staff. We spend regularly at this restaurant, but after this experience, we will never order again. Absolutely ridiculous.

The food was fine. However, the delivery driver called me from his car, to tell me he was outside my house. He did not get out of his car and knock on the door. He expected me to go to his car and collect my food! What is this about?! As a woman that lives alone, I find this to be extremely disturbing behaviour.

Food was cold and late rang up to see how long they said 2-3 minute’s obviously just to get me off the phone and it turned up 20 mins later. They are useless.

The food arrived hot & fresh! It was definitely the nicest meal we have had from Frankies! 🤍

Probably one of the worst take aways in Warrington. Food is always late, cold and disgusting. They think 1 peice of lettuce on a burger classes as salad Go in shop and it's dirty and just nasty, will never return

Gravy was tasteless and weird texture and chicken breasts were bad quality was hardly any meat and all pieces were bland and soggy, not good at all for fried chicken

Chicken burgers are dry even though they had mayo on. Chips preferred the old once as the new ones are very dry and taste different

Shall arrive in 5 - 10 mins Make another 10 call until someone pick it up again 2nd urge call 18:30 Claimed delivery driver leave 5 mins ago again. Shall arrive in 5 - 10 mins again. Finally the delivery man show up at our doorstep 1840 1 hour something late. Food quality doesn't worth the wait Everything had been ruied by steam.

Firstly price wise was cheap compared to other places. Quantity wise ok. However food quality and taste is pretty bad. Chip were french fries and soggy. Burger was was some crispy chicken with mayonnaise between buns. Taste wise really disappointed and needs lot of improvement. I am local so hope owner will note this and make corrections.

This was the worst pizza i have ever had. First thing it came stone cold and taste was like it was an old pizza. Chicken tasted like it was off. Will never order again.

I feel like I waisted my money.. I made the order for my kids, and they couldn't eat it because the chicken is very salty, the pizza is burnt and doesn't taste good, the burger wasn't nice.. we could only eat the fries, and the Pepsi.. every other went into the bin. I'm really disappointed because I ordered with great expectations.

1st time using Uber delivery Was nearly an hour late not good when your staving Chicken was really nice but chips and gravy was stone cold, can’t eat warmed up chips so threw away had to warm up gravy but was really tasty Rang twice and found customer service terrible, didn’t seem interested weather I died of malnutrition I would buy again but would pick up myself and eat in the car

Ordered late at night, fries were ok, but the burger was absolutely terrible. Mayo on it and never asked for it nor is it an option. Really over cooked and terrible patty. Really disappointed as normally pretty fair.

Food was great but the delivery was awful. I am disabled and cannot walk properly. I live in a flat with no lift and the delivery driver refused to come to my front door as I had to painfully stumble down the stairs to the main door to collect my food. Unbelievably poor service and I have been in absolutely agony ever since. Complained to just eat and waiting on response.

Food arrived 40 minutes late! Food was cold, underprepared and in-edible! Chicken strips were still pink inside! Extra items missing from the pizza! Driver called me to say he was outside but he was about 4 streets away! I normally order from the Ashton branch and never have an issue but I will categorically not order from here again!!

Ordered the 12 inch pizza meal and my pizza tastes a mix of overly spicy and really salty not sure why I just ordered chicken spicy beef (which is mild) and extra chicken not sure why the pizza is both really spicy and really salty chips and drink were just not my pizza

Food was late. When it arrived it was soggy. Food was in cardboard boxes, in a paper bag then wrapped in plastic bag. So the heat of food obviously sweats in the bag and so the paper bags, boxes and food are all soggy.

Pizza was great the burger was OK outher than the hash brown was very soggy and the donner meat I had was well over cooked and hard very chewy not good I don't think I will ever order donner meat from here again only thing I can say about it was that the delivery time was great and come very quick outher than that no much at all really the donner meat was terrible the outher stuff was OK

When I ordered the food for me ands my partner I put on the comment red sauce and lettuce on the burger. I just love this place. Its such amazing value for money and they ALWAYS deliver earlier than stated. Food is always piping hot and fresh. The chicken tastes like another very famous chicken restaurant that I won't state but I think we all know where I'm talking about. The chicken fillets are gorgeous, no processed chicken at this place. I really can't rate Frankies highly enough, well done guys.
